Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mental readiness of Persigar Garut players in facing the 2024/2025 West Java league 4 series 1 competition. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. The research population consists of all Persigar Garut players, with a sample of 25 players selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used is the mental skills test-football questionnaire (MST-F) to measure players' mental resilience. The validity of the instrument was tested using Pearson's product-moment correlation, while reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha, yielding a result of 0.983. The results showed that the average mental readiness score of the players was 86.417 with a standard deviation of 4.475. Sixty-four percent of the players had adequate mental readiness, 23% had very good mental readiness, and 14% still needed improvement. These findings confirm that mental resilience contributes to the consistency of athletes' performance under competitive pressure. Therefore, mental strengthening programs such as high-pressure match simulations and relaxation techniques are recommended to enhance players' mental readiness. It is concluded that the mental readiness of Persigar Garut players in preparing for the 2024/2025 West Java series 1 league 4 is generally categorized as good to very good.

Abstract

Pembelajaran adalah proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar. Proses belajar mengajar selalu menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang dapat dilihat apakah proses belajar mengajar berhasil atau tidak karena tidak semua siswa memperoleh prestasi belajar yang baik. Permasalahan ini didasari dengan Kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sehingga prestasi belajar pada siswa tidak tercapai dengan baik, maka diperlukannya suatu program yang dapat menjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Reward Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik Di SDN 2 Gandamekar Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif karena memaparkan pengaruh variabel yang mempengaruhi keadaan tanpa memanipulasi variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diatas, dapat dilihat bahwa jumlah responden (N) ada 33. Nilai terkecil dari 33 responden ini adalah 54, dan nilai terbesar adalah 86. Skewness dan Kurtosis merupakan ukuran untuk melihat data Hasil Keseluruhan Jawaban setiap Responden didistribusikan normal atau tidak. Berdasarkan data diatas, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Skewness sebesar 0,695 sedangkan nilai Kurtosis sebesar 0,231 sehingga dapat terdapat Pengaruh Reward Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik Di Sdn 2 Gandamekar Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh latihan mental terhadap kepercayaan diri atlet bola voli di Club GIB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest – posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 atlet yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Latihan mental diberikan selama 16 sesi dan terdiri dari teknik konsentrasi, visualisasi, dan relaksasi yang di kobinasikan dengan latihan teknik bola voli. Pengukuran kepercayaan diri ini dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan menggunakan angket skala likert. Hasil menunjukan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana sebagian besar atlet berpindah dari kategori rendah menjadi tinggi setelah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan setelah perlakuan diberikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah latihan mental dapat meningkatkan kategori kepercayaan diri atlet bola voli secara signifikan. Temuan  dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program latihan mental dapat diterapkan sebagai bagian dari strategi pembinaan psikologis atlet dalam meningkatkan performa bertanding, terutama dalam menghadapi tekanan saat kompetisi berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Latihan mental, Kepercayaan diri, Bola voli.AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of mental training on the confidence of volleyball athletes at Club GIB. The method used in this research is an experiment with a one group pretest - posttest design. The sample in this study amounted to 28 athletes selected using purposive sampling technique. Mental training is given for 16 sessions and consists of concentration, visualization, and relaxation techniques combined with volleyball technique training. Measurement of self-confidence is done before and after treatment using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase, where most athletes moved from low to high categories after being given treatment. The paired sample t-test results show a significance value of 0.000 (p 0.05), which means there is a significant difference after the treatment is given. The conclusion of this study is that mental training can significantly increase the confidence category of volleyball athletes. The findings in this study indicate that mental training programs can be applied as part of an athlete's psychological coaching strategy in improving performance, especially in dealing with pressure during competition.Keywords: Mental training, Self-confidence, Volleyball

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan dengan media ban bekas terhadap keterampilan shooting sepakbola pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMAN 7 Garut. Sepakbola sebagai olahraga populer membutuhkan penguasaan teknik dasar, salah satunya shooting, namun masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan akibat kurangnya variasi latihan. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest dengan sampel 24 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepakbola. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes shooting berdasarkan akurasi tendangan ke enam area gawang. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t berpasangan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 43,96 meningkat menjadi 51,04 pada posttest dengan selisih 7,08 poin, serta uji-t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,01 (

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMAN 5 Garut dinilai kurang mendapatkan latihan agility oleh pembina, sehingga kelincahan dalam mengambil bola tipuan dan kelincahan dalam bermain tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh latihan shuttle run melalui media pasir terhadap peningkatan kemampuan agility ekstrakulikuler bolavoli putri SMAN 5 Garut. Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu atau eksperimen kuasi (Quasi Eksperiment) pengambilan data dengan one groups pretest-postest design yaitu eksperimen yang dilakukan hanya pada satu kelompok saja tanpa kelompok pembanding. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kelincahan dengan zig-zag run. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli putri di SMAN 5 Garut yang berjumlah 18 anak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian yaitu 18 siswa. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas, dan berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui rata-rata pre-test 13,72 setelah diberikan latihan shuttle run dengan menggunakan media pasir sebanyak 16 pertemuan, nilai post-test 11,90. Sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari model latihan shuttle run melalui media pasir terhadap peningkatan kemampuan agility ekstrakulikuler bolavoli putri SMAN 5 Garut.

