Abstract

Based on the results of initial observations, it was revealed that the use of media in MIN 2 Musi Banyuasin is sometimes still simple. Often just using conventional media or pictures found in textbooks. The impact that occurs makes students become bored, and less excited so that they become less interested in learning. This matter This causes some students to not reach the KKM target. So that the use of audio visual powerpoint media can be an alternative that can be used because it can make it easier for students to learn in an effort to understand the learning material so that the expected learning outcomes of participants learn can improve The purpose of this study was to determine whether through Audio Visual media can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of Fiqh class VI A MIN 2 Musi Banyuasin. Based on the results of research that has been carried out in class VI A MIN 2 Musi Banyuasin, the researchers concluded that Audio Visual media can used to improve student learning outcomes. It can be seen of increasing the average learning outcomes and learning completeness of Class Students VI A MIN 2 Musi Banyuasin for the academic year 2021/2022. In the first cycle the average value of the students was 76 and increased in the second cycle to 82.67. Completeness of learning outcomes in the first cycle was 73.33%, increased to 93.33% onlearning activities in cycle II

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the school principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of this research data using data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang is going quite well. The results of the researchers looked at the role of the principal in creating discipline in the school environment at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang, showing indicators of the role of the principal, namely instilling, habituating, supervising, reward and punishment, guidance and motivation. The supporting factors are good inter-team cooperation and a disciplined environment. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness about the importance of discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program literasi berbasis proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SD Negeri 127 Palembang dan mengetahui kendala dan solusi pelaksanaan program literasi berbasis proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SD Negeri 127 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Wali Kelas V, Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan, Guru, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data ialah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program literasi berbasis proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SD Negeri 127 Palembang berjalan dengan baik. Hasil peneliti dilihat pada pelaksanaan program literasi berbasis proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5) di SD Negeri 127 Palembang memperlihatkan indikator dari pelaksanaan yaitu koordinasi, motivasi, komunikasi, dan pengarahan. Adapun kendalanya yaitu menimbulkan rasa bosan dan lelah pada siswa. Adapun solusinya yaitu kerja sama antar tim dengan baik dan lingkungan belajar.

Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian ini yang waka kesiswaan, kepala sekolah, staff tata usaha, guru, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang dengan adanya koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, adanya komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, adanya motivasi dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, dan pengarahan dalam pelaksanaan administrasi kesiswaan, Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan siswa sebagai subjek yang utama. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu dana yang terbatas untuk sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research involves subject teachers, madrasah heads, curriculum waka, and students as key and supporting informants. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interview techniques, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed through four stages: data reduction, data display, data verification, and drawing conclusions to describe the implementation of the curriculum in depth. The results of research related to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang show a significant impact on students' academic and social performance. Academically, curriculum flexibility allows students to choose topics and learning methods according to their interests, leading to improved academic understanding and skills. Project-based and research-based learning methods develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as evidenced by better academic outcomes and increased achievement. On the social side, the curriculum strengthens collaboration and communication skills between students through group projects and community activities. This increases students' sense of community and confidence, as well as their participation in extracurricular activities. However, challenges such as unequal access to resources and limited teacher training need to be addressed. With adequate support and periodic evaluation, the positive impact of the Independent Curriculum is expected to be maximized, encouraging the holistic development of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding is a student’s cognitive structure characterised by the ability to transform and explain concepts in solving problems. Many students were unable to explain the concepts and the relationships between concepts in solving the limit of functions. This study aimed to explore students' conceptual understanding of the limit of functions in terms of mathematical beliefs. The subjects were 30 mathematics education students at Syiah Kuala University who had taken calculus courses for advanced real analyses. Data were collected using questionnaires, tests, and interviews. Data processing was carried out by reducing data, presenting, analysing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that students with strong mathematical beliefs demonstrated a more complete and integrated conceptual understanding of the limits of functions, as they could connect concepts, procedures, and graphical representations. In contrast, students with medium and low mathematical beliefs tended to focus only on procedural knowledge, often failing to explain underlying concepts or make meaningful connections between concepts and problem-solving steps. Based on the results, calculus lecturers need to build a strong conception of the material on the real number system and real functions so that the concept of the limit of functions is easily understood and memorised.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in public service at the Sukadana Village Office, Buay Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung. The research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The informants consist of 14 individuals, with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The data validity check was performed using triangulation. Based on the results and discussion regarding employee performance in public service at the Sukadana office, there has generally been an improvement in service quality in various aspects. However, some issues still need to be addressed, such as limitations in facilities and infrastructure, and inconsistencies in employee professionalism. In terms of quantity, the volume of service is considered high, although its implementation is sometimes hindered by time constraints and an unoptimized filing system. Overall, employees have shown responsibility and followed work procedures, although there are still delays in some administrative processes that need attention. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang dan mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan Kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang sudah cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan pemberian motivasi, pengarahan, komunikasi dan koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Adapun kendala dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang yaitu kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum merdeka dan kurangnya dana dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka terutama dalam kegiatan P5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis mengenai pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) ‘Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian ini fokus pada bagaimana pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta kendala yang ada dalam pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik uji keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) ’Aisyiyah 1 Palembang sudah dilakukan dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari indikator pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yaitu ketersediaan, kualitas, perawatan, dan penggunaan yang ada dan sudah dilakukan, meskipun masih terdapat kendala yang perlu diatasi, serta beberapa hal yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lagi dalam kegiatan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) ’Aisyiyah 1 Palembang. Untuk itu penelitian ini penting dalam pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan guna mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya.
