Abstract

This study investigates the influence of green skills training and inter-sector collaboration on workforce competency, with digital adaptation acting as a mediating variable within the Central Java industrial area. Using a quantitative design, data were obtained from 150 employees across manufacturing, food processing, textile, and electronics sectors, and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that both green skills training and inter-sector collaboration have significant positive effects on workforce competency, directly and indirectly through digital adaptation. Green skills training improves employees’ technical and environmental literacy, while collaboration among government, industry, and academia enhances knowledge sharing and capacity building. Digital adaptation functions as a pivotal intermediary that strengthens the impact of sustainability-oriented learning and collaboration on competency outcomes. The model demonstrates high explanatory power (R² = 0.69) and predictive relevance (Q² = 0.42). These results emphasize that integrating environmental and digital competencies is vital to shaping a future-ready workforce capable of supporting sustainable industrial transformation. The study advances Human Capital Theory and Dynamic Capability Theory by evidencing that workforce competency evolves through continuous green training, collaborative innovation, and adaptive digitalization. It further suggests that Indonesian policymakers and industry leaders should promote cross-sector programs that align green upskilling with digital readiness to enhance industrial competitiveness in the era of Industry 4.0 and sustainable development.

Abstract

This bibliometric study explores the quality of research in psychology concerning Human Resource Management (HRM) practices within the manufacturing industry. With a focus on assessing trends, patterns, and gaps in existing literature, the study employs a systematic approach to evaluate the depth and rigor of scholarly inquiry. Through a comprehensive analysis of publication metrics, including citation counts, authorship patterns, and thematic clusters, key insights emerge regarding the state of HRM research in manufacturing. Findings reveal a dynamic landscape characterized by diverse thematic clusters, ranging from the psychological dimensions of HRM to strategic practices and organizational behavior. While certain areas receive significant attention, such as psychology, strategic HRM, and HRM practices, others, including human capital management and industrial relations, are relatively underexplored. This study highlights the importance of addressing methodological inconsistencies and theoretical gaps to advance both theoretical development and practical implications in HRM research within the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki efektivitas konseling stres kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan mengumpulkan data dari 100 karyawan di berbagai sektor dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26, dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi berganda yang dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling stres kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi harus memprioritaskan intervensi manajemen stres dan mempromosikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja yang sehat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan produktivitas karyawan melalui program dukungan yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Openness of public information, community participation and village development are the expectations of everyone, as well as the village community of Kedungwuni Sub-district, Pekalongan Regency. However, everything must be supported by adequate human resources and be able to understand their rights and obligations based on the applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the importance of public information disclosure and community participation in village development. This research method uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. To analyze and explain the existence of public information disclosure, community participation in village development in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. The results of this study, namely: The village government in opening public information has been carried out with the existence of village information boards and village websites. However, community participation is still quite low, so it does not significantly affect village development. Based on the findings of this study, the authorities should make the best innovations so that the village community has the awareness to participate in village development activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari 225 responden melalui survei terstruktur. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) digunakan untuk menilai model pengukuran, dan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasilnya menunjukkan dukungan yang kuat terhadap dampak positif dari pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Validitas diskriminan dan indeks kecocokan memvalidasi ketergantungan model pengukuran dan hubungan struktural. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan di UKM, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang strategis sangat penting, menurut temuan ini. Bagi para praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan yang ingin mengembangkan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan memajukan kesejahteraan karyawan di UKM, studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi bagi masyarakat. Kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan individu, organisasi, dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat dan pelaku usaha yang belum memahami pentingnya pengelolaan SDM secara sistematis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM melalui pelatihan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM). Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola SDM, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja kerja. Sebelum pelatihan, tingkat pemahaman peserta didominasi kategori rendah sebesar 65%, kategori sedang 30%, dan kategori tinggi hanya 5%. Setelah pelatihan, kategori pemahaman rendah menurun menjadi 20%, kategori sedang meningkat menjadi 50%, dan kategori tinggi meningkat menjadi 30%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan Manajemen SDM mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengetahuan dan kesiapan peserta dalam menerapkan pengelolaan SDM secara lebih terstruktur. Pelatihan manajemen SDM terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada UMKM di Jawa Tengah.
