Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi peran kepemimpinan dari Kepala Desa dalam mengembangkan UMKM. Lokasi penelitian ini di Desa Karya Mulya Kecamatan Batujaya Kabupaten Karawang Propinsi Jawa Barat. Sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui data primer hasil wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder dari berbagai literatur kepustakaan dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trianggulasi sumber yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam mengembangkan UMKM desa Karya Mulya yaitu: 1. Kemampuan kepala desa dalam membuat keputusan sangat baik, 2. Kemampuan memotivasi yang dimiliki oleh kepala desa baik, 3. Kemampuan komunikasi kepala desa sangat baik, 4. Kemampuan kepala desa dalam mengendalikan bawahan baik, 5. Kepala desa dalam mengemban tugas sangat bertanggungjawab atau sangat baik, serta 6. kemampuan kepala desa dalam mengendalikan emosi baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa, UMKM

Abstract

Wahana Internet Nusantara uses a productivity-based performance measurement system with a minimum target of 90% every month. Employee productivity data in 2023 will fluctuate or be unstable, which could cause problems for the company. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze how work motivation, work discipline, and the influence of both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of PT employees. Archipelago Internet Forum. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive verification. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 analysis tool, and the sample was saturated, with a population of 52 people. Data was collected through questionnaires, observation and literature study. The research results show that work discipline and work motivation both have a significant positive partial effect on employee productivity, while the simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline has a significant positive effect on productivity. Motivated employees will be more enthusiastic in completing tasks and will always contribute to the overall success of the company. Employees who have high discipline will make important contributions that can increase company productivity

Abstract

The Performance of the Cicinde Community Health Center employees during the observation period appeared to be less than optimal. This can be seen from the performance results data for 2022-2023 attached. The research aims to determine employee performance which can be influenced by internal communication, employee performance which can be influenced by organizational culture and determine the simultaneous influence of both. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive verification approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 27 analysis tool. Research data uses primary and secondary data, obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, while secondary data comes from departmental documents and related publications. The partial research results for the two independent variables are that there is no significant effect on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the research results can simultaneously influence employee performance positively and significantly. The implications of this research can help Puskesmas management in improving performance effectiveness through improving internal communication and a strong organizational culture. This research also contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance in health institutions.

Abstract

Purpose: The focus of this research is to determine how the competence and job placement of employees of the regional development planning agency in Karawang Regency affect their performance. Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis. The entire population of 56 employees was involved in this study. Results: The results showed that the competency variable had a partial significance of 0.03 on performance, while the work placement variable had a partial significance of 0.00. In addition, the competency and work placement variables together had a significance value of 0.00 on performance. Limitations: The study was limited to the Karawang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency, and the data was collected at a specific point in time. Contribution: This study provides insights into the importance of employee competence and job placement in improving employee performance within government agencies. The findings can help inform human resource management practices in the public sector.

