Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the experiential learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were students in class X-3, totaling 36 students, as the experimental class and X-6, totaling 36 students, as the control class. The data collection technique used in this research is a test, namely pretest and posttest, then supported by other data in the form of documentation with data analysis using the sample t-test. The research results show that the sig. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of means is 0.001 so that the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the experiential learning learning model assisted by YouTube learning media on the economic learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 3 Balikpapan students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of social media and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students at Mulawarman University. Using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 students through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 2.377 > t-table 1.984, and a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Additionally, entrepreneurship education positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with a t-Count of 6.746 > t-table 1.984, and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the use of social media and entrepreneurship education significantly influences entrepreneurial interest, with an f- Count of 71.229 > f-table 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that both social media and entrepreneurship education, individually and together, play an important role in enhancing the entrepreneurial interest of students.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the family environment that influences the intensity of student learning. Therefore, the focus of the research in this thesis is how the family environment affects the intensity of learning. This study is to determine the influence of the family environment on the intensity of learning of class XII students of SMA Negeri 4 Samarinda. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The informants in this study were class XII. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and questionnaires of class XII students. Based on the results of the study, it showed that 43.3% of students were very supported by their families in the student learning process, then 32.7% of students were sufficiently supported by their families, but there were 22% of students who received less support for learning from their family environment, and there were 2% of students who did not receive support from their family environment.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, and data analysis was conducted using data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that Desa Bhuana Jaya's entrepreneurial potential is measured by three indicators: the businesses being run, the environment, and human resources. In terms of the types of businesses being run and have potential to be run, Desa Bhuana Jaya has a variety of businesses, ranging from culinary businesses, grocery businesses, and other businesses with a turnover that is sufficient to meet living needs and business development. Meanwhile, the physical and social environment of Desa Bhuana Jaya as a business support is very good, with existing road and lighting facilities and a clean location, although some roads are still made of earth and have not received full attention from the government. The social environment is good with no conflicts, crimes, or criminal acts. In terms of human resources, Desa Bhuana Jaya has the ability to manage businesses, including financial management, but there has been no innovation or use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Continuing Study Interest to Higher Education Students SMA Negeri 1 Loakulu. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the students of class XII SMA Negeri 1 Loakulu Academic Year 2024/2025. The sample of this study amounted to 70 students with proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of Internal Factors and External Factors on the Interest in Continuing Studies to Higher Education Class XII Students of SMA Negeri 1 Loakulu as indicated by the Fcount value of 36,282 with a significance value of F of 0.001. The coefficient of determination is 0.520 or 52.0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran Butik Venni (berdiri sejak 1996 di Samarinda) untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan daya saing. Strategi utama butik meliputi: inovasi produk (mengikuti tren, layanan kustomisasi), kualitas bahan premium (nyaman, aman, tahan lama), dan promosi digital (via Instagram) untuk memperluas jangkauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi ketiga faktor tersebut (diperkuat oleh wawancara pelanggan dan data penjualan) berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, memperkuat citra merek, serta menciptakan daya saing berkelanjutan. Peningkatan omzet tertinggi tercatat Rp26.124.900 pada bulan Agustus, mayoritas dari pesanan seragam/kebaya. Rekomendasi penelitian: Butik Venni disarankan untuk terus memperluas inovasi desain, memperkaya variasi produk/layanan, mengoptimalkan promosi digital dengan kolaborasi/fitur interaktif, dan meningkatkan sistem pencatatan data penjualan/pelanggan secara digital.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa. Lingkungan sosial, yang meliputi lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk motivasi, perilaku, serta kemampuan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X di SMA Katolik W.R. Soepratman 020 Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 105 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, serta uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan sosial terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa. Hal ini berarti semakin baik kondisi lingkungan sosial siswa, maka semakin rendah tingkat kesulitan belajar yang dialami. Sebaliknya, siswa dengan lingkungan sosial kurang mendukung cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, sekitar 3 dari 10 siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar karena kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik melalui penerapan metode resitasi berbasis proyek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 peserta didik kelas X Manlog SMKN 17 Samarinda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes (pre-test dan post-test), serta dokumentasi, dengan analisis data secara kualitatif dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas guru dari 56,66% menjadi 96,66% dan aktivitas peserta didik dari 53,33% menjadi 95,55% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari 59,04% pada pra-siklus menjadi 68,33% pada siklus I, dan 77,05% pada siklus II, dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 83,33%. Penerapan metode resitasi berbasis proyek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, hasil belajar, serta keterampilan praktis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, lama usaha, dan inovasi usaha terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 pelaku UMKM, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara parsial modal usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan nilai t hitung -2,187 dan sig 0,032 < 0,05, lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 6,524 dan sig 0,000, serta inovasi usaha berpengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 2,315 dan sig 0,023. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pelaku UMKM dengan nilai F hitung 65,096 dan Adjusted R² 0,720, yang berarti ketiganya berkontribusi sebesar 72% terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di Samarinda Ulu dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola modal, pengalaman menjalankan usaha, dan inovasi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PDAM Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh berbagai keluhan pelanggan mengenai ketidakstabilan distribusi air, kualitas air yang kurang baik, serta keterlambatan penanganan keluhan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan keabsahan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dimensi reliability (keandalan) dan responsiveness (daya tanggap) terbukti menjadi faktor paling dominan, karena terkait dengan kelancaran distribusi air serta kecepatan penanganan keluhan. Sementara itu, indikator kepuasan pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk air tergolong cukup baik, harga relatif terjangkau namun belum sebanding dengan layanan saat distribusi terganggu, biaya tambahan masih membebani sebagian pelanggan, dan aspek emosional pelanggan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kontinuitas layanan. Secara keseluruhan, kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Tirta Kencana berada pada kategori sedang (cukup puas), namun masih memerlukan perbaikan khususnya pada aspek keandalan distribusi dan respons cepat terhadap keluhan.