Abstract

The problem in this research is a lack of understanding and mastery of basic passing techniques due to the lack of practice variations which make contact with the ball on the foot impact accuracy when passing. This research aims to determine the effect of triangle and el rondo training on passing accuracy. This type of research is experimental with a two group pretest-posttest design. The subjects studied were 15 futsal extracurricular participants at Siti Aisyah Kadungora Middle School. The test used is shortpass, which has a validity of 0.68 and a reliability of 1.20. Data analysis used a t-test with a significance of 0.05%. The results of this study show that before treatment thit = 2.74 > ttable = 3.01. After being given treatment, thit results were 10.28 > ttable 2.82. The Gain result is 0.86. It was concluded that training with a triangle shape increased by 68%. With the elrondo form of training, there was an increase of 15%, there was a difference in results between the triangle form of training and the elrondo form of training on futsal passing accuracy for Siti Aisyah Middle School futal extracurricular participants.

Abstract

Balance training when kicking is really needed in the Yoko Geri Kekomi kick for karate athletes. When kicking, athletes who lack body balance will experience falls, so training is needed to improve body balance so that the kick can be done well and does not fall when kicking. Many of the athletes at Club Inkanas Kab. Garut, who fell during training, kicked Yoko Geri Kekomi. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Yoko Geri Kekomi's kick on body balance in kata numbers of karate athletes at the INKANAS Regency club. Garut. The method used in this research is experimental research. This research uses one type of experimental research, namely preexperimental design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The population that will be used in this research is a total of 60 kumite people using a purposive sampling technique with the sample criteria in this study being 15 athletes who are categorized as cadets and above. The instrument used is multiple single leg-hop with data analysis techniques of normality test, homogeneity test and t test. The results of the descriptive data showed that the pre-test average was 1.51 after being given Yoko Geri Kekomi treatment for 16 meetings, the post-test score was 2.48 so it was known that the increase was 0.97. Furthermore, based on the t-test, the calculated t-value was 21.52. The t-table value with df 14 at the 5% significance level is 0.691. Therefore t-count > t-table (21.52 > 0.691) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) so it can be stated that there is a significant increase in the balance score by being given kick training. Yoko Geri Kekomi for 16 meetings. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between before the treatment was given and after the treatment was given in improving the balance of karate athletes at the INKANAS Regency club. Garut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the profile of the physical condition of Indonesian junior badminton athletes. Participants in this study were 40 badminton athletes (age = 14-18 years, Male = 31, Female = 9). Research instruments on physical conditions are endurance, strength & conditioning, speed, flexibility, and coordination. Data analysis with descriptive statistics. This study concludes the condition profile as follows; 1) Endurance in male athletes when viewed from an average of 60.29, then falls into the "good" category, then female athletes when viewed from an average of 54.86, then falls into the "good" category; 2) Strength & conditioning in male athletes when viewed from an average of 5.70, then it is included in the "enough" category, then female athletes if viewed from an average of 4.78, it is in the "good" category; 3) Speed for male athletes when viewed from the average of 3.30, is in the "very good" category, then for female athletes if viewed from the average of 3.71, it is in the "excellent" category; 4) Flexibility in male athletes when viewed from an average of 21.42, is in the "good" category, then female athletes when viewed from an average of 14.22, is in the "enough" category; 5) Coordination for male athletes when viewed from an average of 11.46, is included in the "good" category, then for female athletes when viewed from an average of 13.49, it is included in the "good" category. Suggestions for future research are related to the test instruments used.

Abstract

Physical education is one of the subjects in schools, including elementary schools. Learning to swim is not easy as experienced by 6th grade students of SDN 2 Pataruman Garut. Where they still have a lot of difficulty in doing social interactions. One of the learning methods that can be used in this case is the Direct Instruction (DI) method with a Video Media approach and game application. This study aims to determine the effect in improving the results of social interaction through traditional sports on 6th grade students of SDN 2 Pataruman Garut. Direct learning method assisted by video media, is very good for improving the results of students' social interaction quite significantly. From the results of the analysis obtained a significant increase from cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3. The results of social interaction through traditional sports in cycle 1 in the Good category were 8% the number of students who completed was 15 students. In cycle 2 there was an increase in the percentage of students' social interactions in the Good category by 40%, while 23 students were complete. In cycle 3, there was an increase in students' social interactions in the good category by 64% while 24 out of 25 students were complete
