Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management behavior of employed women in Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method and a Likert scale for measurement scale. The sample of this study was 400 respondents who are employed women in Kota Bandung were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The independent variable consists of financial socialization and financial experience, while the dependent variable is financial management behavior. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of financial socialization on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 25.220> ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial socialization variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then the financial experience on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 1.641 < ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial experience does not have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior variable. Keywords: Financial Socialization, Financial Experience, Financial Management Behavior ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui financial management behavior dari Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden yang merupakan Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Variabel independen terdiri dari financial socialization dan financial experience, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah financial management behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial socialization terhadap financial management behavior memiliki nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan tstatistik sebesar 25,220> nilai ttabel sebesar 1.96, kemudian variabel financial experience tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,641< nilai ttabel sebesar 1.96. Abstract

Abstrak. The learning process is an important factor that will affect student learning outcomes. One of the problems that can occur in the learning process is learning plateau. Learning plateau can be overcome by implementation the psychological method of play. The psychological method of play  is the giving of games that can be given at the beginning, on the sidelines, or at the end of the learning process. The games given in this activity are jenga, estafet bola, tebak hewan and tepuk pagi siang malam. The aims of this activity is to determine the effect of games in reducing student learning plateau in grades 1, 2, and 3 at SD Pertiwi Makassar. Data collection was carried out by observing and interviewing before and after the games was given. The result of the study represent that games in the learning process can reduce student learning plateau.Kata Kunci: Metode Bermain, Psikologi, Kejenuhan Belajar

Abstract

Pemasaran digital sangat diperlukan bagi sebuah bisnis untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Kelompok UMKM di Desa Darmaji, Kecamatan Kopang, Lombok Tengah merupakan salah satu UMKM yang termasuk belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan media internet sebagai sarana promosi dan pemasaran produknya. Sementara tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah terkait dengan inovasi produk dan cara pemasaran yang efektif. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi pengoptimalan pemasaran produk UMKM dengan memanfaatkan media sosial di era digital dan pelatihan digital marketing dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial, membuat linktree, membuat konten promosi dengan penguasaan teknik pengambilan gambar dan video. Diharapkan Kelompok UMKM di Desa Darmaji mendapatkan manfaat dari peningkatan kualitas pengetahuan dan penguasaan sumber daya manusia dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMA Ibnu Hajar Boarding Shool. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dipakai ialah model analisis dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada pembelajaran matematika seperti siswa yang menyakini bahwa matematika itu sulit dan pemahaman konsep materi yang kurang matang. Untuk penerapannya, penggunaan metode pembelajaran dengan ceramah ini efektif untuk diterapkan, terbukti saat proses pembelajaran matematika berlangsungnya secara kondusif, siswa antusias mengikuti pembelajaran dan aktif bertanya dan menjawab. Metode pembelajaran ini juga bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai yang bagus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara orientasi pasar, promosi, dan kinerja bisnis pada UMKM seblak di Bekasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain kausal, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 responden yang berasal dari sektor UMKM seblak di Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling non-probabilitas, dengan pendekatan purposive untuk memastikan jumlah sampel yang akan dianalisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan promosi, namun dampaknya terhadap kinerja bisnis adalah minimal dan tidak signifikan. Selain itu, promosi juga menunjukkan dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, yang mungkin disebabkan oleh eksekusi yang tidak efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan UMKM untuk mengoptimalkan strategi promosi, fokus pada inovasi produk, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMA Ibnu Hajar Boarding School, berdasarkan perspektif guru dan murid. Melalui wawancara dengan guru matematika dan siswa, ditemukan beberapa kendala utama, seperti kesulitan dalam memahami materi, kurangnya minat siswa, serta metode pengajaran yang cenderung monoton. Guru menggunakan metode ceramah dan media pembelajaran terbatas pada buku pelajaran. Di sisi lain, murid menginginkan penjelasan rinci dan contoh soal yang mengasah otak, serta keterkaitan materi matematika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, diperlukan variasi dalam metode pengajaran, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang lebih beragam, dan terus mendorong motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa dalam matematika.

