Abstract

Latar belakang : Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia yang utama hingga saat ini dan Indonesia merupakan negara endemitas tinggi. Peningkatan prevalensi infeksi HIV baik secara nasional maupun regional menggambarkan penularan HIV yang cepat dan progresif. Penyakit ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai manifestasi klinis. Pada umumnya infeksi HIV tidak menimbulkan gejala spesifik, hal ini berarti terdapat kemungkinan risiko orang yang menularkan tetapi tidak menyadarinya. Pencegahan adalah satu-satunya perlindungan terhadap epidemi HIV dan pelajar adalah salah satu kelompok terbaik yang untuk memulai pendidikan kesehatan mengenai infeksi HIV. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data secara cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini dipilih melalui tekhnik cluster sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat serta analisis bivariat menggunakan metode korelasi Spearman. Hasil : Sebanyak 70 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pada variabel pengetahuan responden, didapatkan responden sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan yang baik yaitu sebanyak 34 orang (48,6%). Pada variabel tingkat perilaku pencegahan responden, mayoritas didapatkan responden yang memiliki tingkat perilaku baik yaitu sebanyak 51 orang (72,9%). Nilai korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna (p<0,05) dengan arah hubungan yang positif dan sedang antara pengetahuan responden dengan perilaku pencegahan responden (r = 0,424). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengetahuan tentang infeksi HIV terhadap perilaku pencegahan HIV pranikah pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Abu Hurairah Mataram.

Abstract

Background: To seek evidence for the sake of criminal matters, doctors can act as an expert and create Visum et Repertum. There are various procedures for writing the report of Visum et Repertum due to the lack of formal rules and regulation of Visum et Repertum structure in Indonesia. This condition can confuse and mislead people who use Visum et Repertum such as police investigators. Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive study using cross sectional research design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data were taken using Medicolegal Aspect Visum et Repertum Reflection questionnaire in the Criminal Case From Law Enforcement Perspectives in Mataram City which was validated. This research analyzed with descriptive qualitative inductive data analysis techniques. The research subjects consisted of 22 police investigators and assistant investigators in the Kepolisian Resor Kota Mataram. Result: From 46 questions regarding the formal and material requirements for Visum et Repertum contained in the questionnaire, 14 of the 46 questions showed the same opinion related to the reflections of the medicolegal aspects of the Visum et Repertum between investigators and assistant investigators. While the opinion of the other 32 questions shows the wide variety of opinions of the investigator and the assistant investigator. Conclusion: There is a difference of opinion related to the reflections of the medicolegal aspects of Visum et Repertum from the perspective of the investigator as a law enforcer in the city of Mataram, which includes formal completeness standards and material completeness standards of Visum et Repertum.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah merupakan gerakan kebangkitan Islam tanah air yang bergerak dibidang sosial, dakwah dan pendidikan, dengan motto amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Namun tulisan ini menitikberatkan pada Muhammadiyah sebagai sebuah gerakan Islam dibidang pendidikan, sebagai bagian dari Tujuan Muhammadiyah, yakni menegakkan dan menjunjung tinggi agama Islam sehingga terwujud masyarakat Islam yang berkemajuan. Maka menjadi penting bagi penulis menyoroti Islam berkemajuan Muhammadiyah dalam konteks pendidikan, penggagas, gagasan, rumusan serta implementasinya . Dengan Mengambil metode penelitian kepustakaan, pada tiga buku utama, penulis menyimpulkan Muhammadiyah melalui sang pendirinya KHA. Dahlan semenjak awal telah memberikan pondasi bagi rumah besar Islam berkemajuan sebagai dasar bagi berdirinya pilar-pilar utama berupa puritanisme, nasionalisme dan humanisme yang tampak dengan lahirnya lembaga pendidikan Kristen Muhammadiyah melalui tangan para penerus khittah dan amaliyah Muhammadiyah pada akhir abad XX.

