Abstract

In a cooperative there are many factors that influence member satisfaction, including the quality of service and product quality in the cooperative. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on member satisfaction. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The population of this study were members of the Mitra Pandawa Pilangsari Producer Cooperative. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 72 members. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The research results show that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. This is proven by the regression results Y = 1.039 + 0.310X1 + 0.462X2. This means that if the value of service quality and product quality is zero, then member satisfaction is worth 1.039. If product quality remains the same and service quality increases by 1 unit, member satisfaction increases by 0.310. If the service quality variable remains constant and product quality increases by 1 unit, member satisfaction increases by 0.462. The correlation value is 0.813, meaning that service quality and product quality have a very strong relationship with member satisfaction. Service quality and product quality contribute 33.9% to member satisfaction, while the remaining 33.9% is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Influence of Leadership Style and Working Environment towards Job Satisfaction at Supply Department PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Cirebon The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for leadership style, Working Environtment, and job satisfaction at Supply Department PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Cirebon. 2) Test empirically influence of leadership style towards job satisfaction at Supply Department PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Cirebon. 3) Test empirically influence of working environment towards job satisfaction at Supply Department PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Cirebon 4) Test empirically influence of leadership style and Working Environment towards at Supply Department PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Cirebon. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 67 employees at Personal General Affairs Division, Finance Division, Distribution Division and Logistic Division , while data collecting by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 25.0. The result of t test for leadership style is 3.286, and the signification is 0.002. This shows that there is an effect between leadership style towards job satisfaction. The result of t test for Working Environtment is 2.237, and the signification is 0.029. This shows that there is an effect between organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of F test is 13.806, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between leadership style and organization culture towards job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.301 or 30.1%. It means Job Satisfaction is affected by leadership style and working environtment as much as 30.1%.

Abstract

In the modern era, the advancement of information and communication technology has significantly impacted various aspects of human life, including consumption behavior and business practices. The internet, as a core technological tool, has become an inseparable part of daily activities. E-commerce, particularly platforms like Shopee, has gained immense popularity in Indonesia, providing easy and efficient online shopping experiences. This study examines the influence of two key factors, ease of use and consumer trust, on purchase decisions in e-commerce, specifically in the rural community of RW 07, Desa Sirnasari, Tasikmalaya. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs associative causal methods and data collection through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The findings reveal that both ease of use and consumer trust significantly affect purchase decisions, with trust having a more substantial impact. The study's results highlight that improving user-friendliness and transparency can enhance consumer trust and purchasing behavior. This research contributes to the literature by offering insights into consumer behavior in rural areas and provides practical recommendations for e-commerce platforms to improve services. Future research can explore other influencing factors such as price, social influences, and product quality.

Abstract

Program sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM di Desa Pasanggrahan tentang pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB merupakan identitas legalitas usaha yang penting untuk akses permodalan, kemudahan perizinan, dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Sosialisasi ini akan membahas secara detail tentang NIB, mulai dari definisi, manfaat, hingga proses pembuatannya. Pelaku UMKM akan mendapatkan informasi praktis dan langkah-langkah yang mudah dipahami untuk mendapatkan NIB. Selain itu, akan ada sesi tanya jawab untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan langsung dalam proses pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta berhasil memperoleh NIB dan memahami manfaatnya dalam mendukung legalitas dan perkembangan usaha. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi di kalangan peserta, yang dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan lanjutan

Abstract

Di era transformasi digital, pengembangan strategi bisnis yang tangguh dan adaptif menjadi kunci untuk mencapai keberlanjutan jangka panjang dan keunggulan kompetitif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perumusan strategi bisnis yang efektif dan selaras dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis dokumen serta data empiris dari tren bisnis digital saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang menerapkan strategi digital inovatif—dengan mengintegrasikan solusi teknologi informasi modern, memperluas cakupan operasional, serta menyelaraskan inisiatif dengan target keberlanjutan—memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk membedakan diri dari pesaing dan mencapai tujuan strategis. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja dan daya tahan perusahaan, tetapi juga mendukung transformasi ekonomi yang lebih luas sejalan dengan konsep "ekonomi baru."

