Abstract

The level of motorbike theft cases in Sorong Regency is quite high, it is known that in 2022 there will be around 91 cases. The factors that cause motorbike theft can be identified from economic, environmental, educational and individual background factors. The perpetrators of theft always have reasons behind the theft, including seeking profit, fulfilling needs, and there are also those who do it because of the opportunity. Extreme Programing (EP) is a simple software development method and includes one of the agile methods pioneered by Kent Beck, Ron Jeffries, and Ward Cunningham. The reason the author uses this method is because of the nature of the application which is developed quickly through stages including Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. Meanwhile, the testing method used is the Blackbox Testing method. From the results of application testing and usability testing, the researcher carried out Usability Testing calculations, the interpretation score obtained was more than 60% with the statement AGREE, where the highest score was 71.4% with the statement STRONGLY AGREE, so it can be concluded that the creation of an information system application Android based is in accordance with what the user wants

Abstract

The DANA application is a digital wallet platform designed to make all transactions easier, faster and safer, both online and offline. However, apart from the benefits provided, digital wallet applications can also cause harm to their users, namely negative use which can lead to cybercrime cases. Digital forensics is a branch of forensic science that focuses on investigating and finding digital evidence in cybercrime cases. This study aims to conduct a forensic analysis of the DANA application to identify artifacts that have the potential to be used as digital evidence of cybercrime by using the ACPO framework with the assistance of forensic tools such as the Belkasoft Evidence Center and MobilEdit Forensic Express Pro. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the use of the ACPO Framework to find out the artifacts obtained can be used properly and forensic analysis of the results obtained using two forensic tools, namely the Belkasoft Evidence Center failed to find artifacts that can be used as digital evidence, while the MobilEdit Forensic tool Express Pro only managed to find artifacts in the form of user photos and screenshots of transactions made..

Abstract

Klamono District Office still relies on manual procedures for delivering certificates to residents, involving steps such as direct submission of certificate requests at the village office, form filling, and physical submission of supporting documents. To overcome this challenge, the proposal of implementing a dedicated information system tailored to streamline the certificate issuance process has emerged. This study proposes a Certificate Service Information System to elevate operational efficiency at the Klamono District Office. The Extreme Programming system development method is utilized, along with testing through Blackbox Testing and Usability Testing. This research indicates that the developed application can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services in the certificate issuance process. The Blackbox testing results show a system success rate of 100%, while the usability testing report records a user satisfaction level of 93.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to address the challenges of livestock disease diagnosis in Okaba district, Meraoke, Papua. A total of 2 paramedics or veterinarians and 1 assistant is not sufficient because of the long distances that the medics have to travel, traveling from all areas of Okaba District to its interior. Keepers can only utilize their basic skills for temporary care. The researcher's process included interviews with experts covering the disease, its symptoms and prevention, then analyzed with the provision of utilizing certainty factors and Bayes' theorem to increase the accuracy and veracity of the findings. In this scenario, the data is used as a reference point for analysis in the web-based expert system. The results obtained when processing the problem estimation are disease information, symptom information, and treatment. The reference in the application and analysis shows that the Certainty Factor method is superior in providing consistent accuracy, with a percentage reaching 98.79% in the case of worms, while the Bayes Theorem method shows lower accuracy, around 73%. The comparison indicates that Certainty Factor is more suitable in high uncertainty environments, while Bayes' Theorem is more effective when sufficient probabilistic data is available. Future suggestions can expand the scope by testing other methods such as Machine Learning or Artificial Neural Networks to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis percentage. In addition, more extensive trials on different types of livestock and different environmental conditions will help in developing a more flexible and robust system.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tema "Design to Impress: Creating Stunning Landing Pages with HTML and CSS" yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Sorong ialah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa jurusan PPLG (Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak dan GIM) dalam pembuatan halaman web. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 60 siswa dan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar hingga lanjutan mengenai HTML dan CSS, serta teknik pembuatan landing pages yang responsif. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, praktikum, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa/i mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan pemahaman teknis dan akses terhadap sumber daya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam karier mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Diseases pose a serious threat to the health and well-being of livestock in the livestock industry, especially in goat farming. In addressing this challenge, the use of intelligent technologies such as expert systems is becoming increasingly important. Expert systems are computer programs that can mimic the knowledge and skills of human experts in specific fields. One of the methods used in expert systems is the Certainty Factor method. Certainty Factor is an inference method used in expert systems to measure the level of confidence in a conclusion based on predefined rules. This method takes into account certainty or uncertainty factors in decision-making. In the detection of diseases in goats, the Certainty Factor method considers the symptoms found in goats and calculates the confidence weights for each disease that may be the cause of those symptoms. This research aims to develop an Android-based expert system application using the Certainty Factor method. The results obtained from this research show that the application can assist goat farmers in identifying diseases that affect their livestock, enabling early intervention and reducing losses due to animal deaths.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, human communication has undergone significant changes thanks to instant messaging. Instant messaging enables us to easily and quickly connect with people around the world through mobile devices or computers. However, the use of instant messaging applications can have negative impacts such as fraud, harassment, illegal transactions, and more. Therefore, proper handling of cybercrime cases is crucial, which is why mobile forensics has become significant. Mobile forensics is a branch of digital forensics that aims to collect, analyze, and interpret data from mobile devices. This research aims to evaluate the performance of three forensic tools: Oxygen Forensic Suite, Belkasoft Evidence Center, and MOBILedit Forensic Express. It focuses on finding digital evidence related to activity information in the Skype application using the framework provided by NIST. The research results indicate that Oxygen Forensic Suite achieved the highest index value (98%), followed by Belkasoft Evidence Center (88%) and MOBILedit Forensic Express (84%).

