Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu PT Suryagita Nusaraya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi piutang incoming dan outgoing. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendampingan mahasiswa dalam proses pencatatan transaksi, penyusunan invoice, serta pengarsipan dokumen tagihan pelanggan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan deskriptif, dengan tahapan observasi, analisis sistem kerja, pelaksanaan pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketertiban dokumen piutang, kecepatan pelaporan data, serta ketepatan pencatatan transaksi. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dan menjadi sarana pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa dalam menerapkan ilmu administrasi bisnis di dunia kerja nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict, emotional intelligence and work life balance on the performance of female employees at the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. This research employed an associative research design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of female educational staff at the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sample. The sample of this study consisted of 53 female educational staff at the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires distributed both in person and online. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with SmartPLS 4.1.1.6 software. The results of this study indicate that work family conflict does not have a significantly effect on performance, emotional intelligence and work life balance significantly affect performance, work family conflict and emotional intelligence significantly affect work life balance.

Abstract

Sektor rumah tangga merupakan salah satu pengguna listrik terbesar di Indonesia berdasarkan laporan tahunan kementrian ESDM tahun 2024. Namun, Sebagian besar di Indonesia pembangkit listrik masih menerapkan bahan bakar fosil, yang berpotensi meningkatkan emisi gas rumah kaca. Dengan demikian, diperlukannya penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan serta hemat energi, seperti lampu LED. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna menganalisa pengaruh kepercayaan merek, produk hijau, serta kesadaran lingkungan atas keputusan pembelian lampu LED Philips di Kota Samarinda. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif memakai teknik analisa linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini menerapkan teknik non-probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling sejumlah 100. Alat analisis data yang dipergunakan yaitu SPSS versi 31. Hasil penelitian menerangkan secara simultan variable kepercayaan merek, produk hijau, serta kesadaran lingkungan memengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Tetapi, secara parsial variabel produk hijau tidak memiliki pengaruh atas keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan kepercayan merek dan kesadaran lingkungan memiliki peran yang lebih dominan daripada produk hijau. Berdasarkan hal ini, perusahaan diharapkan dapat memperkuat strategi green marketing dalam mempromosikan lampu LED Philips, dan untuk konsumen diharapkan semakin meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dengan memilih produk yang hemat energi dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation, price, and brand ambassador on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening in Sangasanga District. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and purposive sampling technique, data were collected from 100 respondents who are active users of Scarlett Whitening products. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that the three independent variables product innovation, price, and brand ambassador have a significant simultaneous effect on purchase decisions with brand ambassador being the most dominant variable. The coefficient of determination, which stands at 50.5%, reflects a fairly strong predictive power of the model. These findings confirm that purchase decisions in the beauty industry are influenced not only by functional aspects such as product quality and pricing, but also by emotional and symbolic factors associated with brand ambassadors. Theoretically, this research reinforces concepts within marketing mix theory and consumer behavior, particularly the role of symbolic communication in shaping buying intentions. Practically, local cosmetic companies are advised to develop continuous product innovations, apply competitive yet value-aligned pricing strategies, and select brand ambassadors with high credibility and strong social resonance among their target market, especially young consumers influenced by popular cultural trends such as the Korean Wave.

Abstract

The physical work environment operates as a fundamental determinant of employee satisfaction, psychological well-being, and organizational productivity, particularly within the high-stakes sectors of heavy manufacturing and maritime logistics. This exhaustive study evaluates the level of employee satisfaction regarding the newly renovated head office building facilities at PT Kukar Mandiri Shipyard, a leading maritime enterprise located at Jl. Mulawarman No. 10, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive approach, primary data was meticulously collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 19 administrative and structural employees across vital departments, including Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, and Administration. The empirical results demonstrate a highly positive overall perception of the new physical infrastructure. Indicators such as building cleanliness, spatial arrangement, ergonomic lighting, and physical security achieved near-perfect mean scores (ranging from 4.89 to 4.95 on a 5-point Likert scale). Nevertheless, a critical vulnerability was identified concerning the air circulation and ventilation indicator, which recorded the lowest mean score (4.21) alongside the highest statistical variance. This specific deficiency indicates a decline in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), potentially exacerbated by the necessity to seal the building against external urban air pollution and traffic emissions. The comprehensive analysis confirms that the optimization of physical facilities significantly elevates perceived comfort, work enthusiasm, and self-reported productivity, perfectly aligning with Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory wherein hygiene factors effectively neutralize workplace dissatisfaction. Strategic recommendations are directed towards mitigating indoor air quality impediments to secure long-term employee retention and optimize human capital sustainability.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kemiskinan di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Samarinda menegaskan perlunya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha sebagai solusi untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, dan resiliensi terhadap minat berwirausaha Gen Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, melibatkan 100 responden Gen Z berusia 20–28 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik nonprobability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda linier dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, dan ketahanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (F hitung = 19,537; Sig. = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,9% menunjukkan kontribusi variabel ketiga dalam menjelaskan minat berwirausaha, sementara pengaruhnya mempengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Secara parsial, variabel ketiga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan yang aplikatif, dukungan keluarga, dan ketangguhan pribadi merupakan anteseden penting dalam membentuk minat berwirausaha Gen Z di Kota Samarinda.
