Abstract

Beras Basah Island and Mangrove Berbas Beach are objects and tourism attractions (ODTW). There are also tourist destinations that have a variety of tourism potential. Currently, the development of the two areas is still not optimal, constrained by internal and external factors regarding the components of attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary (component analysis 4A). The 4A analysis component has not been managed optimally by the manager. Analyzing internal and external factors with a SWOT analysis tool followed by a 4A analysis can help the object and tourism attraction (ODTW) of Beras Basah Island and Mangrove Berbas Beach to develop more by utilizing the existing tourism potentially. This research is a descriptive analysis through a case study; this study aims to determine the Strategy of developing ODTW in Bontang City to increase the tourism sector's economic value. Based on the SWOT analysis results, alternative strategic options for developing ODTW are holding cultural events, using all promotional media, and utilizing tourist sites. It is recommended several things such as managing the location of the residents' business to be neater, completing tourist safety infrastructure, and maximizing the participation of Kelompok Sadar Wiata (POKDARWIS) in tourism activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Saga Trade Murni Samarinda, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 karyawan PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda. Metode regresi linear berganda penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling atau sampel yang diambil secar acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda. Punishment secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda. Secara simultan Reward dan Punishment memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda. Besar pengaruh Reward dan Punishmenet terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,407 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen kinerja karyawan pada PT.Saga Trade Murni Samarinda dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen Reward dan Punishment sebesar 40,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Indonesia adalah suatu negara yang menyandang sebagai negara kepulauan dengan sisi geografisnya sehingga secara alamiah juga membentuk berbagai macam keanekaragaman alam, manusia dan budaya uniknya dari masing-masing daerah. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung, (2) pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung dan (3) pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Dalam penelitian ini objek yang diteliti adalah Pantai Biru Kersik yang terletak di Kecamatan Marangkayu, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung objek wisata Pantai Biru Kersik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner dan dokumetasi yang telah diuji validitasnya dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata Pantai Biru Kersik Marangkayu. Daya tarik wisata dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata Pantai Biru Kersik Marangkayu. Kesimpulan : Variabel daya tarik wisata dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata pantai biru kersik marangkayu, Variabel daya tarik wisata dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata pantai biru kersik marangkayu.

Abstract

Kopi Janji Jiwa builds a commitment to serving quality drinks by increasing marketing through product promotions on social media such as Instagram. Through Instagram Kopi Janji Jiwa creates photo and video content on Instagram media, to attract consumers' attention and be able to send messages that will be conveyed to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing communication strategy of Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda through Instagram to increase consumer buying interest. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The key informant is the manager at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Samarinda and the characteristics of the informant are the consumers at Kopi Janji Jiwa in Samarinda. Qualitative data analysis used the Miles and Hubermann techniques. The results of the marketing communication strategy research implemented by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda through Instagram social media are appropriate with several things to support marketing in accordance with the planned objectives. The marketing communication strategy consists of several elements, namely the use of marketing mix theory, namely 4P (product, price, promotion, place), which has been well implemented by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda. The factors that influence the increase in consumer buying interest in the products sold by Kopi Janji Jiwa Samarinda are due to the quality of the products sold by Kopi Janji Jiwa are not careless products but products that are directly selected by people who are professionals in coffee matters and the large selection of products offered so consumers can choose according to their wishes.

Abstract

Labelisasi halal adalah aspek penting bagi pelaku usaha di Indonesia, yang memiliki populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia. Sertifikasi halal, yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) berdasarkan fatwa MUI, menjamin bahwa produk memenuhi standar halal. Meskipun demikian, banyak Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan sertifikasi ini akibat rendahnya pemahaman dan biaya pelatihan yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perindustrian Kota Balikpapan (DKUMKMP) mengadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal tanpa biaya bagi pelaku usaha. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada tanggal 6 - 7 Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Hotel Novotel Balikpapan secara tatap muka dan melibatkan 40 IKM Kota Balikpapan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu para IKM memahami dan melalui proses sertifikasi halal secara efisien. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, pelaku IKM kini memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha berhasil memperoleh sertifikasi halal, yang merupakan jumlah keseluruhan dari peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan ini. Harapannya, melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan tersebut, semakin banyak pelaku usaha yang tertarik untuk mendaftarkan usahanya guna mendapatkan sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

The tourism potential of East Kalimantan is located in the Berau district, namely Derawan Island that offers charming marine tourism destinations and underwater parks that interest national and foreign tourists. The problem's urgency was collected from the field analysis results by observing, listening and interviewing all tourism actors on Derawan Island. From the results of identifying urgency or problems that occur as phenomena on Derawan Island, it will be the primary instrument in the GAP analysis, which becomes one of the methods to identify the right solution in creating recommendations for solving problems that occur on Derawan Island. The initial step considered in the development of ecotourism on Derawan Island is to determine a clear idea about the object that will be planned as an ecotourism object and strategies are used to develop it, as well as to conduct a feasibility study related to the weaknesses and strengths of the resources available in the area. To be used as the basis for preparing project plans, infrastructure development, operation of Pokdarwis (tourism awareness groups) as local tourism communities, determination of market (marketing) strategies, and product development as activities to increase tourism business capacity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Telkomsel GraPARI Kota Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berfokus pada jenis data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji data instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The emergence of the concept of ecotourism is one of the alternative travel forms that adopt the principles of sustainable tourism, and tourist activity is more focused on concern for the conservation of nature and culture. Kabo Jaya village next to the Kutai National Park(TNK) has a role as one entry and transit point for travellers. People in the town have a role in preparing some needs of tourists and travellers involved in up to KNP. Warga this village could not capitalize on tourists visiting optimally as potential economic benefits. Citizens who are members of the Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) the need to identify an existing tourist attraction, be it cultural, agro, and natural attractions and the development of programs and activities of the development of the tourist attraction. The method used is the SWOT analysis. Internal review of tourism in the village of Kabo Jaya covering the aspects of strength (strength), weakness (weakness); and external assessment that includes opportunities (opportunity) and threats (threat). Tourist attraction owned by, among others, Fascination Nature (Prefab, Telaga Batu Arang and Tour Susur River), Tourist Attractions Art and Culture, Culinary and souvenirs, Special Interest Travel Attractions (Agro, Plantation, Ranch).

Abstract

Gen Z lahir antara pertengahan 1990-an hingga awal 2010-an, merupakan generasi yang paling peka akan isu kesehatan mental. Generasi ini sering dicap sebagai 'Generasi Stroberi' karena dianggap memiliki mentalitas lemah akibat sering menggaungkan isu ini. Riset yang dilakukan oleh American Psychological Association pada tahun 2018, Gen Z memiliki gejala stress yang nampak pada fisik maupun psikologisnya. Salah satunya adalah melemahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hampir seluruh mahasiswa aktif pada Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Mulawarman merupakan Gen Z yang memiliki kekhawatiran dan kesulitan yang sama. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan menghilangkan streotip yang melekat pada Gen Z, penulis mengadakan seminar berjudul "Exploring Gen Z’s Potential: Finding Career Paths and Developing Problem Solving Skills" menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan secara online melalui zoom meeting pada tangal 11 mei 2024 dan mendapatkan 39 pendaftar. Seminar ini sukses dilaksanakan, dimana audiens mampu memahami perbedaan antara masalah dan keluhan sebagai langkah awal identifikasi masalah.
