Abstract

Population growth is the main factor in the waste problem. The aim of this research is to identify the characteristics of waste generation. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach with the entire population of waste generation using purposive sampling techniques and using data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires and documentation. Research data consists of identification, characteristics and extent of waste generation. The data analysis technique in this research uses formulas and rules in accordance with SNI 19-3964 of 1994. The results of the research show that the identification of the characteristics of waste generation found at the location consists of types of waste such as organic waste and inorganic waste. The type of waste found was organic waste such as dry leaves, tree branches and wood. Meanwhile, the types of inorganic waste in the picture include plastic bottles, plastic bags, Styrofoam, plastic drink cups, plastic straws, plastic detergent and used tires. The area of ​​waste generation is 13 location points which have different areas in each location with a distribution pattern that tends to be in the form of a Low Cluster.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kaburu Village, Bontomanai District, Selayar Islands Regency for 2020-2022, based on aspects of financial ratios consisting of Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Activity Ratio. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with analysis techniques using financial ratio calculation analysis. In this study the data used is the financial statements of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Bukit Harapan Kaburu Village for three periods from 2020 to 2022. The results of the study indicate that in general the financial performance of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) "Bukit Harapan" Kaburu Village, Bontomanai District, Selayar Islands Regency is good in terms of liquidity ratio, profitability, solvency and activity. This shows that BUMDes Bukit Harapan must maintain these four ratio and better improve them.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability and Leverage on stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index using a quantitative approach. The research considers research questions regarding the influence of profitability (ROE), the influence of Leverage (DER), and the simultaneous influence of both variables on stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. The research method used is quantitative, collecting data from various literature sources, financial reports, and related industry analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted by analyzing the results of t-tests and F-tests to evaluate the significance of the influence of these variables on stock prices. The results show that both profitability (ROE) and Leverage (DER) individually do not significantly affect stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. Similarly, when both variables were analyzed simultaneously, there was no significant influence on stock prices. These results indicate that other faktors outside of these two variables may have a more dominant role in determining stock prices in this index. This research provides important contributions to understanding the relationship between profitability, Leverage, and stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. The implications of this research can be considered by investors, financial analysts, and decision-makers in evaluating the performance and investment value of stocks in this index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income and number of dependents on household consumption expenditures. The population in this study were community customers who received direct cash assistance (BLT) totaling 91 people. The sampling technique in this study was non-random sampling, where the researcher took a sample of part of the total population. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear analysis methods. The results based on this path analysis show that income has an insignificant effect on household consumption expenditures, the number of family dependents has a significant effect on household consumption expenditures receiving direct cash assistance and the income and number of family dependents simultaneously has a significant effect on household consumption expenditures receiving direct assistance cash.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The type of research used in this research is quantitative data analysis. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from financial statements taken through the Indonesian stock exchange. The population and samples were taken based on certain criteria or purposive sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that when viewed in terms of the Liquidity ratio, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is the company with the best liquidity ratio when compared to other companies sampled in this study, from the solvency ratio, PT Darya Victoria Laboratoria, Tbk is the best and best in terms of profitability ratios PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk is the best in generating profits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency, the obstacles and efforts tak en by the Lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkep Regency. Respondents in this study were 48 people consisting of all staff of Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency plus community leaders consisting of traditional leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders, educators and women leaders, RWand RT heads as well as chairmen and members of LPM. descriptive analysis technique method supported by quantitative data. The results showed that 1. The role of the lurah in community empowerment as a motivator, facilitator and motivator in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci Distr ict, Pangkep Regency as a whole with an average score of 2.92 or was in the good category. 2. Obstacles faced by the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency, include: a). Lack of community participation in community empowerment; b) Lack of public k nowledgeabout the importance of community empowerment; c) Lack of community cooperation. 3. Efforts tak en by the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

Analisis tingkat seismisitas dan periode ulang gempa bumi berdasarkan magnitudo telah dilakukan pada daerah Kepulauan Maluku dan sekitarnya. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang di unduh dari katalog ISC (International Seismological Centre) pada periode 1970 - 2019, dengan magnitudo ≥ 5 dan kedalaman 0 - 200 km. Untuk menghitung periode ulang gempa bumi digunakan persamaan Guttenberg-Richter yang dihitung menggunakan metode Likelihood. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh nilai b (parameter seismotektonik) sebesar 0,821 dan nilai a (parameter seismik) sebesar 7,373 serta nilai indeks seismisitas untuk magnitudo 5-8 berkisar antara 21,570 - 0,077. Hal ini menunjukkan daerah penelitian memiliki tingkat keaktifan kegempaan yang tinggi. Periode ulang gempa bumi untuk magnitudo 5 - 8 bervariasi antara 0,046 - 12,931 tahun. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa daerah Kepulauan Maluku dan sekitarnya memiliki tingkat seismisitas yang tinggi dan rawan bencana gempa bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingginya tingkat keaktifan gempa dan nilai periode ulang gempa yang singkat.

Abstract

As a public official, the notary has the authority to create authentic deeds concerning joint marital property. It is the notary's responsibility to provide legal education to the parties and the public regarding legal actions related to joint property. Joint marital assets result from a valid marriage, unless there is an agreement regarding the separation of assets. A valid marriage, according to the Marriage Law, is one that is carried out in accordance with the laws of each respective religion and belief. Indonesia is a country with diverse ethnicities and religions, so it is not uncommon to find interfaith marriages. However, interfaith marriages cannot be legally registered according to the law and the country. Until the Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 was issued, judges were instructed not to grant requests for registration of interfaith marriages. Keywords: notary; marital property; interfaith marriages. .

Abstract

In the Handball course for the 2021 cohort, students were found to have suboptimal performance, particularly in basic skills such as dribbling. This study aims to examine the effect of dribbling training (X) on handball basic skills (Y). The research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The population consisted of 43 PORKES students from the 2021 class, and purposive sampling was applied to include only male participants, resulting in a sample of 12 students. The research instrument used a 40-meter dribbling test developed by Susanto. Data analysis used an independent t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ dribbling performance, with an average time reduction of 7.19 seconds, from 19.27 seconds in the pre-test to 12.08 seconds in the post-test. Statistical analysis showed tcount = 24.623 > ttable = 1.796, confirming a significant effect of the dribbling training. It can be concluded that dribbling training has a positive and significant effect on improving basic handball skills among Sports and Health Education students at Pasir Pengaraian University.

Abstract

Household consumption is a key indicator of economic well-being and is influenced by both income and behavioral financial factors. This study specifically examines the effect of household income on household consumption expenditure patterns in Makassar City, with neurofinance positioned as a mediating variable. A quantitative survey of 150 households was conducted, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that household income has a strong direct effect on consumption expenditure, while neurofinance has only a weak influence and does not significantly mediate the relationship between income and expenditure. These findings suggest that consumption patterns are predominantly driven by direct economic factors rather than behavioral financial mechanisms. Neurofinance appears to function more as a regulatory factor influencing consumption behavior rather than as an intermediary pathway. This study contributes empirically to the literature on household consumption by highlighting the contextual role of neurofinance and reinforcing the primacy of income in shaping expenditure decisions.
