Abstract

The rise of social media platforms like TikTok has significantly influenced Generation Z's consumption patterns, yet the mediating role of financial literacy remains unclear. This study examines the influence of TikTok effectiveness and peer groups on consumptive behavior, with financial literacy as a mediating variable among Generation Z in Jakarta. Using PLS-SEM analysis with 150 respondents, the findings reveal that TikTok effectiveness (β=0.382) and peer groups (β=0.452) both positively and significantly affect consumptive behavior. Financial literacy negatively influences consumptive behavior but does not significantly mediate the relationships. However, both TikTok effectiveness and peer groups positively influence financial literacy. These results highlight the dominant role of social media and peer environments in driving Gen Z's consumption patterns, while revealing limited mediating capacity of financial literacy. The study suggests developing engaging financial education content on social media platforms and peer-based financial awareness programs to promote responsible consumption among young consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Pemasaran Pada Hotel Wisata”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Hotel Wisata Palembang. Hotel Wisata Palembang dapat mengevaluasi strategi yang telah diterapkan dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran agar dapat memikat para tamu hotel. Maka Strategi pemasaran dapat optimal jika perusahaan mengetahui dasar-dasar yang menjadi unsur-unsur penting dalam pemasaran

Abstract

Binahong ini tumbuh dan berkembang di Provinsi Jambi serta kurang diketahui oleh pemanfaatan secara komprehensif dari pemanfaatan tanaman tersebut. Adanya potensi Sektor usaha obat dan herbal menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam pengembangan tanaman binahong. Daun binahong merupakan salah satu tumbuhan berkhasiat dengan beberapa kandungan zat yang dimiliki seperti Flavonoid, Protein, Asam Oleanolik, Asam Askorbat, Saponin dan sebagainya. Diprovinsi Jambi tanaman binahong sendiri banyak tersebar dikabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur tepatnya di kecamatan Nipah Panjang. Masyarakat setempat memanfaatkan tanaman binahong sebagai tanaman obat keluarga, biasanya masyarakat mengolah daun binahong dengan cara merebusnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of own capital and people's business credit on the income of MSMEs in the South Tambun area. This study uses primary data with a sample of 325 MSMEs in the South Tambun area calculated using the Taro Yamane formula. Quantitative method was used as the research method. The data analysis used in this research is PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) Own Capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME income; (2) People's Business Credit has a positive and significant effect on MSME income; (3) (3) Own capital has a positive and significant effect on People's Business Credit; (4) Own Capital and People's Business Credit have a positive and significant effect on MSME income. This research is limited because it was only conducted in South Tambun District with variables of Own Capital, People's Business Credit and MSME Income.

Abstract

Data security is an important issue in the current digital era. Data Encryption Standard (DES) Algorithm is one of the cryptographic algorithms widely used to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data in the advancing digital era. DES utilizes a symmetric encryption approach with a secret key to encode data and has been implemented in various contexts, such as encoding database records and securing text data. Although DES was once considered the de facto standard for data encryption, its security has been questioned due to technological advancements and more sophisticated cryptoanalytic attacks. This article also discusses the comparison between DES and the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), a stronger and more efficient encryption algorithm that has replaced DES as the modern data security standard.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe, and analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) as an effort to overcome learning loss in Economics for 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi during the 2025/2026 academic year. Furthermore, this research also aims to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PjBL. The research results indicate that the implementation of PjBL at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi is structured, starting from thorough planning (coordination meetings, team formation, module development) to student-centered implementation. PjBL proved effective in increasing active student engagement, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and collaboration, as well as helping students apply economic theories in real-world contexts. This significantly minimized the occurrence of learning loss. Key supporting factors include the support of the Merdeka curriculum, the school's commitment, the active role of teachers, student enthusiasm, collaboration, and tangible project outcomes. However, there were also inhibiting factors such as time constraints, differences of opinion within student groups, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination among students.
