Abstract

Aplikasi Academic Information System (AIS) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Jakarta berfungsi sebagai sarana informasi mengenai jadwal perkuliahan, penilaian, pengambilan Kartu Rencana Studi dan berbagai informasi akademik lainnya. Pengguna AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta masih mengalami kesulitan dalam navigasi aplikasi, menemukan informasi yang dibutuhkan, atau bahkan merasa tidak puas dengan antarmuka pengguna yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang prototipe aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang fokus pada pengguna. Tahapan UCD yang dipilih meliputi analisis konteks penggunaan, definisi kebutuhan pengguna, desain awal prototipe, dan pengujian kegunaan yang melibatkan pengguna aktual. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap penelitian, yaitu dengan melakukan studi literatur, identifikasi pengguna, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, desain solusi, dan evaluasi desain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta masih memiliki hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki dengan rancang ulang prototype yang lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Penulis telah merancang ulang tampilan aplikasi AIS Mobile UIN Jakarta berdasarkan umpan balik yang diberikan beberapa koresponden sebagai pengguna. Prototipe yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih optimal bagi pengguna aplikasi AIS UIN Jakarta.

Abstract

Employees who are performing are assets in an organization to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work. The use of Social Technology has experienced a significant increase in the context of the company to help employee performance. This study proposes a model of employee performance measurement in terms of the use of Social Technology. The method used is a quantitative method with an extended Social Technology model. This model has seven variables: collaboration, communication, frequency of access, resource sharing, usefulness as independent, employee performance as dependent and social technology use which is the mediator. In its testing using PLS-SEM data analysis technique with SmartPLS 3.0. The test results show that there are six hypotheses tested, with five hypotheses accepted or influential and one hypothesis not accepted. Five accepted hypotheses prove that collaboration, communication, resource sharing, and usefulness have a significant effect on the use of Social Technology use and the use of Social Technology use which has a significant relationship to employee performance.

Abstract

Tingginya perkembangan teknologi informasi, sejalan dengan tingginya terobosan yang dapat dilakukan bagi masyarakat. E-commerce menjadi salah satu contoh teknologi yang sudah berkembang dan banyak membantu masyarakat hingga saat ini. Pelaku UMKM banyak yang sudah beralih menggunakan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan namun dalam penerapannya masih memiliki hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hambatan sosial budaya dan organisasi bagi pelaku UMKM Tangerang Selatan dengan menggunakan framework hambatan adopsi e commerce Zaied. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas untuk keseluruhan item yang diajukan menunjukkan hasil yang valid. Kemudian hasil uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui konsistensi jawaban dari responden mendapatkan nilai 0,830 dengan kata lain memiliki nilai yang reliabel. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa adanya hambatan pada nilai, keyakinan, pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan e-commerce dengan angka sebesar 58% pada sosial & budaya. Hambatan lainnya pada organisasi mengenai kurangnya dukungan manajemen dan memilki keterbatasan akses informasi dengan angka sebesar 63% dalam menerapkan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini menganalisis peran krusial modul ERP Inventaris dalam meningkatkan efektivitas Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kompleksitas rantai pasok global dan kebutuhan mendesak akan efisiensi operasional. Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami kontribusi modul ERP Inventaris terhadap akurasi data, efisiensi operasional, dan responsivitas SCM, mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasi, serta memproyeksikan tren teknologi masa depan. Metode penelitian melibatkan identifikasi 200 catatan dari berbagai basis data, penyaringan, dan penilaian kualitas studi, menghasilkan 25 studi yang relevan untuk sintesis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa integrasi modul ERP Inventaris dengan sistem SCM lainnya sangat penting untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan efisiensi. Keunggulan kompetitif dicapai melalui kelincahan, ketahanan, efisiensi, dan visibilitas. Faktor organisasional seperti dukungan manajemen puncak dan manajemen perubahan berperan krusial dalam keberhasilan. Tren masa depan mengarah pada SCM otonom yang didukung IoT, AI/ML, komputasi awan, blockchain, dan RPA. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa modul ERP Inventaris secara fundamental mentransformasi SCM menuju operasi yang lebih efisien dan tangguh.Kata Kunci: ERP Inventaris; Supply Chain Management; Systematic Literature Review; Efisiensi Rantai Pasok; Transformasi Digital; Abstract - This research analyzes the crucial role of ERP Inventory modules in enhancing Supply Chain Management (SCM) effectiveness using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study is motivated by the increasing complexity of global supply chains and the pressing need for operational efficiency. Its aim is to comprehend the contributions of ERP Inventory modules to data accuracy, operational efficiency, and SCM responsiveness, identify implementation challenges, and project future technological trends. The methodology involved identifying 200 records from various databases, screening, and quality assessment, resulting in 25 relevant studies for synthesis. Findings indicate that integrating ERP Inventory modules with other SCM systems is essential for improving visibility and efficiency. Competitive advantages are achieved through agility, resilience, efficiency, and visibility. Organizational factors like top management support and change management play a crucial role in success. Future trends point towards autonomous SCM powered by IoT, AI/ML, cloud computing, blockchain, and RPA. Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi agenda strategis bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi kompleksitas teknologi, persaingan global, dan meningkatnya ekspektasi pengguna. Namun, proses ini tidak lepas dari tantangan seperti fragmentasi sistem, kebutuhan interoperabilitas, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta risiko serangan siber. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau peran TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dalam mendukung transformasi digital yang berorientasi pada cyber-resilience dan sustainability melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA. Sebanyak 23 artikel terpilih dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan bibliometric untuk memetakan tren penelitian serta hubungan antar konsep. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa TOGAF telah digunakan di berbagai sektor, seperti perbankan, pendidikan, pemerintahan, telekomunikasi, hingga manufaktur, dengan kontribusi utama pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional, integrasi keamanan siber, dan penguatan keberlanjutan digital. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasi, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, kompleksitas integrasi, serta kebutuhan akan regulasi yang adaptif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik arsitektur perusahaan yang tidak hanya selaras dengan tujuan bisnis, tetapi juga mendukung keamanan siber dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Abstract The Korean Wave (Hallyu) has positioned K-Pop concerts as major cultural events in Indonesia, generating economic impacts but also exposing persistent ticketing challenges. Issues such as limited supply, technical failures, lack of transparency, and fraudulent resales often lead to fan dissatisfaction. This study applies Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) within a qualitative case study to examine and improve the ticketing workflow. Data were obtained from documentation, observation, literature review, and limited fan interviews. The current “as-is” model revealed inefficiencies including unclear digital queues, system errors, failed payments, and opaque quota distribution. A redesigned “to-be” model introduces improvements such as real-time quota visibility, One ID One Ticket enforcement, third-party purchase restrictions, and identity-based wristbands. Findings show that BPMN provides clarity of roles among stakeholders while enhancing transparency, fairness, and trust. This research demonstrates the value of process modeling for creating more reliable ticketing systems in cultural industries. Abstrak Gelombang Korea (Hallyu) menjadikan konser K-Pop sebagai peristiwa budaya besar di Indonesia yang tidak hanya berdampak ekonomi tetapi juga memunculkan berbagai kendala dalam sistem tiket. Permasalahan seperti keterbatasan kuota, kegagalan teknis, kurangnya transparansi, dan praktik penjualan ulang ilegal sering menimbulkan ketidakpuasan penggemar. Penelitian ini menerapkan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) dalam studi kasus kualitatif untuk menganalisis sekaligus merancang perbaikan alur kerja tiket. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, kajian literatur, serta wawancara terbatas dengan penggemar. Analisis proses “as-is” mengungkap ketidakefisienan berupa antrian digital yang tidak jelas, kesalahan sistem, pembayaran gagal, dan distribusi kuota yang tidak transparan. Model “to-be” yang dirancang mencakup visibilitas kuota secara real-time, penerapan aturan One ID One Ticket, larangan pembelian pihak ketiga, serta distribusi gelang berbasis identitas. Hasil menunjukkan BPMN memperjelas peran pemangku kepentingan sekaligus meningkatkan transparansi, keadilan, dan kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemodelan proses dalam menciptakan sistem tiket yang lebih andal di industri budaya.

