Abstract

Fenomena pendidikan pada masa pendemi yang diharapkan orang tua, bahwa pendidikan anak haruslah dapat memperhatikan dan mengoptimalkan prestasi pendidikan anak. Kebutuhan ini tercapainya prestasi yang lebih baik tidak terlepas adanya peranan motivasi belajar yang baik bagi anak. Karenanya sangat dibutuhkan peranan dalam menumbuhkan dan memberikan motivasi agar siswa melakukan aktivitas belajar semakin lebih baik dan semakin meningkat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk membantu meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa dalam meningkatkan  prestasi belajar dimasa pandemic di  Yayasan Alabqo Amanah Marwah. Metode pelaksanaan PKM  berupa presentasi materi meningkatkan motivasi belajar dimasa pandemic dan tanya jawab dengan peserta siswa Yayasan Alabqo Amanah. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan PKM dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar syang tinggi dalam mencaai cita-cita yang akan datang. Kata Kunci:  Motivasi belajar; Prestasi; Pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan kreativitas berwirausaha warga di lingkungan Masjid Al Ikhlas Vila Dago Kota Tangerang Selatan. Adapun mitra adalah Yayasan Masjid Al Ikhlas Villa Dago Tol yang beralamat di Perumahan Vila Dago Tol Blok C1, Kelurahan Serua, Kecamatan Ciputat, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah penyuluhan tentang motivasi dan kreativitas berwirausaha sebagai pemberdayaan ekonomi Masyarakat. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah menambah wawasan warga dalam memulai atau meningkatkan usaha untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi warga masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberdayakan sumber daya warga kelurahan Benda Baru Pamulang, menuju terwujudnya warga yang kreatif dan terampil, meningkatkan pendapatan warga sehingga terciptanya kesejahteraan warga, serta meningkatkan rasa optimis dan berdaya saing tinggi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Adapun mitra dalam PKM ini adalah RW 06, RW 10 dan RW 12 Kelurahan Benda Baru Pamulang dan LPM (Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat), yang beralamat di Benda Baru, Jl. H. Rean No. 17, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini dalah penyuluhan tentang bagaimana meningkatkan pendapatan bagi para usaha mikro dan kecil dan pelatihan keterampilan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas warga didalam membuat dan menjual produk, yang sesuai dengan kondisi pandemi dan kebutuhan pasar saat ini. Pelatihan ketrampilan yang dilaksanakan, adalah membuat kerajinan (craft) dengan media masker kain dengan teknik decoupage, dan memberikan motivasi kepada warga. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM ini, diharapkan warga Benda Baru Pamulang dapat menciptakan produk-produk kreatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan pasar pada masa pandemi Covid-19, warga dapat membuat produk kerajinan (craft) dengan teknik decoupage, dan warga tetap optimis serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan di masa pandemi covid-19. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT Maxplus Indonesia Anugerah. The method used is associative quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated with a sample of 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that work stress has a sig of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work stress has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a sig of 0.000 > 0.05, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means work motivation has no effect and is not significant on employee performance. F count 45,206>3.18 and sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, which means that work stress and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance. Effective work stress and good work motivation will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Arjuna Cemerlang Motors, Taman Anggrek Branch, West Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.159 + 0.594X1, the correlation value obtained is 0.688, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. With a coefficient of determination value of 47.3% and hypothesis testing, t count > t table or (7.214 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.043 + 0.603X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.649, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 42.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.495 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.432 + 0.421X1 + 0.384X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.777, meaning it has a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or simultaneous contribution of influence is 60.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (43.341 > 2.770). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Divisi Teleoperation cabang cisauk kabupaten tangerang. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The  sample used in this study is the result of the slovin technique, namely 86 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis techniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis  testing and hypothesis testing. Testing the hypothesis partially on the compensation variable(X1) obtained the value of tcount > ttable (3,446 > 1,663) and a significancevalue of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that compensation (X1) has a significanteffect on employee performance (Y). Statistical test of work discipline  variable (X2) on employee performance obtained tcount > ttable (5,815 > 1,663)  and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (124,675 > 3.105) and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline  (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y). The determination obtained by R Square is 0.750, meaning that the compensation  and work discipline variables together have an influence contribution of 75% on employee performance. While the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Pulau Untung Jawa menjadi destinasi wisata memberikan peluang berwirausaha bagi warga sekitar. Oleh karena itu sebaiknya dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dan cinta tanah air pada masyarakat sekitar Pulau Untung Jawa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun generasi milenial yang cinta tanah air melalui potensi profesi dan kewirausahaan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan kepada 50 remaja di Pulau Untung Jawa. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman remaja tentang rasa cinta tanah air melalui potensi profesi dan wirausaha. Hal ini terlihat pada peningkatan hasil post-test yaitu 84,2 dibandingkan dari pre-test sebesar 74,6. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilanjutkan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan. Namun, dari 50 peserta kegiatan pelatihan, terdapat 47 peserta telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik. Sedangkan 3 peserta lainnya, masih belum menyelesaikan proses pembuatan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan. Saran dari kegiatan ini, pengabdian lanjutan dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan manajerial, marketing, dan pelaporan keuangan usaha yang dilakukan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Arshyndo Teknik Nusantara, Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is the Quantitative Method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with 53 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis was carried out using analysis of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test) Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Test Hypothesis (T test and F test). The results of research on employee performance are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.908 + 0.443 X1 + 0.292 X2. where the value of the beta coefficient is positive, which means that if motivation and work discipline increase, employee performance will also increase. This is evidenced by the simultaneous hypothesis testing results obtained by the value of Fcount> Ftable (39.895 > 3.18) and reinforced by a significance value of <0.05 (0.000<0.05). The test results of the coefficient of determination of the motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an effect of 61.5% on employee performance at PT. Arshyndo Teknik Nusantara. Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that it is proven that there is a significant effect simultaneously between motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Hujanmas Florestika Kencana Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 63 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 29. Teknik analisis dan uji data meliputi analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien derteminasi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,350 + 0,580X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh (thitung 9,467 > ttabel 2,000) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y =11,251 + 0,738X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh (thitung 10,571 > ttabel 2,000) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,092 +0,490X1 + 0,251X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh (Fhitung 67,364 > Ftabel 3,15) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out by a team of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Engineering, Pamulang University with Well Done Crochet partners with grant funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture of The Republic of Indonesia . The aim of this activity is in line with the first sustainable development goal, namely ending poverty in all forms throughout the world. The focus of this goal is on efforts to eradicate extreme poverty and empower those living in vulnerable conditions. The establishment of Well Done Crochet was initially to provide additional income for free school teachers for orphans. The methods or stages used are Identification of Partner Needs, Design and Procurement of Equipment. Operational Testing of Equipment, Operational Assistance, Technology Dissemination to the community/partners, Training, Mentoring, and Monitoring and Evaluation. After going through several stages of these activities, improvements were achieved, including: (a) increasing the skills of knitting teachers regarding various knitting techniques using sentro knitting machines, knitting net bags and needle punch techniques, (b) increasing teachers' knowledge about Business. Canvas and Design thinking models, (c) increasing the knowledge of Well Done Chrochet students about entrepreneurship. This service activity can be said to have succeeded in increasing the creativity of teachers and students to maximize entrepreneurial activities in the craft sector as additional income
