Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of work competence, work experience, and the environment on the performance of employees of the Restu Buana Village Office. Methodology/approach: This type of research uses quantitative methods and associative approach methods are used. The data used is primary data which requires data or information from the first source, basically we call it respondents. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. Results/findings: The work competency variable affects the performance of employees of the Restu Buana Village Office. Work experience has no effect on the performance of employees of the Restu Buana Village Office. Conclusions: The study concludes that work competence, work experience, and work environment jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at the Restu Buana Village Office, with a combined influence of 92.8%. Individually, work competence contributes 26.8%, work experience 3.8%, and work environment 41.4% to employee performance. Limitations: The independent variables in this research are only work competence, work experience, and work environment as well as variables bound by employee performance. This study focuses on the employees of the Restu Buana Village Office which totals 32 people. Contribution: Because work competence, and the environment play an important role in the progress of the employees' abilities that will be developed and can provide encouragement and foster employees to be able to work independently can also foster confidence and make new work plans for employees so that performance is increasing.

Abstract

For a long time, many nations have struggled with the intricate issue of income disparity. Income inequality is a problem in a number of Indonesian provinces. Disparities in the economic well-being of a community are the root cause of income inequality. Income inequality in Lampung Province from 2019 to 2023 is the target of this research, which tries to pin down the relationship between GRDP per capita, HDI, and TPAK. The study makes use of panel data and quantitative approaches. Fifteen districts and cities in Lampung Province provide 75 samples for the panel data, which includes time series data from 2019 to 2023 as well as cross-sectional data. The following statistical methods are used in data analysis: F-test, t-test, coefficient of determination assessment, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption testing. The results show that from 2023 to 2029, the following variables have a significant impact on Income Distribution Inequality in Lampung Province: Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita, Human Development Index, and Labor Force Participation Rate. Income Inequality in Lampung Province 2019–2023, to a lesser extent, is affected by GRDP Percapita. Income Inequality in Lampung Province 2019–2023, to a lesser extent but still significantly, is affected by the Human Development Index. From 2019 to 2023, the income inequality in Lampung Province is affected, to a lesser but considerable extent, by the labor force participation rate.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of BUMN Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach. This study used 70 research samples. This study has two variables, namely: 4 independent variables (X1, X2, X3, and X4) and 1 (one) dependent variable. Institutional leadership (X1), board of directors (X2), board of commissioners (X3), and audit committee (X4) are independent variables, while financial performance (Y) is the dependent variable. Results: Based on data analysis, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is that institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on financial performance in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Conclusion: Good corporate governance (CG) (institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee) significantly affects the financial performance of state-owned enterprises on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The effective implementation of GCG can increase ROA and company value. Limitations: The independent variables in this study are limited to institutional ownership, board of directors, and audits. First,ee, and the dependent variable is financial performance (ROA). The research was conducted only on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Contribution: Management is expected to pay more attention to Good Corporate Governance in the company in order to create good company value.

Abstract

The quality of health services needs to be improved because of the needs of the community in accordance with the standards of resource utilization in a fair, efficient, and effective manner. With the limitations of the government and community, health services are still carried out safely and satisfactorily in accordance with good norms and ethics. Health services in hospitals, health centers, clinics or other health institutions are components that are interrelated, interdependent, and influence each other. This study aims to determine the effect of reliability, responsiveness, and assurance variables simultaneously and partially on patient satisfaction at the Ismadana Muaradua Clinic. This study uses a quantitative method with 100 respondents. Data was collected directly from respondents using a previously prepared questionnaire The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that both simultaneously (F-test) and partially (t-test) concluded that the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Assurance (X3) have a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a very important element in an institution. Factors that influence performance include discipline and skills, motivation, situational factors and system or work environment factors, work experience and productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation, work environment and productivity on the performance of Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative, the number of samples used was 45 respondents from the total population using the total saturation technique at the Kangkung II Community Health Center. The research results showed that the three variables of motivation, work environment and productivity had a simultaneously positive effect on employee performance at the Kangkung II Kendal Community Health Center. The results of the motivation variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of Kangkung II Community Health Center employees. The results of the work environment variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of the Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. The results of the productivity variable partially have a positive effect on the performance of the Kangkung II Kendal Public Health Center employees. Suggestions are expected to use other independent variables, for example education, work discipline, work ethic, wages, leadership, workload and so on.