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that heavily relies on the agricultural sector, including various types of horticultural commodities, especially fruits. One example is oranges, which have many benefits and a sweet, refreshing taste. To obtain the best flavor and freshness, fully ripe oranges are the preferred choice. However, the process of recognizing the ripeness of oranges still faces many challenges. With advances in computer technology, particularly through smartphones, many human tasks can now be performed more efficiently and practically. One useful technology is computer vision, which can be used to automatically identify and determine the ripeness of oranges. This research aims to implement Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to measure the model's performance and ensure its capability in classifying the ripeness of oranges. The results of the research show that classification using CNN with the VGG-16 architecture achieved a training accuracy of 96% and a validation accuracy of 97%.

Abstract

Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) is the official identity of the resident as proof issued by implementing agencies that are valid throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Electronic Identity Card is one of the population documents that must be owned by every citizen in order to create good population administration. One of the obstacles to e-KTP ownership that makes people reluctant to take care of the population document is the delay in printing the e-KTP, such as a shortage of tools and materials used for printing e-KTP, such as running out of blanks, ribbons, films and damaged printers, so a system is needed. which can assist in predicting the estimated level of management of the e-KTP. Creation of a system that can predict the estimated level of web-based e-KTP management that can assist agencies in supporting work in terms of printing e-KTP. The design of a forecasting system for estimating the level of e-KTP management at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service uses flowcharts and use cases. System development uses a prototype model with the Brown's Double Exponential Smoothing method. The results of this study are an estimation forecasting system that is expected to overcome delays in printing e-KTP at the Sorong Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.

Abstract

Melihat sistem pengelolaan pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang berjalan sebelumnya pada laundry-laundry di sekitar Kota Sorong dirasa kurang optimal karena dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan dan data keuangan untuk laundry masih manual. Kendala yang muncul berdasarkan sistem yang berjalan saat ini adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual maka data yang telah diarsipkan rentan hilang atau rusak yang bisa saja terjadi karena keteledoran maupun bencana alam. Selain itu laporan keuangan juga bisa menjadi salah dalam perhitungan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang dirasa efektif dalam menyelesaikan pembuatan sistem dengan tepat. Bahasa pemrograman mengguanakan PHP dan MySQL.Oleh karena itu penulis ingin lebih mengoptimalkan sistem saat ini yang masih manual sebagai pendataan pelanggan dan keuangan laundry dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang berbasis web dengan tambahan fitur yang akan membantu dalam pengelolaan data dan laporan keuangan pada jasa laundry.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan rancang bangun sistem informasi pelayanan jasa dan pengelolaan data keuangan laundry berbasis web pada anin dan ahnaf laundry dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mempermudah pemilik laundry dalam penyimpanan data pelanggan dan data pemasukan pengeluaran pada laundry dalam bentuk website
