Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of work stress and workload on the performance of nurses at BMC Padang Hospital. This study employs a quantitative method. The population consists of 82 respondents who are nurses at BMC Padang Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 82 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS for Windows version 23. The research findings indicate that work stress has a partial negative and significant effect on the performance of BMC Padang Hospital, while workload has a simultaneous negative and significant effect on employee performance at BMC Padang Hospital.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of product quality and product design on purchasing decisions for Wardah products at Ela Cosmetics Padang. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were consumers using Wardah products during the last 6 months, namely 660 consumers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The number of samples was 70 people obtained using the Isaac and Michael formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Meanwhile, the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this research show that product quality and product design have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah products at Ela Cosmetics Padang.

Abstract

The poupose of this study is to determine the service quality effects consisting of responsiveness, empathy, tangible, assurance, and reliability on tourist satisfaction in the Mandeh tourism area, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. A total of 100 visitors were assigned as respondents (samples) of the study. The data was collected accidentally on randomly selected people as respondents. In conducting data analysis, SPSS software is used to test hypotheses. A total of five hypotheses were formulated in this study. In conclusion, this study proves that responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and reliability have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction at Mandeh tourism area. While empathy does not have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction at Mandeh tourism area.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial knowledge on financial management behavior among Stikes Alifah Padang students. This research method uses quantitative methods. The technique used in collecting data in the research is a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to 118 midwifery student respondents class 2020 - 2022 at Stikes Alifah Padang, and the respondent's answer data will be processed using SPSS. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management behavior, and financial knowledge does not have a positive effect on financial management behavior.Keywords :Financial Literasi, Financial Knowledge, Financial Management Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share on Stock Prices in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and a total of 39 companies were obtained. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The research data was analyzed using the panel data regression method, namely a combination of data from the time series and cross sections through Eviews 12 data processing. The results showed that the variables Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine profitability, leverage and liquidity on the disclosure of financial statements of companies listed on the IDX 2015-2019. Based on purposive sampling, the number of companies on the IDX used in the study sample was 131 companies and 655 observations. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression using the Eviews 8.0 program. The results showed that profitability had no effect on disclosure of financial statements, leverage had no effect on disclosure of financial statements and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on disclosure of financial statements. Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity, Financial Statement Disclosure. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji profitabilitas, leverage dan likuiditas terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI 2015-2019. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, jumlah perusahaan di BEI yang digunakan dalam sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 131 perusahaan dan 655 observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Leverage, Likuiditas, Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial performance, managerial ownership and leverage on firm value. The variables in this study are Liquidity, Managerial Ownership and Leverage. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. Which resulted in a sample of 24 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The analysis in this study uses panel data regression analysis with the results that Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value and Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, while Leverage has an effect on firm value. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is influenced by the Cash Ratio (CR). The results of the second hypothesis, namely the t test (partial test) shows the value of the t-statistic CR 2.712511 with a probability value of 0.0078, then H0 is rejected. The results of the study show that firm value (Tobins'q) is negatively and insignificantly affected by Managerial Ownership. This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of KM -1.012049 with a probability value of 0.3138, then H0 is accepted. The results of the study show that the value of the company (Tobins'q) is positively and significantly affected by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This is evidenced by the results of the t test (partial test) which shows the t-statistic value of DER 8.649084 with a probability value of 0.0000, then H0 is rejected.Keywords: likuidity, managerial ownership, leverage, firm value

Abstract

This study aims to examine the liquidity and size of the company on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research population is all companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2021 period, companies with complete financial reports in the 2017-2021 period, companies paying dividends in the 2017-2021 period, and a sample of 45 companies was obtained. The data source is the company's annual financial report taken through the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Eviews program tool. Liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, while company size is measured using Size and dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio. The results showed that the variable liquidity had a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while firm size had a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity, company size, and company age variables on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this research are secondary data. The population in this study consists of 245 companies, and the sample selection procedure uses purposive sampling based on predefined criteria, resulting in a sample of 55 companies. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance, while the independent variables are capital structure, liquidity, company size, and company age. The data analysis method uses panel data. The research results indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, company size has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and company age has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experience on m-payment shopeepay brand loyalty in Padang City with expectation as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research, namely the sampling method using accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used I this study is multiple linear refression analysis. The results of the study show that experience and expectation have a significant effect on brand loyalty m-payment shopeepay in Padang City. Experience has a significant effect on expectation. Expectation mediates the experience relationship wit the m-payment shopeepay brand loyalty in Padang City.