Abstract

The number of retail investors in Indonesia continues to grow, particularly in mutual fund and stock investment products. This growth is driven by the emergence of financial technology in the investment sector, which facilitates easier access for the public to open securities accounts. By the end of 2024, there were 6,381,444 stock and other securities investors in Indonesia. The increase in stock investors must be supported by high electronic service quality provided by investment applications to ensure ease of use during transactions.This study aims to assess the level of electronic service quality (e-service quality) of the Ajaib investment application. Additionally, it seeks to identify the gap between customer perceptions and expectations regarding Ajaib’s e-service quality, enabling the company to recognize which dimensions require improvement or should be maintained.This is a descriptive study with a quantitative research method. The sample was obtained using incidental sampling. Primary data was collected by distributing a questionnaire to 385 Millennial users of the Ajaib application. The data were then analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and gap analysis. The results indicate that the user satisfaction level with Ajaib's e-service quality stands at 94.99% (<100%), suggesting that the application’s performance falls short of user expectations. Descriptive analysis reveals that the importance score (83.99%) exceeds the performance score (79.83%). The attribute that should be the main focus for service improvement, according to the importance-performance analysis quadrant, is ensuring that transactions on the Ajaib platform can be completed quickly.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on financial performance in food and beverage sub-sector companies with technological innovation as a mediating variable. The population in this study includes food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023 with a sample size of 100 companies selected based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study was carried out using a multiple linear regression model and estimated using the SmartPLS 4 program. Classical assumption tests and inner models were also carried out before the hypothesis was tested. Based on the results of the data analysis in the study, it shows that managerial ownership and institutional ownership do not affect financial performance. Managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a negative and significant effect on technological innovation. Technological innovation has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Technological innovation significantly mediates the effect of the relationship between managerial ownership and institutional ownership on financial performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interesting and varied learning media in Indonesian language learning. This study aims to develop Kokami (Mysterious Card Box) learning media based on discovery learning in Indonesian language subjects for grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Sari. The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of the study, media validation was 95%, material expert validation was 88.4%, language expert validation was 88.4% so that the results of the average validation were included in the "Very Eligible" category. Student responses through small group trials obtained an average value of 89% and large group trials obtained an average value of 92% so that they were included in the "Very Good" category, Educator Responses obtained a value of 95% in the "Very Good" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of Kokami learning media in Indonesian language learning has met the eligibility category to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

Identification is an important activity in the management of plant diseases because by knowing the identity of the fungus found in cocoa beans, a strategy can be determined as a first step before controlling the fungus to prevent the spread of the fungus. This research aims to determine the fungi associated with the MCC 01, MCC 02, Sulawesi 1, and THR clones on uncontrol handling and controlled handling cocoa beans and to determine whether uncontrol handling and controlled handling reduce inoculum sources to suppress fungi growth and development. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung from January 2023 to March 2023. This research was carried out by testing the agar method (agar plate), the media used was potato sucrose agar (PSA). There were four samples of cocoa bean clones, namely MCC 01, MCC 02, Sulawesi 1, and THR from Kuta Dalom Village, Pesawaran Regency, which were grown on 128 plates of PSA media (64 plates using 2% NaOCl and 64 plates without NaOCl) for each clone. Cocoa beans contained 32 cups each uncontrol handling and controlled handling. So there are 128 cups of PSA media. Isolates that have been obtained are then identified 7 days after isolation. Observations in this study were carried out macroscopically and microscopically. Macroscopic observations were carried out to differentiate growing fungi based on the color, shape and size of the colonies. Meanwhile, microscopic observations were made to differentiate growing fungus based on the structure of the fungi body. The results showed that from the uncontrol handling and the controlled handling, three fungi were found, namely Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, and Rhizoctonia sp. The fungi Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger show that controlled handling can reduce the source of inoculum compared to uncontrol handling. In contrast to the fungi Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus niger, the fungi Rhizoctonia sp. shows that controlled handling cannot reduce the source of inoculum. Key words:  Aspergillus, bean, cocoa, Rhizoctonia, handling
