Abstract

Fracture of the patella is a relatively rare injury but has a significant impact on the function of the extensor mechanism in the human knee, especially if there is a significant dislocation or displacement of bone fragments in the knee. Surgical treatment using the Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) method is the main choice to ensure optimal bone union and is used as a restoration of joint function in the knee. Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) aims to restore the anatomical position of the patella and to ensure the stability of the knee structure. After ORIF installation, patients will often face disorders such as; pain, limitations in the range of joint motion (LGS), and decreased muscle strength. Physiotherapy plays an important role in dealing with these problems. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions including ankle pump, quadriceps static contraction, breathing exercise, and early mobilization on improving knee function in patients with Post Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) Fracture Patella. This study used a qualitative descriptive study design with a case study approach. The pain scale measured using the Numeric Rating Scale before the intervention was 8 after the intervention became 6. The range of motion of the joints was measured using a goniometer, and functional ability was measured using the lower extremity functional scale. Physiotherapy interventions including ankle pump, quadriceps static contraction, breathing exercise, and early mobilization have a positive effect on Post ORIF Fracture Patella patients.

Abstract

Tanaman tebu adalah komoditas pertanian yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama untuk panen. Pada dasarnya menanam tebu juga bisa dilakukan dengan menanam tanaman sela  palawija misalnya kacang tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan jumlah tanaman perlubang  terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.) yang ditanam sebagai tanaman sela di antara tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Februari 2016 sampai Mei 2016 di Desa Ngusikan, Kecamatan Ngusikan, Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 2 faktor yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor pertama (Jarak tanam) dan faktor kedua  (Jumlah tanaman per lubang). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA), apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi yang nyata antara jumlah tanaman per lubang dengan jarak tanam kacang tanah terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah sebagai tanaman sela diantara tebu. Hasil produksi tertinggi pada perlakuan perbedaan jarak tanam mencapai 2,11 ton ha-1 pada jarak tanam 25 x 25 cm (160.000 tan/ha-1). Hasil produksi tertinggi pada perlakuan perbedaan jumlah tanaman per lubang mencapai 1,92 ton ha-1 pada perlakuan 3 tanaman per lubang. Hasil perhitungan R/C rasio tertinggi 1,9 sehingga usahatani tersebut menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of model CTL to the learning outcomes in Social Science Class V at SD N 14 Balai Ahad Agam,in the even semester of the academic year 2018/2019. This research is a quantitative reseach with experimental This research is a quantitative research with experimental type and quasy experimental research design. Sampling data is taken by purposive sampling. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people, with a population of 40 people. Based on the research that has been done, obtained t count> t table, 2,13095 > 1,68595 with α = 0.05 is means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it meaning there is influence the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model of student learning outcomes in Social Science Class V SD N 14 Balai Ahad Agam.