Abstract

Background: Mobile-based Academic Information Systems (AIS) have become essential for improving accessibility and efficiency in higher education. UIN Jakarta’s AIS Mobile aims to support academic activities; however, user loyalty remains low, as many students prefer accessing services via the web platform. Objective: This study evaluates AIS Mobile services and identifies key factors influencing user loyalty using an extended Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). Methods: A quantitative approach was employed, involving 334 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0.9.3. The proposed model integrates ECM constructs—confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention—with additional variables: system quality, information quality, trust, habit, and loyalty. Results: Findings indicate that eight hypotheses were supported, confirming significant relationships among confirmation, perceived usefulness, trust, habit, and continuance intention in shaping loyalty. Satisfaction, however, showed no significant effect on continuance intention. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with R² values of 0.737 for continuance intention and 0.726 for satisfaction. Habit exhibited the largest effect size, emphasizing its role in sustaining usage. Implications: To enhance user loyalty, developers should prioritize improving system reliability, security, and usability while fostering habitual engagement through intuitive design and personalized features. These insights provide actionable strategies for strengthening AIS Mobile adoption in Islamic higher education contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the forms, meanings, and processes of spiritual practices in relation to the acquisition of ‘ilm ladunni (divinely bestowed knowledge) at Pondok Pesantren Tauhid Al Bajuri, and analyzes their relevance to Al-Ghazali’s epistemological framework. The study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological orientation to explore lived experiences and interpretations of spiritual practices within the pesantren context. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with key participants, and documentation of institutional practices. The findings show that spiritual practices such as dhikr, khalwat, riyadhah, and tafakkur function as structured processes of self-discipline and inner purification. These practices are understood as preparatory stages for receiving knowledge, closely associated with the concept of tazkiyat al-nafs. The process of acquiring ‘ilm ladunni is interpreted as a gradual transformation involving stages of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli, through which the heart (qalb) becomes receptive to deeper forms of understanding. The study further indicates that the distinction between ‘ilm kasbi and ‘ilm ladunni is reflected in practice as a complementary relationship rather than a dichotomy. Intellectual learning provides a conceptual foundation, while spiritual discipline contributes to the formation of inner readiness. These findings demonstrate that Al-Ghazali’s epistemological framework continues to operate within contemporary pesantren education, where knowledge is experienced as both learned and lived.
