Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Implementasi Pendidikan melalui budaya religious di MAN 1 Medan. (2) Untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi karakter melalui budaya religious di MAN 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan metode wawancara siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter melalui budaya religius merupakan aspek yang penting dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa/i di dalam sekolah maupun diluar sekolah. Tantangan besar dalam menerapkan karakter religius diluar lingkungan sekolah menjadi faktor terbesar agar dapat dicontoh sebagai suri tauladan yang baik untuk diri sendiri, keluarga dan lingkungan di Masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Membangun Akhlak Peserta Didik Kelas V SDIT DOD Medan, Apa saja faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukungnya. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode yang di gunakan guru pendidikan agama Islam adalah metode pembiasaan peserta didik di biasakan menjaga sopan santun kepada guru baik di dalam dan di luar lingkungan sekolah contoh nya seperti saat berjanji mengucapkan Insyaallah, memberi salam, saling sapa, baik itu pada saat pagi hari disekolah atau pun saat berpapasan di jalan luar sekolah. Adapun untuk faktor pendukung yaitu di SDIT DOD Medan memiliki beberapa program seperti BPI ( bina pribadi Islam) dimana peserta didik di ajarkan bagaimana tata cara berintraksi kepada siapapun, kerja sama yang baik antara guru pendidikan agama Islam, majelis guru, kepala sekolah dan orang tua. Faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan siswa yang berbeda-beda, lingkungan bermain, teknologi, pengawasan dari orang tua.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the communication network built by the Aisyiyah organization in the prevention of Tuberculosis (TB) in North Sumatra. Aisyiyah as Lembaga autonomy Muhammmadiyah who became one of the government fatners in the eradication of tuberculosis. Eradication of tuberculosis is something that must be done in breaking the chain of the spread of tuberculosis that is of concern to the world because the disease is very fast spreading and is the no. 2 deadly disease after HIV Aids. Transmission is through people infected with tuberculosis coughing and removing mycobacterium bacteria. The research methods used are descriptive through qualitative approaches. The informant in this study was the Head of Aisyiyah Region of North Sumatra, TB-HIV Care Aisyiyah Team of North Sumatra. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the communication network built by Aisyiyah North Sumatra in the prevention of Tuberculosis by forming TB-HIV Care Aisyiyah.  Cadres as implementers who plunge into the community to the village level in helping to provide services in collaboration with puskesmas services. Cadres in carrying out this humanitarian task always put forward human values by not paying attention to race, religion, or ethnicity.  For cadres to be able to carry out tasks in the field are given debriefing that supports competence in the form of knowledge related to TB, effective communication and evaluation, and reporting, in addition, cadres in performing their duties are provided facilities such as jackets of pinaster marks, participant cards as TB cadres. . As for the reporting made by cadres so that sufferers, suspects more easily obtain drug services that can later be obtained from the nearest health center whose treatment is provided by the government for free. The recruitment of these cadres is usually done through Aisyiyah studies or can be done through other channels such as through social media, and in coordination with other organizations or associations such as the PKK Mother

Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers’ strategies for improving educational quality through learning management at MTs Tahfidz Terpadu Anbata Medan. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the strategies implemented by Akidah Akhlak teachers in enhancing educational quality through learning management involve several stages. The planning stage includes the preparation of effective weeks, annual programs (Prota), semester programs (Promes), as well as the development of syllabi, lesson plans (RPP), and the analysis of Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). In the organizing stage, teachers align instructional materials with appropriate learning resources and media based on students’ characteristics and the school’s capacity. The implementation stage involves classroom management, the use of instructional strategies and approaches, the selection of learning media, and the application of various teaching methods to facilitate students’ understanding. The assessment or evaluation stage encompasses both process and outcome evaluation in the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains, including pre-tests, daily assessments, midterm examinations, and final examinations. Overall, these integrated stages of learning management contribute to improving the quality of education at the institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Ahmad Tafsir’s concept of the educator as articulated in his work Filsafat Pendidikan Islami: Integrasi Jasmani, Rohani, dan Kalbu Memanusiakan Manusia. This study is significant because contemporary Islamic education faces serious challenges, including spiritual degradation, the weakening of character education, and the declining quality and role of educators. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were analyzed through careful reading, interpretation, and critical examination of Ahmad Tafsir’s ideas concerning the integration of human potential, the role of educators, and the relevance of these concepts in contemporary Islamic education. The findings reveal that Ahmad Tafsir conceptualizes educators as central agents in the process of humanizing individuals through the integrated development of physical, intellectual, spiritual, and inner (qalb) dimensions. Therefore, educators are not merely transmitters of knowledge but also guides who nurture spirituality, cultivate moral character, and exemplify ethical values. This holistic, tauhid-based educational concept remains highly relevant in addressing the challenges of modern education.
