Abstract

Customer loyalty is crucial for a company's long-term success, particularly in competitive e-commerce. This study examines the impact of customer experience and perceived enjoyment on customer loyalty, with trust as a mediator, in the TikTok Shop context. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 TikTok Shop users who completed at least three transactions. SEM-PLS analysis shows that perceived enjoyment has a stronger direct effect on trust and loyalty than customer experience. The model explains 71.4% of trust variance and 62.1% of customer loyalty variance. The findings highlight the need for e-commerce businesses to enhance retention by ensuring seamless, enjoyable interactions and fostering trust through transparency, reliability, and engaging features. This study underscores the importance of integrating customer experience with trust-building strategies in social commerce.

Abstract

Program sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM di Desa Pasanggrahan tentang pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB merupakan identitas legalitas usaha yang penting untuk akses permodalan, kemudahan perizinan, dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar. Sosialisasi ini akan membahas secara detail tentang NIB, mulai dari definisi, manfaat, hingga proses pembuatannya. Pelaku UMKM akan mendapatkan informasi praktis dan langkah-langkah yang mudah dipahami untuk mendapatkan NIB. Selain itu, akan ada sesi tanya jawab untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan langsung dalam proses pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta berhasil memperoleh NIB dan memahami manfaatnya dalam mendukung legalitas dan perkembangan usaha. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi di kalangan peserta, yang dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan lanjutan

Abstract

Business success is essentially the success of a business in achieving its goals from all activities in a company, namely to achieve business success. The focus of this research is to explain the impact of self-efficacy, product diversity, competitive advantage, and promotion on business success in the creative industry. This research was conducted in Majalengka Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The respondents were creative economy industry players using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire via google form. The data analysis technique uses verification analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination and is processed using SPSS. The conclusion of this study is that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on business success, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on business success, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business success, promotion has a positive and significant effect on business success, and self-efficacy, product diversity, competitive advantage, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover articles published on crisis leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by analyzing articles published between 2020 and 2022. Initially, a total of 979 articles were identified, which were then narrowed down to 29 articles based on inclusion and quality criteria. The extracted results regarding crisis leadership issues during the COVID-19 pandemic are categorized into 4 major journal groups: management and leadership, health, social, and education journals. Emerging issues within crisis leadership include gender post COVID-19, academic leadership, administrative leadership, public health leadership, digitalization & virtual leadership, fault lines of leadership, and leadership approach. The changes in crisis leadership have led to the emergence of new leadership strategies, such as virtual collaboration across boundaries.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran abad 21 menekankan pada peran aktif peserta didik, yang dianggap sebagai pelaku utama dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu teknologi yang relevan dalam konteks ini adalah media sosial TikTok. Media sosial memiliki fitur yang mempermudah proses pembelajaran dan interaksi antara dosen dan peserta didik. Penggunaan media sosialĀ  TikTok, sebagai media pembelajaran memiliki dampak besar pada proses dan hasil pembelajaran, terutama bagi generasi Z yang terbiasa dengan media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial ini sejalan dengan upaya P21 dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. TikTok menjadi platform yang populer dengan lebih dari 500 juta unduhan dan memiliki banyak pengguna di Indonesia. Penggunaan TikTok dalam pembelajaran generasi Z di abad ke-21 terkait dengan literasi digital dan penggunaan media sosial. Dalam konteks ini, konstruktivisme sosial menjadi landasan teori yang relevan. Konstruktivisme sosial menekankan peran interaksi sosial, kolaborasi, dan partisipasi aktif dalam pembentukan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan TikTok sebagai alat komunikasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa di luar sesi kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, studi kasus, dan analisis konten. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 mahasiswa Prodi Sistem Informasi FKOM-UNIKU yang mengambil mata kuliah Literasi Teknologi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengungkap pengembangan konstruksi sosial mahasiswa melalui penggunaan TikTok dalam pembelajaran, serta efektivitas TikTok sebagai media alternatif untuk konsultasi materi dan tugas mahasiswa. Penggunaan TikTok dalam pendidikan dapat menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menarik, kolaboratif, dan relevan dengan kehidupan mahasiswa saat ini.

Abstract

Human resource management is a central factor in any organization. Regardless of its form or objectives, an organization is established based on various visions for human interests, and its mission is managed and executed by people. Thus, human resource management focuses on issues related to the workforce. This study examines the impact of Public Service Motivation (PSM) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The respondents of this study were 100 employees from PT Leetex Garment Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this study, along with quantitative analysis through multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that PSM and OCB significantly and positively influenced employee performance, with PSM having a t-value of 12.331 and OCB having a t-value of 9.929, surpassing the critical t-value of 1.985. Additionally, the combined effect of PSM and OCB on employee performance was significant, with an F-value of 88.136 and a probability level of 0.000, less than the alpha level of 0.05. This suggests the need for further research into other factors affecting employee performance that were not covered in this study. This finding indicates the usefulness of PSM and OCB in increasing organizational productivity. However, this study also highlights the potential for further investigation into other elements that may influence employee performance, such as leadership style, organizational culture, or managerial support. For practitioners, particularly at PT Leetex Garment Indonesia, these findings might serve as the foundation for developing more effective human resource management strategies.
