Abstract

Belagaone Karya Mangrove Ecotourism is one of the first mangrove tours built on the island of Nunukan. It has very good potential to attract visitors because apart from being an educational tour, it can also be a sport tourism for people who want to walk in the mangrove forest area. The purpose of this research on mangrove ecotourism is to find out how the development carried out on the Belagaoen Mangrove ecotourism This work, with research focused on Sustainable Tourism Development and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods where the data in this study were obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with key informants. is the coach of the Nusa Karya Pokdarwis and the informant who is the Chair of the Nusa Karya Pokdarwis which manages the mangrove ecotourism of Belagaone Karya. From this study, it was found that the development of the Belagaone Karya mangrove ecotourism had been carried out quite well because every aspect of the development carried out was in accordance with the provisions and criteria of Sustainable Tourism Development in terms of ecology, culture and economy. It's just that it has several obstacles in the system of further development, where this development is quite influential in supporting the realization of the principles of sustainable tourism development from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. This is also due to limited funds and the Pokdarwis which until now has not formed a special management body to determine and regulate the fees for tourist attraction fees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi CSR, praktik CSR, dan dampak dari praktik CSR di Hotel Horison Samarinda pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi Hotel Horison Samarinda dalam melaksanakan CSR pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda; 2) Jenis-jenis praktik CSR yang dilakukan Hotel Horison Samarinda pada Yayasan Pelita Bunda; 3) Dampak kegiatan CSR terhadap Hotel Horison Samarinda dan Yayasan Pelita Bunda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Samarinda in supporting the company's aspirations. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research also involved informants from the Community Development Officer (CDO) and HSSE Supervisors. The results indicate that the implementation of GHRM has been integrated into HR management practices through environmental training, energy efficiency, digitalization, and waste management, and is supported by a green organizational culture such as the Bank Ramli program, reforestation, and the Biodiversity (Kehati) program. The conclusion of this study is that GHRM has a positive impact on environmental compliance, increasing employee awareness, and achieving desired goals. Although its implementation still requires ongoing evaluation and monitoring to remain effective and relevant in the future.   Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, Sustainability, Energy

Abstract

Labelisasi halal adalah aspek penting bagi pelaku usaha di Indonesia, yang memiliki populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia. Sertifikasi halal, yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) berdasarkan fatwa MUI, menjamin bahwa produk memenuhi standar halal. Meskipun demikian, banyak Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan sertifikasi ini akibat rendahnya pemahaman dan biaya pelatihan yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, dan Perindustrian Kota Balikpapan (DKUMKMP) mengadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal tanpa biaya bagi pelaku usaha. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada tanggal 6 - 7 Maret 2024 yang bertempat di Hotel Novotel Balikpapan secara tatap muka dan melibatkan 40 IKM Kota Balikpapan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu para IKM memahami dan melalui proses sertifikasi halal secara efisien. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, pelaku IKM kini memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha berhasil memperoleh sertifikasi halal, yang merupakan jumlah keseluruhan dari peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan ini. Harapannya, melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan tersebut, semakin banyak pelaku usaha yang tertarik untuk mendaftarkan usahanya guna mendapatkan sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

Tourism is an aspect that includes a variety of interrelated matters such as human resources, natural resources and various supporting facilities which, if managed optimally, can improve the economy in a region nationally and regionally from the increasingly proclaimed tourism sector income. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between tourist development and the 4A benchmarks, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary on the interest of tourist visits. The type of research used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires given to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is by testing validity, reliability, followed by classical assumption test consisting of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests, as for multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of coefficient of determination test and partial test. The results of this study indicate that attractions, amenities and ancillary have a positive effect on interest in tourist visits and accessibility has a negative effect on interest in visiting.

