Abstract

This research was motivated by a less than optimal inventory control system at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store, in the process it may also have an impact on the security of stock. Procurement of merchandise at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store does not yet use standard methods, procurement is still carried out using calculations based on estimates and there is a lack of control over the inventory of goods at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik Store. The purpose of this study is to analyze the appropriate inventory control system implemented at the Mulia Jaya Elektronik store. The inventory control method that researchers will use is the ROP (Reorder Point) method in procuring merchandise and increasing inventory security through inventory management. The work of writing this study article uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this research can make a positive contribution to better procurement of inventory goods through the implementation of an effective inventory control system.

Abstract

Human Resources, especially teachers, have a very large influence and are considered the main key in improving the quality of schools and educational goals. However, there is still a lack of collaboration and cooperation between teachers and between teachers and education staff, and the high rate of absenteeism without obvious reasons is also a significant problem that affects the continuity of learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on teacher performance partially and simultaneously at SMP Negeri 2 Babakancikao Purwakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 31 people (saturated sample). Data analysis using multiple linear regression data analyzer with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that the work environment has no effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the work environment and work discipline together have a significant influence on teacher performance. This research has important implications for the development of management policies and practices in the educational environment. Good work discipline contributes positively to teacher performance and improves performance to achieve organizational goals..

Abstract

Pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia bisa di tempuh dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu hal yang diangap berhasil selama ini adalah dengan melalui pendidikan yang bersifat formal seperti Pendidikan di sekolah baik dasar, menengah, atas dan pendidikan tinggi. Selain itu ada juga pendidikan non formal yang biasa dilakukan di masjid/mushola yang mengajarkan pengajian anak anak (masdrasah), dimana penekanan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia lebih di arahkan ke aspek sikap, perilaku atau di sebut Pendidikan karakter selain memberikan pemahaman ilmu ilmu keagamaan yang sangat berguna bagi perseta didik sebagai bekal untuk mengembangakan dirinya di masa depan. Selain itu, ada juga Pendidikan lain yang bisa dijadikan media untuk membentuk dan mengembangankan sumber daya manusia yaitu Pendidikan non akademis seperti Pendidikan keterampilan. Pendidikan ini biasanya di lakukan oleh pihak pihak yang memiliki tanggungjawab moral untuk dapat mendidik dan mengarahkan peserta didik nya agar memiliki keterampilan tertentu. Keterampilan tersebut bisa berupa keterampilan tangan, keterampilan berorganisasi, membangun kerjasama tim atau berinteraksi dengan sesamanya dan lain sebagainya. Abstract

Human resources play an important role in the complex scope of employment, the principles of welfare and justice and effectiveness in carrying out work are priorities in carrying out company operations. Compensation provided by the company is often a factor in whether employee performance is good or bad, as well as work discipline which is the basis for carrying out work according to standard operating procedures. The study carried out has the aim of being able to find out, analyze and explain the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive (study of employees at the PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive plant body). The method in this study uses a quantitative model with a descriptive verification approach technique. For this study, the population recorded included all Plant Body employees of PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive. The sample used in this study was 130 respondents with the sampling technique used, including non-probability sampling using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). Data analysis in this study used path analysis assisted by the IBM SPSS V 29.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the work discipline variable has a significant partial influence on employee performance variables. The compensation variable has a significant partial influence on the employee performance variable. And there is a significant simultaneous influence between compensation variables and work discipline on employee performance at PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive .

Abstract

Over time, rapid digitalization, financial understanding and financial behavior have become crucial aspects in financial management for the community, especially students. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy skills and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students in the management study program at Buana Perjuang University, Karawang 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with a verification approach. The analytical technique used is path analysis, with a sample size of 203 students, which examines how the influence of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization affects students' financial behavior. The results of this study indicate that there is a low relationship between the financial literacy variable and the use of financial digitalization. There is a positive and significant partial effect of the financial literacy variable on the financial behavior variable, and there is also a positive and significant partial effect of the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior variable but it is relatively low. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students of the Management Study Program, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, Class of 2021. The implications of this study indicate that increasing financial literacy and utilizing financial digitalization can encourage the formation of wiser, more planned, and more responsible financial behavior of students, with an increase in the number of students who pay their UKT on time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis pengaruh keterikatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat berpindah kerja pada pekerja Generasi Z di sektor manufaktur Kabupaten Karawang. Fenomena pergantian karyawan Gen Z yang mencapai 40% dalam dua tahun dengan biaya penggantian 90-200% gaji tahunan, ditambah inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terdahulu, menjadi urgensi penelitian ini. Kerangka teoretis menggunakan konsep keterikatan karyawan Schaufeli et al. (vigor, dedication, absorption) dan kepuasan kerja Robbins dan Judge (gaji, promosi, rekan kerja, atasan). Metode kuantitatif kausalitas digunakan dengan 102 responden Gen Z yang ditetapkan lewat purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan via kuesioner Likert dan dianalisis mempergunakan regresi linier berganda SPSS 26. Temuan mengindikasikan, keterikatan karyawan memengaruhi negatif signifikan terhadap niat berpindah kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan secara parsial, namun keduanya signifikan simultan dengan kontribusi 12,2%. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya prioritas peningkatan keterikatan karyawan dan strategi retensi holistik yang mengakomodasi karakteristik Gen Z seperti work-life balance, fleksibilitas, dan pengembangan karier untuk menekan pergantian karyawan di sektor manufaktur.

Abstract

Minat mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UBP Karawang untuk melamar pekerjaan dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh employer branding di TikTok, sebagaimana dibuktikan melalui regresi linier sederhana (SPSS) pada sampel 262 responden via kuesioner purposive sampling. Fenomena ini berakar pada tren luas eskalasi TikTok sebagai alat promosi perusahaan untuk membangun persepsi tempat kerja atraktif. Penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif kausal ini menguji hubungan kausal tersebut, dengan data primer dari mahasiswa aktif yang familiar dengan @ussfeeds. Distribusi kuesioner memastikan representasi yang relevan, sementara analisis statistik mengonfirmasi signifikansi pengaruh. Implikasinya, optimalisasi konten employer branding di TikTok dapat meningkatkan efektivitas rekrutmen, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa ekonomi, dan mendukung adaptasi digital dalam strategi human resource marketing.
