Abstract

This research investigates how residents, government officials, and farmers in Tangerang City, Banten, Indonesia perceive temperature, precipitation, and food security. By combining quantitative survey data with qualitative insights through a mixed-methods approach, a holistic view of stakeholder perspectives is achieved. Findings reveal that farmers have higher mean perceptions across all variables, indicating their heightened awareness and proactive stance toward climate-related challenges. Government officials also demonstrate consistent awareness of temperature and precipitation issues, reflecting their professional engagement. Residents exhibit diverse experiences and awareness levels, suggesting varying community perceptions Major disparities in understanding underscore the necessity of varied perspectives in tackling climate problems. Recommendations consist of expanding participant numbers, examining various data sets, enhancing the blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, engaging stakeholders throughout the research process, and fostering partnerships across fields for well-informed decision-making

Abstract

This activity is hold to Maximize and motivate the society of Tangerang city businessman of MSME. However the development is used to give solution of capital, marketing, product design and legality and motivation. The purpose of this training is to improve MSME Management Management, which is expected to increase its business in marketing products and using E-Commerce optimally.In this training, the on the spot method to the business field is used, the method of observation, discussion, and experience of the trainer and condition now days. The method of discussion and question and answer, as well as the provision of materials and practices for improving business planning management marketing management management (E- Commerce). Several participants were also asked to explain the results of their business plans. The hope is that the results of the evaluation of 30 training participants generally show an increase in knowledge and understanding after being given Marketing and E-commerce materials to improve the management of MSME management in Tangerang City

Abstract

This activity explains the convenience of the applications and motivates the community of MSME actors in Teluk Naga, Tangerang, to use the applications offered by GoJek and Grab. The purpose of this training is to increase the income of MSME actors during the pandemic because the application can increase their income. After all, it is much easier to reach consumers. In this training, we used the on-the-spot method, the method of observation, discussion, and the trainer's experience and current conditions. These methods of the discussions, the question and the answer, as well as the provision of materials and practices to improve business planning management, online marketing management (E-Commerce). Several participants are also asked to explain the results of their business plans. It is hoped that the results of the evaluation of the 25 training participants, in general, can increase the knowledge, understanding and income of MSME actors in Teluk Naga Village, Tangerang.

Abstract

This student creativity development activity was carried out based on the collaboration between the Faculty of Business, Buddhi Dharma University and KSP Madani which was held at KSP Madani Credit Union Kotabumi, Tangerang City. Banten Province. The training participants are UMKM members of cooperatives, and the activities are carried out within a period of three months, with training activities planned in the form of focus group discussions, material presentations and interactive question-and-answer between the giver of materials and training and mentoring participants. The material provided was in accordance with the needs requested by KSP Madani at the beginning of the meeting, namely knowledge and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for UMKM actors under the guidance of KSP Credit Union Madani. Participants from the training are members of the Madani cooperative, which are UMKM business actors in the Culinary and Services sector The output plan of this student creativity development activity is in the form of improving the performance of cooperative management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM (Pengembangan Kreativitas Mahasiswa) ini adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan pendidikan non-formal di bidang kewirausahaan kepada pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan bekerja sama antara Fakultas Buddhi Dharma dan Yayasan Vijja Gana Adhikara yang diselenggarakan di Cettiya Vijja Gana, Kotabumi, Kabupaten Tangerang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga bulan. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam bentuk presentasi materi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pembinaan bagi peserta pelatihan. Materi yang disampaikan oleh pembicara disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana. Target output dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan soft skill dalam bidang kewirausahaan untuk pemuda Cettiya Vijja Gana.

Abstract

Observasi ini mempunyai arah untuk menguji sebanyak apa Pengaruh Konflik Keluarga, Stres Kerja dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Anugrahprima Perdana baik secara sebagian ataupun keseluruhan. Observasi ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu metode yang menggambarkan kondisi suatu perusahaan berdasarkan fakta maupun kejadian pada perusahaan tersebut melalui proses pengumpulan, penyusunan, pengklasifikasian, analisis, serta menginterpretasikan data untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan dan saran. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang terdapat pada PT Anugrahprima Perdana. Sampel dalam riset ini merupakan sebanyak 130 responden dengan penghimpunan informasi memakai kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai ialah metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan hipotesis memanfaatkan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari riset ini menampilkan variabel konflik keluarga (X1) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan angka sig 0,402 > 0,05, variabel stres kerja (X2) tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan angka sig 0,842 > 0,05, insentif (X3) mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan angka sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti seberapa besar Pengaruh Harga, Display Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Kuliner di Pasar Lama Tangerang, Data diperoleh dengan mengandalkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden, dengan jumlah responden perempuan sebanyak 123 orang dan laki – laki sebanyak 77 orang dan analisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal, sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f merupakan beberapa uji statistik yang digunakan dalam analisis data.  Berdasarkan hasil uji t, bahwa variabel Harga memiliki nilai 11,266 > 1,652 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Display Produk memiliki nilai 16,792 > 1,652 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Fasilitas memiliki nilai 17,163 > 1,652 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, sementara itu Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki nilai 20,630 > 1,652 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat diartikan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu, hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Harga, Display Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Kuliner di Pasar Lama Tangerang. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel penelitian berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand consumer behavior regarding the purchase of environmentally friendly products. The respondents selected were those residing in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). However, due to the lack of definitive data on the number of consumers of environmentally friendly products, the researcher used the Hair method to determine the sample size. This was done by multiplying the number of indicators (19) by 10 (a minimum of 190 respondents). This study successfully obtained 194 valid respondents. This research is a deductive-inductive study, using a problem-based approach followed by hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is the process of proving cause and effect (influence) between exogenous and endogenous variables using the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis tool to process the questionnaire results. The results of the data show that only variables X1 (Green Product) and X2 (Green Price) have a significant influence in forming Z (Consumer Satisfaction), while X3 (Green Promotion) together with Z (consumer satisfaction) have a greater influence on Y (Purchase Decision) while X1 and X2 do not have a significant influence on Y.
