Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method, focusing on how researchers examine the source of the object by generating narrative data based on observations through a case study approach. The research subjects include the Head of the Madrasah (KM), Deputy Head of the Madrasah (WKM), Local Charge Teacher (GML), and students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis utilized the Milles & Huberman analysis method, involving qualitative descriptive data with an interactive model. This includes data reduction of newly acquired complete data, grouping the data, presenting information after collection, and drawing conclusions from these models. The researchers derived conclusions from the grouped data based on existing sources. The study's findings are as follows: 1) The planning of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior involves the Madrasah, guided by the RKT and RKAM, which determine local content programs, subjects, teaching staff, and funding and learning resources. 2) The implementation of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior entails reviewing the syllabus, creating lesson plans, and conducting assessments. 3) The outcomes of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior encompass local content programs and the evaluation results of local content learning.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. To determine the data source, purposive sampling was used with the consideration that the selected subjects and informants were people who were able to provide as much information as possible regarding the research focus. Furthermore, to select and determine the informants in this study, the snowball sampling technique was used. While collecting data in this study using three techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research while in the field are as follows Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro has a very convincing ability in preparing madrasa planning for various levels of planning. 1) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro can be quite convincing in leading madrasas in the context of optimally utilizing madrasah resources. 2) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro is capable of being very convincing in creating a conducive and innovative school culture and climate for student learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim terhadap efisiensi logistik pada PT Aice Jatim Industry. Efisiensi logistik merupakan faktor krusial dalam menjaga kelancaran distribusi produk, mengurangi biaya operasional, serta meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian logistik yang secara langsung terlibat dalam aktivitas distribusi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (gaya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama tim) terhadap variabel dependen (efisiensi logistik). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi logistik, yang menegaskan pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam memberikan arahan, motivasi, serta pengambilan keputusan strategis. Selain itu, kerjasama tim juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa komunikasi yang baik, koordinasi, serta kepercayaan antar anggota tim mampu meningkatkan kelancaran operasional distribusi. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa kombinasi antara kepemimpinan yang efektif dan sinergi tim yang solid menjadi kunci untuk mengoptimalkan sistem logistik perusahaan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan manajer serta memperkuat budaya kerjasama tim guna mendukung keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang.   This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of leadership style and teamwork on logistics efficiency at PT Aice Jatim Industry. Logistics efficiency is a critical factor in ensuring smooth product distribution, reducing operational costs, and enhancing a company’s competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to logistics employees who are directly involved in distribution activities. Data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (leadership style and teamwork) and the dependent variable (logistics efficiency). The results reveal that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on logistics efficiency, highlighting the crucial role of leaders in providing direction, motivation, and strategic decision-making. Moreover, teamwork also shows a positive and significant influence, indicating that effective communication, coordination, and trust among team members substantially improve distribution performance. These findings underscore that the combination of effective leadership and strong team synergy serves as a key driver in optimizing the company’s logistics system. Therefore, it is recommended that the company continuously enhance managerial leadership competencies and strengthen a collaborative team culture to support sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research addresses the problem of how school principals manage and improve students’ religious competence, which is often overlooked in the development of educational quality. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) how the headmaster plans to increase students’ religious competence, (2) how the headmaster organizes the efforts, (3) how the headmaster carries out the plan, and (4) how the headmaster evaluates the process. Using a qualitative methodology, the study collects data through field observations, interviews, recordings, written notes, and documentation to ensure reliability and depth of information. The findings reveal that principals implement strategies and policies involving planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation which result in graduates capable of actively engaging in society through religious activities; student admission is conducted both online and offline with assessments also integrated digitally, while religious culture is strengthened through active participation in Islamic events such as Isra’ Mi’raj, Muharram, Ramadhan activities, Mawlid, Qur’anic recitation, and Khotmil Qur’an programs. These results indicate that the principal’s leadership not only enhances students’ religious competence but also contributes to building a strong religious culture in schools, offering practical models for other educational institutions to adopt to integrate religious competence with broader academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis pada PT Pura Barutama cabang Gresik dalam upaya mencapai kinerja karyawan. Data yang diteliti berupa laporan evaluasi bulanan, notulen rapat dan hasil wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang diimplementasikan berupa musyawarah, rapat rutinan, penugasan karyawan sesuai kompetensi menunjukkan implikasi langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga target kinerja yang sebelumnya direncanakan, dapat tercapai dengan strategi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis.   This study aims to analyze the strategy of democratic leadership style at PT Pura Barutama Gresik branch in an effort to achieve employee performance. The data studied is in the form of monthly evaluation reports, meeting minutes and interview results. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the democratic leadership style strategy implemented in the form of deliberations, routine meetings, and assignment of employees according to competencies shows direct implications on employee performance. So that the previously planned performance targets can be achieved with a democratic leadership style strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan pemasaran jasa transporter pengangkutan limbah B3 PT. Cipta Karya Pertiwi Trans melalui strategi kemitraan. Data yang diteliti diperoleh melalui laporan kinerja bulanan, dokumen perusahaan, serta wawancara dengan pihak manajemen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threats). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategi kemitraan dilakukan secara sistematis dengan melibatkan pihak internal dan mempertimbangkan aspek legalitas, reputasi, serta potensi mitra. Pelaksanaan strategi berjalan melalui pembagian peran, koordinasi, dan kolaborasi dalam promosi maupun akses pasar. Implikasi strategi kemitraan berdampak positif pada operasional, stabilitas keuangan, reputasi perusahaan, serta kepatuhan regulasi. Dengan demikian, strategi kemitraan mampu memperluas pasar, meningkatkan kepercayaan, dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha PT Cipta Karya Trans. This study aims to analyze the increase in the marketing of B3 waste transportation transporter services of PT. Cipta Karya Pertiwi Trans through a partnership strategy. The data studied was obtained through monthly performance reports, company documents, and interviews with management. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats) analysis. The results of the study show that partnership strategy planning is carried out systematically by involving internal parties and considering aspects of legality, reputation, and potential partners. The implementation of the strategy runs through role sharing, coordination, and collaboration in promotion and market access. The implications of the partnership strategy have a positive impact on operations, financial stability, corporate reputation, and regulatory compliance. Thus, the partnership strategy is able to expand the market, increase trust, and support the sustainability of PT Cipta Karya Trans's business
