Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Knowledge Management and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Afdeling VI Tinjowan Plantation Unit. This research employs a quantitative associative methodology. This study's sample consisted of PT personnel alone. At the Perkebunan Nusantara IV in Afdeling VI of the Tinjowan Plantation unit, there were 75 respondents. Validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests using t-tests and f-tests, and coefficient of determination tests are used for data analysis. Based on the findings of the study, it was determined that the knowledge management variable had a partial effect on employee performance, as indicated by the fact that Tstatistic (4,078) > Ttable (1,993), and that knowledge sharing was the indicator that became problematic for this variable. While the work environment variable has a partial effect on employee performance, as demonstrated by the value Tstatistic (7,844) > Ttable (1,993), the transportation indicator becomes an issue in this variable. Fstatistic 31,106 > Ftable (3,12), R = 0,681, and the Adjusted R Square value for this study is 0,449. Hence, the remaining 55,1% of the variance is not explained by employee performance and knowledge management and work environment influenced by issues outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students' character in Pancasila learning for 5th grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 5 Makmur. The PBL model was chosen because this approach provides meaningful learning experiences through contexts that are relevant to students' lives, enabling them to understand and apply norms and rules in everyday life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed thematically to identify the impact of PBL on students' character development. The results show that PBL is effective in improving various aspects of students' character, such as responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and empathy. Students demonstrate more positive behavior at school and in their surroundings. Additionally, this model also enhances students' motivation to learn, as they are actively involved in the learning process. However, the implementation of PBL faces several challenges, such as the need for intensive guidance from teachers. To address these challenges, thorough planning and support from the school are necessary. In conclusion, the PBL model can make a significant contribution to students' character formation, especially in understanding and applying Pancasila learning. With further development, PBL can become an effective learning approach in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan standar akuntansi pemerintahan (SAP) No. 01 merupakan salah satu Upaya untuk menciptakan good governance pada suatu instansi pemerintahan. Sosialisasi penyususnan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAP No. 01 Dilaksanakan pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertahanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang bertujuan untuk saling berbagi pengetahuan terkait pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAP No. 01 dalam mendukung good governance pada aspek penyusunan laporan keuangan yang handal dan dapat dipercaya. Metode sosialisasi yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif dan simulasi terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAP No. 01. Capaian sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAP No. 01. Program sosialisasi ini dapat berkontribusi positif dalam praktik penyususnan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAP No. 01 untuk mewujudkan good governance pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan pertahanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standards, Operations, and Procedures on Employee Performance at Bina Darma University Postgraduate Program. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 53 employees, covering various job levels. The results of the analysis show that Standards, Operations, and Procedures do not have a significant influence on Employee Performance. However, SOPs have a substantial and positive impact, indicating that implementing well-structured and socialized SOPs can improve employee performance. The findings also identified several obstacles, such as lack of operational efficiency, complex work procedures, and standards that are less relevant to operational needs. This research highlights the importance of SOP optimization in supporting employee performance in the higher education sector. In conclusion, effective implementation of SOPs is a key factor in improving organizational productivity. At the same time, other aspects, such as work standards, operations, and procedures require strengthening through better evaluation and management strategies. This research is limited to the context of Bina Darma University, so further studies are recommended to expand the scope of the subject and add other relevant variables.

