Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the singing method on the speaking skills of class 1 students of SDN 125 Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach using an experimental method and a Posttest-only control design type. The population in this study was 110 students consisting of class IA with 28 students, IB with 28 students, IC with 27 students and class ID with 27 students. In this study, 2 classes were used for sampling using Random Sampling, namely class IC and class ID. The data collection technique used was testing and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the t-test with the help of SPSS version 26. The posttest of the control class was 0.080> 0.05 and the significant value of the posttest of the experimental class was 0.088> 0.05 or it can be concluded that the data can be stated as normally distributed. Based on the results of the hypothesis calculation, it was found that the t-count value for the control class and the experimental class was 4.402 with the t-table value obtained being 1.675 with df = n - 2 then df = 54 - 2 = 52 so df = 52. So it can be concluded that the t-count value of 4.402> t-table 1.675 thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is an influence of the singing method on the speaking skills of class 1 students of SD Negeri 125 Palembang

Abstract

Introduction to currency equivalence is one of the materials that has many applications in everyday life. This study aims to determine whether role-playing shopping games have an effect on mathematics learning outcomes in the subject of currency equivalence at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method, with a posttest-only control group design. The population in this study is all students at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir. The sample in this study consisted of class II A as the experimental class with 28 students and class II B as the control class with 27 students. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data normality tests, data homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. From the results of the hypothesis test calculations, a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of the shopping role-play game on mathematics learning outcomes in the currency equivalence introduction material for Class II at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Magic Box learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of second-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang in the subject of vertical addition. This research is a quantitative study that uses the quasi-experimental method. It was conducted at SD N 35 Palembang. Data collection techniques included tests and documentation. The study was carried out in class II A, which had 25 students as the experimental class, and class II B, which had 25 students as the control class. The instrument used was an essay question consisting of 10 items. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the Magic Box media on the learning outcomes of second-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang in addition, with a calculated t-value (3.418) > table t-value (0.1677) and a sig value (0.001) < (0.05). In accordance with the hypothesis testing, if the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the learning obstacles experienced by students, especially class V students at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang, using rank number material. Learning Obstacles are divided into three types, namely ontogenic obstacles, epistemological obstacles, and didactical obstacles. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using several instruments including the results of learning obstacle diagnostic tests, material analysis, interviews, lesson plan analysis, and analysis of textbooks used during the learning process. 20 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Air Kumbang were the subjects of this research. In this research, learning obstacles were found which were divided into three categories, namely ontogenic obstacles, epistemological obstacles and didactical obstacles. Ontogenic obstacles can be seen from students' lack of enthusiasm for learning and readiness to learn. Epistemological obstacles can be seen from students' lack of understanding of a concept related to mathematics due to the limited context that students know, as well as didactical obstacles obtained from the learning tools used which can create learning obstacles during the learning process.

Abstract

Pemahaman termasuk dalam aspek membaca yang sangat penting pada kegiatan membaca. Tujuan dari membaca adalah pemahaman bukan kecepatan, dan kemampuan membaca merupakan kemampuan dalam memahami teks yang terkandung pada bacaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks narasi siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Petaling. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yakni  reduksi,  penyajian  data,  dan  verifikasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari total 18 siswa, 5 siswa memperoleh kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 27,8%, 9 siswa berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase 50,00%, dan 4 siswa memperoleh kategori cukup baik dengan persentase 22,2%. Rata-rata keseluruhan menunjukkan persentase 83,05%, yang tergolong dalam kategori baik.