Abstract

The Aljamiado, Xiaojing, and Jawi scripts are a manifestation of the acculturation of Arabic Islamic culture with the culture of various community groups spread across various parts of the world.  Acculturation is created through social interactions involving the carriers and disseminators of Islam.  The script adopted from Arabic grew along with the development of Islamic civilization, and weakened as Islamic civilization declined.  There have not been many studies on historical analysis and social construction by making comparisons between languages ??that adopt the Arabic script.  Most studies only focus on one character through various approaches.  This article aims to discuss the degradation of Arabic script absorption in Chinese, Spanish and Malay and reveal the essence behind its connection to the weakening influence of Islam.  This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method.  Primary data sources include books and journals of previous research and other relevant sources.  The results of this research show that the degradation of the absorption of Arabic script in the form of Aljamiado, Xiaojing, and Jawi is directly proportional to the weakening of Islamic influence.  Meanwhile, its emergence was initiated by immigrant Muslims, driven by different conditions.  Aljamiado and Xiaojing were born as a result of weakening Islamic hegemony, while Jawi was born because Islamic influence was getting stronger

Abstract

Regardless of the definition of education, as much as that is the formulation of the goals of education, including those determined on the basis of ideology. The purpose of education itself is "the achievement of maturity", as the optimal point of development of human potential, both physical and spiritual, includes the functions of individuality, sociality, and morality, so that the integrity of the individual as an individual and community member is achieved. morality, and to achieve the potential value of morality in everyday life requires understanding and various efforts that are not small and require a long time. The University as an Educational Institution is certainly an important part as a forum for the formation of good values. And this paper focuses on how the efforts of the University of Mataram Medical Faculty embed Islamic values in its environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa kelas lima di SD Negeri 16 Mataram. Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dapat memengaruhi pola perilaku sehari-hari anak, mengurangi interaksi sosial, serta menyebabkan ketergantungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, melibatkan guru wali kelas dan orang tua sebagai informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru dan orang tua, serta dokumentasi aktivitas belajar. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data diperoleh dari 10 siswa kelas lima, serta wawancara dengan tujuh orang tua dan kepala sekolah. Saturasi data tercapai ketika tidak ada tema baru yang muncul. Hasil analisis tematik mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: dampak positif penggunaan gadget, dampak negatif penggunaan gadget, dan solusi untuk anak yang sudah tergantung gadget.

Abstract

Stres akademik merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi siswa remaja, khususnya dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang penuh tuntutan seperti di sekolah. Stres akademik dapat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan siswa, salah satunya adalah kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara tingkat stres akademik dengan kualitas tidur siswa dan siswi kelas IX di SMP Negeri 6 Mataram, serta peran faktor demografis, seperti jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional berbasis studi cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 207 siswa kelas IX yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Student Life Stress Inventory (SLSI) untuk mengukur stres akademik dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) untuk mengukur kualitas tidur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat stres akademik dengan kualitas tidur (p = 0,000, r = 0,278), dimana semakin tinggi tingkat stres akademik, semakin buruk kualitas tidur siswa. Selain itu, faktor jenis kelamin mempengaruhi tingkat stres akademik dan kualitas tidur, dengan siswa perempuan mengalami tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi dan kualitas tidur yang lebih buruk dibandingkan siswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan program manajemen stres di sekolah untuk membantu siswa mengelola stres dan meningkatkan kualitas tidur mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze medical students’ perspectives on abortion from multiple dimensions, including religion, health, and legal regulations. A qualitative method was employed, involving 55 medical students from the 2024 cohort at the University of Mataram as respondents. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires to measure levels of agreement with abortion-related statements, as well as open-ended questions for in-depth analysis. The results show that the majority of respondents support abortion only in cases of medical emergencies that threaten the mother’s safety, while rejecting abortion on economic grounds. Reproductive health education was perceived as effective in preventing unethical abortion practices, while Indonesia’s abortion regulations were generally considered fair, though subject to varying interpretations. The findings also indicate that religion significantly influences decision-making, though the extent of its influence differs across individuals. Key factors considered by students in evaluating abortion include medical, economic, psychological, legal, and religious aspects. The study concludes that a holistic approach is essential in addressing abortion issues, balancing medical, social, and ethical dimensions to support health policies that are responsive, inclusive, and respectful of societal values.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is to find the influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence of Guru Penggerak on the quality of elementary school education in Pontianak City. Descriptive quantitative research using as subjects all elementary school Guru Penggerak in Pontianak City.   Data collection was carried out through questionnaires given to all elementary school driving teachers in Pontianak City.   Questionnaire data was analyzed using the SPSS program including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, determination, partial and simultaneous tests. The results of the research show that the professional competence and pedagogical competence of Guru Penggerak have a significant (positive) effect on the quality of education in elementary schools in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan.   Professional and pedagogical competence has an influence of 31.1% on the quality of education in elementary schools in Pontianak City.  Keywords: pedagogic competence, professional competence, quality of educationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Penggerak terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada seluruh guru penggerak sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Data angket dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, determinasi, uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Penggerak berpengaruh signifikan (positif) terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik memiliki pengaruh sebesar 31,1% terhadap mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak.  Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, mutu pendidikan