Abstract

Pulau Puteri, sebagai salah satu destinasi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Segarjaya Kecamatan Batujaya Kabupaten Karawang, memiliki potensi alam dan budaya yang dapat ditingkatkan. Keindahan pantainya, kekayaan, serta kehidupan laut yang beragam, menjadikan Pulau Puteri sebagai daya tarik utama bagi wisatawan domestik. Selain itu, keberagaman budaya masyarakat lokal dan warisan sejarah yang dimiliki oleh pulau ini turut memberikan nilai tambah yang signifikan. Penting untuk memahami bahwa pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada masyarakat memerlukan strategi yang komprehensif, melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal, dan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan sumber daya alam dan budaya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi pemikiran dan wawasan baru dalam menghadapi permasalahan kompleks terkait dengan peningkatan daya tarik destinasi pariwisata dan kemandirian ekonomi desa di Pulau Puteri, metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian desk iptif kualititatif, pengumpulan data meliputi data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif Miles and Huberman yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Dengan keunikan dan potensinya, Pulau Puteri dapat menjadi salah satu destinasi unggulan di Karawang jika didukung oleh infrastruktur yang memadai, pelestarian lingkungan, dan strategi promosi yang efektif. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, masyarakat lokal, dan pelaku usaha pariwisata akan menjadi kunci keberhasilan pengembangan destinasi ini. 2) Dengan mengelola dan mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya tarik destinasi pariwisata, Pulau Puteri diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Karawang yang mampu bersaing di tingkat regional maupun nasional.3) Untuk mengoptimalkan kontribusi pariwisata terhadap kemandirian ekonomi desa, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pihak swasta sangat penting. Dengan pendekatan yang berkelanjutan, Pulau Puteri dapat menjadi contoh sukses destinasi wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Karawang. 4) Dengan mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pariwisata, Pulau Puteri diharapkan dapat berkembang menjadi destin si wisata yang tidak hanya menarik tetapi juga berkelanjutan, memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat Desa Segarjaya. 5) Dengan implementasi strategi-strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi pariwisata, destinasi wisata pantai Pulau Puteri diharapkan dapat menjadi destinasi wisata yang lebih menarik, berkelanjutan, dan mampu memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, serta lingkungan bagi masyarakat Desa Segarjaya dan sekitarnya. 6) Strategi yang berfokus pada pengembangan daya tarik Pantai Pulau Puteri tidak hanya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan tetapi juga memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Segarjaya untuk mandiri secara ekonomi. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pihak swasta diperlukan untuk mewujudkan potensi tersebut secara berkelanjutan. Hasilnya, Desa Segarjaya dapat menjadi model desa wisata yang sukses dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi berbasis lokal. 7) Dengan strategi ini, diharapkan masyarakat lokal tidak hanya menjadi penonton, tetapi juga aktor utama dalam pengembangan dan promosi Pulau Puteri sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan yang berkelanjutan. 8) Pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan budaya yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan di Pulau Puteri tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata tetapi juga memastikan bahwa masyarakat lokal mendapatkan manfaat ekonomi dan sosial dari aktivitas wisata. Kolaborasi semua pihak, mulai dari pemerintah, masyarakat, hingga sektor swasta, diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pelestarian dan pemanfaatan sumber daya. 9) Perbedaan persepsi antara stakeholders terkait strategi peningkatan daya tarik destinasi Pulau Puteri mencerminkan kebutuhan untuk membangun sinergi yang lebih baik. Dengan mengintegrasikan pandangan dan kepentingan semua pihak, pariwisata Pulau Puteri dapat dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan, mendukung pelestarian sumber daya, dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang optimal bagi masyarakat lokal. 10) Evaluasi hasil implementasi strategi peningkatan daya tarik destinasi pariwisata Pulau Puteri sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi tetapi juga berkelanjutan dari segi lingkungan dan budaya. Dengan menggunakan hasil evaluasi ini, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pelaku usaha dapat bersama-sama mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pariwisata dan mencapai kemandirian ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The performance of nurses determines the quality of health services. However, initial observations at Asshofwan Pratama Clinic showed a decrease in work morale and a lack of responsiveness of nurses in serving patients. This phenomenon indicates that there are problems in the aspects of work motivation and physical work environment that can have a direct impact on the performance of nurses. This study aims to explore in depth how these two factors affect nurse performance. The approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological study type. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation of five nurses and one HRD party as informants. The results showed that nurses' work motivation was more influenced by intrinsic motivations, such as a sense of responsibility, and the satisfaction of seeing patients heal. The physical work environment is considered quite supportive, characterized by clean workspaces, adequate ventilation and lighting, and work facilities that are mostly complete although there are some tools that need to be updated. The performance of nurses in the clinic is considered good, reflected in discipline, precision, speed of work, and commitment to quality service strengthened by the theory of Self-Determination, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and the WHO health worker performance model. This study suggests the need for increased non-financial support, innovation reform, and innovation facilitation to maintain and improve the performance of nurses in primary clinics.

Abstract

Over time, rapid digitalization, financial understanding and financial behavior have become crucial aspects in financial management for the community, especially students. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy skills and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students in the management study program at Buana Perjuang University, Karawang 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with a verification approach. The analytical technique used is path analysis, with a sample size of 203 students, which examines how the influence of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization affects students' financial behavior. The results of this study indicate that there is a low relationship between the financial literacy variable and the use of financial digitalization. There is a positive and significant partial effect of the financial literacy variable on the financial behavior variable, and there is also a positive and significant partial effect of the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior variable but it is relatively low. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students of the Management Study Program, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, Class of 2021. The implications of this study indicate that increasing financial literacy and utilizing financial digitalization can encourage the formation of wiser, more planned, and more responsible financial behavior of students, with an increase in the number of students who pay their UKT on time.

Abstract

Intense competition in the automotive industry necessitates companies to maintain product quality and optimize productivity. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of organizational culture job satisfaction on employee work productivity at PT M Otomotif Karawang. A quantitative method was employed, with Path Analysis as the main data analysis technique via SPSS. The population consisted of active employees in PT M Otomotif Karawang's production department, and a representative sample was determined through random sampling. Research instruments proved valid and reliable, and classical assumptions were met. Results show a high level of strength positive relationship between organizational culture with job satisfaction (correlation 0.870, Sig. 0.000). Based on partial hypothesis tests, organizational culture (path coefficient 0.453, Sig. 0.003) significantly influenced work productivity. However, job satisfaction (path coefficient 0.258, Sig. 0.087) had a positive but not significant influence. Simultaneously, organizational culture and job satisfaction significantly influenced work productivity (F-count 43.963, Sig. 0.000), explaining 47.5% of productivity variation, with the remaining 52.5% explained by another variable.
