Abstract

In this study, the Apriori algorithm was tested using the RapidMiner application. Apriori algorithm is one of the algorithms used in association analysis in data mining. The purpose of this research is to test the performance of Apriori algorithm in identifying association patterns in the given dataset. The research method used is experimentation using relevant datasets. Testing is done by implementing the Apriori algorithm in the RapidMiner application, which provides a visual interface and various functions for data analysis. During testing, adjustments were made to Apriori algorithm parameters, such as support and confidence, to optimize analysis results. The data generated from the tests were evaluated to determine significant association patterns. The test results show the success rate of the Apriori algorithm in identifying association patterns in the given dataset. The performance evaluation of the algorithm is done based on relevant metrics, such as accuracy, execution speed, and association pattern quality score. The conclusion of this research is that testing the Apriori algorithm using the RapidMiner application can provide adequate results in association analysis. This research has important implications in the field of data mining and association analysis, especially in the use of the Apriori algorithm using the RapidMiner application. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of association analysis techniques and improve understanding of the performance of the Apriori algorithm in the context of its use in practical applications.

Abstract

One of the algorithms in cryptography that can be used for school database security is the IDEA (International Data Encryption Algorithm) algorithm. The IDEA algorithm is one of the cryptographic algorithms that has various applications in secure data transmission in the scope of networks and distributed measurement systems. Encryption results appear in the form of a notepad. The Open data button is used to find data that will be used for the encryption process. The key checklist is used to input the key length that will be used for the encryption decryption security process. The system displays the IDEA Cryptographic key, can use the IDEA Cryptographic key, the encryption and decryption change process is clearly visible. Encryption is done on the SMK Pembangunan school database with IDEA algorithm and designing the student database encryption application based on the name of the SMK Pembangunan using Visual Basic programming language.

Abstract

At this time many people have started selling online. Even though only with makeshift items to make online sales, not a few people have succeeded in making these online sales. The TOPSIS method is one of the multicriteria decision-making methods, this method is one that is widely used to complete practical decision making. Abstract

Distribution is an important thing in business activities, especially for distribution companies or distributors. Delays in distribution will reduce customer service levels. The method used is WP (Weighted Product), because Weighted product is one of the right choice of method to solve complex problems and Weighted Product can produce structured calculations on problems that have sub-sub-criteria for the decision to be built. from this research is to determine the best egg distribution location in the pumpkin beach district using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The Weighted Product (WP) method is a multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision-making method. WP is a set of alternative decisions described in terms of several criteria. In the WP method there is no need for matrix manipulation because this method multiplies the assessment results of each attribute. The results of the research are based on the results of the ranking using the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine the best distribution location in the pumpkin beach district, so the greatest value is Grosir 2 with a value of 0.2309 which can be chosen to be the best distribution location. weights so that they can be used with that method.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan guru-guru dalam pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Flash, dan masih terdapat guru-guru yang belum mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif secara optimal. Proses pembelajaran dapat terjadi karena adanya interaksi dalam penyampaian informasi menggunakan alat-alat penyampai informasi atau materi. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru-guru dalam penyampaian materi belajar, karena keberhasilan pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh dua komponen utama yaitu metode mengajar dan media pembelajaran. Seperti yang terjadi di SD Swasta Putri Deli Namorambe, bahwa dalam proses belajar mengajar masih menggunakan slide yang dibuat dengan aplikasi power point dan juga menggunakan buku ajar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu tahapan pertama sosialisasi dengan mengadakan observasi dan wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, tahap kedua pelatihan dan pendampingan dan tahap ketiga evaluasi. Dengan Pendampingan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Flash Untuk Guru-Guru SD Swasta Putri Deli Namorambe dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Macromedia flash dalam membuat media pembelajaran interaktif.

Abstract

Asistensi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang memberikan pelatihan kepada Peserta untuk mempersiapkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas serta memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Publisher, metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Asistensi dengan kegiatan webiner, rangkaian kegaitan yang dilakukan melakukan Pendampingan mulai dari persiapan paper, pemenuhan kajian pustaka serta menajemen referensi sampai dengan teknis pembuatan draf. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 100 orang dari berbagai daerah berbagai Perguruan Tinggi diindonesia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini memberikan motivasi kepada para dosen muda untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam mempersiapkan diri membuat paper yang berkualitas serta layak untuk diterima pada publikasi sinta serta menuju publikias internasional. Topik yang disampaikan oleh Penulis dalam kegiatan ini berfokus terhadap teknis publikasi menyangkut pencarian referensi, penggunaan Tools serta manajemen referensi dengan menggunakan aplikasi mandelay. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan 2 kali dalam setahun.

Abstract

This community service aims to document the process of developing an online scientific journal as an effort to expand the impact of academic knowledge from Bethel College of Theology (STT) in Medan. Through a collaborative approach, this research involved faculty members and administrative staff in developing an effective and accessible online scientific journal platform. The development process included needs analysis, interface design, technical development, and pilot testing and evaluation. The outcome of this service was the launch of a scientific journal platform that facilitates publication, peer-review, and knowledge exchange digitally. It is hoped that this initiative will enrich the quality of research and scientific understanding among students, lecturers, as well as the academic community, while making a sustainable contribution to the development of knowledge in the field of theology and religion.

Abstract

Pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran digital bagi guru sekolah dasar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam konteks pendidikan masa kini yang semakin didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi, penggunaan media pembelajaran digital menjadi suatu keharusan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Melalui serangkaian aktivitas yang terstruktur, peserta pelatihan akan diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran digital serta praktik-praktik terbaik dalam penerapannya. Pelatihan ini mencakup pemahaman tentang berbagai jenis media pembelajaran digital, strategi integrasi ke dalam rencana pembelajaran, dan keterampilan pemilihan serta evaluasi media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat memberikan dukungan yang signifikan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara efektif.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to conduct an in-depth bibliometric analysis of various techniques used in data visualization. The methodology involves collecting and analyzing bibliographies and relevant scientific publications related to data visualization techniques, specifically Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), T-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (T-SNE), Tree Map (TMAP), Uniform Manifold Approximation (UMAP). The findings from this analysis are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of trends, patterns, and developments in data visualization techniques within the scholarly literature. However, this research has limitations, such as the availability of data and bibliometric methodology constraints. The social implications of an in-depth understanding of these data visualization techniques may contribute to enhancing broader understanding and application across various fields, spanning from sciences to industries. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive approach to bibliometric analysis, particularly focusing on data visualization techniques, and the value of this research resides in its contribution to knowledge that can serve as a foundation for further developments in the domain.

Abstract

This research introduces an innovative approach for pattern recognition in medical images through the application of Robert's edge detection method. Pattern recognition in medical images has great significance in disease diagnosis and patient care management. Edge detection is an important stage in image processing which aims to determine the boundaries of objects in the image. Robert's edge detection method is one of the classic methods that has been used in image processing. However, improving edge detection performance is needed to improve accuracy in pattern recognition in medical images. In this study, we propose a modified variation of Robert's method to increase the accuracy in finding edges in medical images. The proposed innovative approach is tested using a large and diverse medical image dataset. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the edge detection results using the conventional Robert method with the results using the proposed modified method. Quantitative analysis is carried out to measure the performance improvements achieved. Experimental results show that the modified Robert edge detection method produces significant improvements in precision and accuracy in finding edges in medical images. These results indicate that the proposed innovative approach has the potential to improve pattern recognition in medical images and can make valuable contributions in the diagnosis and management of diseases.