Abstract

Di era modern, berbagai macam isu-isu pendidikan terus bermunculan seperti adanya dikotomi ilmu, globalisasi, sekularisasi dan lain-lain. Sehingga, Integrasi keilmuan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleks zaman sekarang. Ini melibatkan penyatuan nilai-nilai agama dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dengan demikian memungkinkan penyelesaian dilema etis yang muncul akibat perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana integralisme ilmu menjadi solusi dari tantangan keilmuan kontemporer. Dengan metode penelitian studi pustaka, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai literatur yang membahas konsep dasar integralisme ilmu, kontribusi pemikiran para ulama, tantangan pendidikan Islam di era kontemporer, serta peran pendidikan islam dalam menjawab tantangan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan signifikan di era kontemporer, seperti dikotomi ilmu agama dan dunia, globalisasi nilai, serta krisis identitas generasi muda. Untuk solusi mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan transformasi pendidikan Islam menuju pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual, intelektual, dan keterampilan praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of contextual-based educational games in developing students' character and conceptual understanding of legal norms material in grade V at UPTD SD Negeri 5 Makmur. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Research subjects included grade V teachers, school principals, colleagues, and 5 representative students from 33 grade V students. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model strengthened by NVivo 15 coding software. The results showed: (1) Implementation of educational games proceeded very well (91.5%) through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation stages; (2) Students' discipline and responsibility character developed significantly from external to internal discipline; (3) Students' conceptual understanding improved in identifying, explaining, and applying legal norms although still limited to simple cases; (4) Student and teacher responses were very positive with high enthusiasm (96.8%) and active involvement. This research confirms the effectiveness of contextual-based educational games as learning innovation that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in learning legal norms at elementary school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out more about the role of community leaders in fostering an attitude of social care in the Grogol Youth Association (IRAG) in Magelung Village, South Kaliwungu District, Kendal Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data sources used as sources of information are community leaders and village youth. The focus of this research is the role of community leaders in fostering an attitude of social care in the Grogol Youth Association (IRAG) in Magelung Village, South Kaliwungu District, Kendal Regency. The indicators in this research are the role of community leaders as direction makers in fostering attitudes of social care, as representatives and spokespersons in cultivating attitudes of social care, as mediators and facilitators in cultivating attitudes of social care and as integrators in cultivating attitudes of social care. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research related to the role of community leaders in fostering an attitude of social concern in the Grogol Youth Association (IRAG) Magelung Village, South Kaliwungu District, Kendal Regency show that 1) the policy of community leaders in cultivating an attitude of social care for teenagers is to involve teenagers in social activities such as mutual cooperation. . 2) accept the aspirations of residents by providing good responses and scrutinizing them to find solutions. 3) hold joint deliberations to hear or accommodate the problems and difficulties faced so that good solutions can be provided. 4) holding meetings between teenagers and parents with joint deliberations providing ongoing education and examples such as teenagers mingling with other people. The conclusion of this research is that the role of community leaders has been implemented to the maximum extent possible but there are still shortcomings in dealing with teenagers, so community leaders continue to provide direction so that social care attitudes can be implemented.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana yang ada disekolah sangat berpegaruh dalam keberlangsungan proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan bermutu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan di SMAN 2 Manggelewa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, data penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara . Temuan penelitian ini adalah SMAN 2 Manggelewa memiliki sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang baik serta manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang cukup baik seperti perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, pemanfaatan, penghapusan dan pengawasan, dimana hal ini menjadi prinsip dasar manajemen dalam segi sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Investment plays an essential role in students’ financial management, especially in achieving long-term objectives. Nevertheless, investment choices are shaped by both internal and external influences. This research investigates how financial motivation and financial behavior affect the investment decisions of postgraduate students, with financial literacy acting as a moderating factor. The study applied a quantitative method by distributing surveys to 80 postgraduate students at Bina Darma University. Data were gathered using questionnaires and processed through SmartPLS analysis. The results indicate that financial motivation and financial behavior each have a positive influence on investment decisions. In addition, financial literacy significantly moderates the relationship between financial motivation and investment decisions, though it does not reinforce the effect of financial behavior. These findings underscore the relevance of improving students’ financial literacy to maximize the role of motivation in investing and highlight the necessity of continuous financial education to foster rational and strategic decision-making. Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze the integration of interactive digital media in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) learning, focusing on the use of Canva as an innovative learning medium. The background of this study stems from the low interest and participation of students due to the dominance of conventional methods that are less interactive, as well as the lack of research on how digital media such as Canva can be effectively integrated into Islamic-based learning. Using a qualitative approach through conceptual literature review, this study analyzes various scientific sources from academic databases (Google Scholar, DOAJ, ScienceDirect) with inclusion criteria of pedagogical relevance and exclusion of non-educational technical publications, then analyzed thematically to identify conceptual patterns and pedagogical implications. The results show that Canva has great potential to improve the effectiveness of SKI learning through concept visualization, digital project collaboration, and spiritual value integration, while also developing 21st-century skills such as critical thinking and creativity. The implications are that teachers need to improve their digital literacy and innovative pedagogy, the curriculum needs to accommodate value-based interactive media, and policymakers need to strengthen infrastructure support and educational technology training. However, this study is limited to conceptual analysis without empirical data, so further studies are recommended to quantitatively and qualitatively test the effectiveness of using Canva on learning motivation, conceptual understanding, and internalization of Islamic values.
