This study analyzes the effect of training on employee career development at PT. Sahabat Anugrah Sejati is a construction services company in South Sumatra. With a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results show that training significantly affects employee career development, with a contribution of 17.4%. Training improves employee competence, prepares them for greater responsibilities, and acts as a mediating variable in career development. Structured and ongoing training enhances technical and managerial skills and strengthens employee loyalty. This study concludes that PT. Sahabat Anugrah Sejati needs to improve training effectiveness to support sustainable career development and reduce employee turnover