Abstract

Anatomi menjadi landasan dasar ilmu-ilmu kedokteran sehingga pentingnya mempelajari anatomi untuk menunjang praktik klinik di masa depan, baik dalam pemeriksaan dan diagnosis pasien, maupun komunikasi antar sesama profesi kesehatan. Anatomi dapat dipelajari dengan modalitas dua dimensi dan utamanya dengan modalitas tiga dimensi. Kadaver menjadi modalitas tiga dimensi yang telah digunakan selama berabad-abad lamanya. Kadaver mampu menghadirkan pemahaman spasial yang baik dan mendalam mengenai struktur tubuh manusia, serta memberikan sensasi sentuhan yang tidak bisa didapatkan oleh modalitas pembelajaran lainnya. Dengan bertambahnya institusi pendidikan kedokteran serta permasalahan berkaitan dengan kesehatan, agama, etika, medikolegal, waktu dan biaya, menjadikan kadaver semakin langka untuk didapatkan. Hal ini mengharuskan mahasiswa menambah pemahaman mereka dengan modalitas lain yang banyaknya berbentuk dua dimensi. Modalitas dua dimensi pun memiliki kelemahan yang hanya bisa didapatkan dari modalitas tiga dimensi sehingga tetap diperlukan modalitas tiga dimensi lainnya selain kadaver. Virtual Reality hadir menjadi alternatif modalitas pelengkap yang efektif dalam membantu pemahaman dalam mempelajari anatomi. Artikel ini disusun dengan pencarian literatur digital pada online database yang tersedia berupa artikel penelitian dan tinjauan pustaka. Pencarian literatur menghasilkan rangkaian pembahasan mengenai pembelajaran anatomi, peran kadaver dalam pembelajaran anatomi, dan virtual reality sebagai alternatif modalitas tiga dimensi. Kesimpulan pada artikel ini, yaitu virtual reality dengan kelebihan dan kekurangannya mampu menjadi pelengkap pada pembelajaran anatomi, meskipun tidak dapat menggantikan peran kadaver seutuhnya.AbstractAnatomy is the basic foundation of medical sciences so it is important to study anatomy to support clinical practice in the future, both in the examination and diagnosis of patients, as well as in communication between fellow health professionals. Anatomy can be studied with two-dimensional modalities and mainly with three-dimensional modalities. Cadaver became a three-dimensional modality that has been used for centuries. Cadavers can present a good and deep spatial understanding of the structure of the human body, as well as provide tactile sensations that other learning modalities cannot get. With the increase in medical education institutions and problems related to health, religion, ethics, medicolegal, time, and cost, cadavers are increasingly rare to obtain. This requires students to increase their understanding of other modalities that are mostly two dimensions. The two-dimensional modalities also have a weakness that can only be obtained from the two-dimensional modalities so other two-dimensional modalities besides cadavers are still needed. Virtual Reality is here to be an effective alternative complementary modality in helping understanding in studying anatomy. This article is compiled by searching digital literature on the online database available in the form of research articles and literature reviews. A literature search resulted in a series of discussions on anatomical learning, the role of cadavers in anatomical learning, and virtual reality as an alternative to three-dimensional modalities.