Abstract

Service quality is part of the marketing stimulus, the existence of which affects consumer psychology. If the quality of service, price and facilities are perceived positively, it means that consumers are satisfied which has an impact on repeat purchases made by consumers. The purpose of this study was to examine the quality of service on visitor satisfaction at the Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Paser Regency. The population in this study were guests of the Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Kabuoaten Paser, totaling 100 respondents. The variables used in this study consisted of the independent variable, namely the Service Quality variable (X), and the dependent variable, namely Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis using simple regression analysis. The data collection technique is based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and includes documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and text books that have to do with the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used Validity Test and Reliability Test. As for the data analysis technique method using the Determination Analysis method (R2), hypothesis testing using the T test. The results show that the Service Quality variable (X) simultaneously has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) Kyriad Sadurengas Hotel, Paser Regency.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the industries that is expected to be able toincrease economic growth and become a contributor to thecountry's foreign exchange. Indonesia is a country that is rich inuniqueness, beauty and diversity. One of them is located in KutaiKartanegara Regency in East Kalimantan Province. KutaiKartanegara has various natural and artificial tourist destinationswith potential prospects to be developed and managed. One of thenatural attractions is the Duta Pemedas Beach tour in Samboja.This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of TouristAttractions, Facilities and Accessibility on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Thistype of research uses explanatory (exploratory research) with aquantitative approach. The population in this research is the beachvisitors of Pemedas ambassador with a sample of 100 respondents,using probability sampling and simple random sampling method.Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of SPSSversion 25 program. The results obtained from this study are (1)Tourist Attraction has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction atDuta Pemedas Beach Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (2)Facilities have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; (3)Accessibility has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction at DutaPemedas Beach, Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency; and (4)Tourist Attraction, Facilities and Accessibility have a significantsimultaneous effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Duta Pemedas Beach,Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

Abstract

Analisis strategi pemasaran merupakan analsis agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana mempertahankan dan meningkatkan penjualan produk atau jasa yang Hotel Bumi Senyiur jual.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran yang di lakukan Hotel Bumi Senyiur dalam meningkatkan jumlah hunian kamar pada hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa data-data tertulis atau lisan dari hasil dari wawancara dengan key informan dan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Jumlah Hunian Kamar Pada Hotel Bumi Senyiur sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sesuai dengan rencana meskipun masih ada hambatan dan kendala saat melakukan pemasaran.

Abstract

Kampung Ketupat Warna Warni Kencana Samarinda merupakan destinasi wisata yang menerapkan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Jumlah pengunjungnya sejak Agustus 2017 hingga Desember 2018 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan karena masih banyak kekurangan dan kelemahan dalam pengembangan objek wisata ini. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pengembangan pariwisata dalam upaya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan serta menganalisis faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan potensi daya tarik wisata Kampung Ketupat Warna Warni Kencana Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel sumber datanya. Ketua Kelompok Sadar Wisata Kencana bertindak sebagai key informan sedangkan pengunjung bertindak sebagai informan penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk kemudian akan dianalisis dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Kampung Ketupat Warna Warni Kencana Samarinda telah sesuai dengan komponen produk wisata yang meliputi attraction, amenities, accessbilities dan hospitality. Dukungan dari Pemerintah Kota, Dinas Pariwisata, PUPR dan CSR merupakan faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan Kampung Ketupat Warna Warni Kencana Samarinda, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya anggaran untuk pengembangan wisata ini. Pengelola atau Kelompok Sadar Wisata Kencana diharapkan dapat memperhatikan pengembangan wisata dengan memberikan fasilitas yang lebih untuk pengunjung. Dan untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat, pengelola dapat membangun daya tarik wisata dengan cara pembuatan organisasi ekonomi kreatif dari masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the digital era requires every company to adapt quickly and implement innovative strategies in order to remain competitive. PT Eurotruk Transindo Samarinda faces increasingly fierce competition due to the emergence of various new companies in various sectors, thus requiring optimal human resource management that is in line with the dynamics of digital transformation. This study aims to analyze the influence of non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, and motivation on employee performance at PT Eurotruk Transindo. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents, which were then analyzed using statistical tests with the assistance of SPSS version 31. The results of the study indicate that non-physical work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while job satisfaction does not have a significant impact. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of aligning human resource management strategies with business transformation to enhance employee performance and maintain competitiveness in the digital era.