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to reveal the impact, trends and implementation strategies in the field. Bibliometric analysis uses VOSviewer to visualize influential authors, frequently cited works, thematic groups, and keyword distribution. Additionally, the qualitative investigation explores real-world implementation strategies used by organizations for sustainable business practices and CSR initiatives. Methodology/approach: This research uses a combination of bibliometric analysis and qualitative exploration to comprehensively analyze sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility (CSR).Analysis was carried out using Bibliometric Analysis, Qualitative Exploration, Data Analysis, Identification of Influential Authors. Results/findings: The findings of this research reveal that the results collectively increase understanding of how businesses can effectively integrate sustainability and social responsibility, emphasizing the need for strategic analysis, practical implementation and consideration of the implications and challenges in the practical areas of sustainable business and CSR. Limitations: One of the limitations of this research is that it focuses on analyzing existing literature and does not involve original empirical research to validate the findings due to the broad topic coverage, several specific areas in business practice sustainability and CSR have not been explored in depth. Contribution: This research contributes to the analysis of sustainable business practices & corporate social responsibility (CSR) through a mixture of bibliometric analysis and qualitative exploration. Revealing impacts, trends and strategies for implementing sustainable business practices and CSR initiatives in the field, offering practical insights for organizations. Acknowledging influential authors and important works that have contributed significantly to the understanding of sustainability and CSR thereby shaping academic discourse in this domain. Revealing general implementation strategies such as supply chain optimization, stakeholder engagement, efficiency of resources used by organizations, providing practical approaches for businesses looking to integrate sustainability and CSR into their operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to help increase the economic value of the community from the sale of Batik Ecoprint, improve public knowledge by processing and to utilize natural resources, and produce environmentally friendly products (go green). This method is in the form of training to make batik works by using natural materials such as leaves that are around residential residents with the subject in Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency with the following stages: 1). Preparation stage. 2). Implementation stage The implementation of the training. 3). Lecture and simulation methods (direct practice). 4). Evaluation stage As an indicator of the success of community service. Implementation The results of the implementation of making motifs using the eco print technique show that: a) Activities can be carried out according to plan, b) Materials that have been planned can be carried out well, c) The results of the work of activity participants become personal property and tote bags can be used in dily activities and even sold d) The success of the activity participants in the skills of making eco print technique motifs with the guidance of mentors and the enthusiasm of the participants from the community element.

Abstract

Business success is essentially the success of a business in achieving its goals from all activities in a company, namely to achieve business success. The focus of this research is to explain the impact of self-efficacy, product diversity, competitive advantage, and promotion on business success in the creative industry. This research was conducted in Majalengka Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The respondents were creative economy industry players using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique uses verification analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination and is processed using SPSS. The conclusion of this study is that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on business success, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on business success, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business success, promotion has a positive and significant effect on business success, and self-efficacy, product diversity, competitive advantage, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

Human resource management is a central factor in any organization. Regardless of its form or objectives, an organization is established based on various visions for human interests, and its mission is managed and executed by people. Thus, human resource management focuses on issues related to the workforce. This study examines the impact of Public Service Motivation (PSM) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The respondents of this study were 100 employees from PT Leetex Garment Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this study, along with quantitative analysis through multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that PSM and OCB significantly and positively influenced employee performance, with PSM having a t-value of 12.331 and OCB having a t-value of 9.929, surpassing the critical t-value of 1.985. Additionally, the combined effect of PSM and OCB on employee performance was significant, with an F-value of 88.136 and a probability level of 0.000, less than the alpha level of 0.05. This suggests the need for further research into other factors affecting employee performance that were not covered in this study. This finding indicates the usefulness of PSM and OCB in increasing organizational productivity. However, this study also highlights the potential for further investigation into other elements that may influence employee performance, such as leadership style, organizational culture, or managerial support. For practitioners, particularly at PT Leetex Garment Indonesia, these findings might serve as the foundation for developing more effective human resource management strategies.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji tentang pentingnya kualitas layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di Belva Wedding Gallery. Dalam persaingan bisnis yang ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci untuk mempertahankan posisi di pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di Belva Wedding Gallery tergolong baik dengan rata-rata skor 72,17%, dan kepuasan konsumen juga tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 71,29%. Mayoritas responden merasa puas dengan produk, pelayanan, dan pengalaman yang mereka dapatkan. Analisis verifikatif menunjukkan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen (koefisien korelasi 0,813), serta pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (koefisien determinasi 66,11%). Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Belva Wedding Gallery telah berhasil memberikan layanan yang baik kepada konsumennya, yang berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Peningkatan terus-menerus dalam kualitas layanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di masa mendatang, mendukung kelangsungan bisnis mereka di industri yang kompetitif.
