Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran kepribadian trait conscientiousness sebagai moderator hubungan pengalaman incivility terhadap munculnya counterproductive work behavior (CWB) pada karyawan di sebuah perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori stressor emotion model dan transactional theory of stress and coping, pengalaman incivility diprediksi berhubungan dengan kemunculan CWB, khususnya dimensi production deviance dan withdrawal. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 398 karyawan dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun dengan variasi usia, bagian pekerjaan, dan level jabatan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner hardcopy dan softcopy dalam bentuk GoogleDoc. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa conscientiousness tidak terbukti berperan sebagai moderator hubungan incivility terhadap munculnya CWB dimensi production deviance maupun withdrawal. Karyawan dengan tingkat conscientiousness yang rendah atau tinggi tidak memperkuat hubungan incivility terhadap kemunculan CWB. Efek moderator juga tidak terbukti saat sumber incivility dilihat secara terpisah, yaitu incivility atasan dan incivility rekan kerja. Tingkat conscientiousness tertentu pada karyawan saat menerima incivility baik dari atasan maupun rekan kerja tidak memperkuat munculnya CWB.

Abstract

Primary education plays an important role in shaping the foundation of students' knowledge, especially in Natural and Social Sciences (NSP) subjects in grade 4. Choosing grade 4 as the focus of learning is very strategic because at this age, children are in a critical stage of cognitive development where they begin to be able to think logically and understand more abstract concepts. LKPD is a learning tool designed to provide guidance and steps to students in the form of worksheets that contain instructions, steps, and tasks to be completed. LKPD serves as a medium that helps students organize and internalize learning material more effectively, as well as develop analytical thinking skills and problem solving through hands-on and exploratory activities. The photosynthesis material in the 4th grade Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject of the Merdeka Curriculum was chosen for research because photosynthesis is a basic concept that is very important for students' understanding of the plant life cycle and the basics of ecosystems. Photosynthesis teaches students about how plants produce food and oxygen, which are essential for the life of all living things. A solid understanding of the photosynthesis process can help students appreciate the importance of protecting the environment and increase their awareness of environmental issues. In addition, it lays the foundation for more complex science lessons later in their education. Conventional learning methods are often unable to optimally motivate students, resulting in low learning outcomes. To overcome this problem, the development of Discovery Learning-based Learner Worksheets (LKPD) is an alternative solution. This study aims to determine the initial picture of student learning outcomes using LKPD. The method used is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using a test instrument. The results of the study were an average of 55. This result shows that the average value of students does not yet have a basic understanding of the concept of photosynthesis. The follow-up of the results of this study is the need to develop Discovery Learning-based LKPD.

Abstract

Changes in the pattern of education in the 21st century force education units to change their learning strategies to answer the challenges of learning in the 21st century. Thinking skills that require high-order thinking skills are absolutely necessary. One of the high-level thinking skills that need to be improved is creative thinking ability. The ability to think creatively which has four indicators namely the ability to think smoothly, the ability to think original, the ability to think flexibly and the ability to think in detail is believed to help students to be better prepared to face changes in the challenges of the 21st century. One way to improve students' creative thinking skills is to use E-LKPD assisted by discovery learning-based thunkable application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of E-LKPD development assisted by discovery learning-based thunkable application in IPAS subjects to improve students' creative thinking skills. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 4 Talang Bandar Lampung. From the results of the effectiveness test conducted, it was found that the E-LKPD assisted by the discovery learning-based thunkable application in the IPAS subject was effective for use in improving students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Tinjowan is a palm oil company that has the responsibility to improve the welfare of the community around the plantation in various aspects. Research at PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Tinjowan focuses on priorities for the community around the palm oil plantation, because this company is engaged in the economy. However, there are obstacles in the implementation of some of the company's programs, especially in the infrastructure sector. The method used in this study was a direct field survey and structured interviews with village officials. The field survey was conducted to see the condition of road damage (traffic), while structured interviews were conducted with local village officials, namely parties in the community who are considered to have knowledge and know in detail about the programs that have not been running. The results of the study showed that the PTPN IV Tinjowan program had not been implemented properly in the field of road infrastructure (traffic). There were several programs that had not been evenly distributed throughout the community, so further socialization was needed.

Abstract

Perbankan di Indonesia kini semakin meningkat berkat hadirnya bank syariah yang menawarkan produk keuangan dan investasi dengan cara yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional. Meski masih tergolong newbie, perbankan syariah berkembang cukup pesat. Maklum, Indonesia adalah negara Muslim terbesar di dunia dan jelas bank yang menggunakan hukum dan prinsip Islam akan lebih diminati. Bahkan bank konvensional di Indonesia pun kini mengikuti tren dengan mendirikan lembaga syariah atau unit usaha syariah sendiri. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menarik lebih banyak nasabah yang tertarik dengan keunggulan bank syariah.