Abstract

Performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that can influence performance are motivation, competence, leadership, achievement, work environment and work experience. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of motivation, achievement, work experience and competency on the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive, the number of samples used was 71 respondents from part of the existing population which had been obtained using the Slovin technique. The results of this research showed that the four variables of motivation, achievement, work experience and competence simultaneously influenced the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the motivation variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the achievement variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the work experience variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. The results of the competency variable partially influence the performance of nurses at RSJD Dr Amino Gondohutomo, Central Java Province. Suggestions are expected to use other independent variables, for example education, work discipline, wages, leadership, workload and so on.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out and analyze 1) how much influence the allowance for losses on receivables has on profitability, 2) to determine the significance level of reserves for losses on receivables on profitability, 3) to find out whether company policy through credit sales has an effect on the high or low profitability of the company. The population in this study is the financial statements of automotive companies that have been audited and published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 9 companies is obtained. As for the results, there is no effect of reserves for losses on receivables on ROA. Keywords: allowance for losses on receivables, Profitability, ROA  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) seberapa besar pengaruh cadanga kerugian piutang terhadap profitabilitas, 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi cadangan kerugian piutang terhadap profitabilitas, 3) untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan perusahaan melalui penjualankredit  berpengaruh terhadap tinggi rendahnya profitabilitas perusahaan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangann perusahaan otomotif yang telah diaudit dan di publiskasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), tknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga di peroleh sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan. adapun hasil tidak terdapat pengaruh cadangan kerugian piutang terhadap ROA . Kata kunci: cadangan kerugian piutang, Profitabilitas, ROA

Abstract

Pendampingan Pembuatan Konten Digital yang Aman dan Legal Pada Masyarakat Desa Way Tebing Cepa (WTC) Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa wisata Taman Baru dan sekitarnya. Aparat desa, pengelola dessa wisata, dan masyarakat sekitar adalah sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Penyuluhan dilakukan sebelum pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimungkinkan oleh ketersediaan tenaga ahli dari dosen Universitas Mitra Indonesia serta tenaga pembantu dari mahasiswa, anggota masyarakat, dan pejabat setempat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat membantu pelaku masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang cara membuat koten digital sehingga mereka dapat menghindari pelanggaran hukum. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diketahui bahwa kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam keamanan dan pelanggaran hukum dalam dunia digital.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan layanan pengiriman makanan telah beralih dari keunggulan kompetitif menjadi keharusan bagi entitas korporat untuk mempertahankan daya saing mereka di pasar. Tujuan daripelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memfasilitasi pemilik usaha Coffe 69 agar mempunyai keterampilan pada penggunaan teknologi online food delivery service, khususnya menggunakan aplikasi Shopee Food dalam memasarkan produknya. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode dengan cara melakukan sosialiasi, demonstrasi aplikasi, dan praktek pembuatan aplikasi shopee food. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pemilik usaha Coffe 69 dapat memasarkan produknya melalui aplikasi ShopeeFood sehingga jangkauan pemasaran lebih luas dan menarik konsumen lebih banyak serta dapat menaikkan penjualan.

Abstract

Pengabdian bertema “DigiSmart: Strategi Peningkatan Literasi Digital Mahasiswa untuk Mendukung Kesiapan Karier di Era Industri 4.0” bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa melalui pelatihan interaktif dan praktik berbasis proyek. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan teknis, seperti personal branding dan pengelolaan data, serta aspek etika digital mahasiswa. Program ini mendukung kesiapan karier mereka di era digital sekaligus memperkuat peran institusi pendidikan dalam menciptakan lulusan berdaya saing.
