Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan dan Corporate Social Responsibility Pada nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode 2017-2021. Perusahaan yang memiliki laporan keungan lengkap dalam periode 2017-2021, yang membagikan keputusan pendanaan dalam periode 2017-2021 dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Sumber data adalah laporan keungan tahunan perusahaan yang diambil melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia ( www.idx.co.id). Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu Eviews. Keputusan Pendanaan diukur dengan menggunakan DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility diukur dengan (CSR) serta Nilai Perusahaan diukur dengan PBV (Price to Book Value). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Pendanaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work environment discipline variables on employee performance at PT. Sumatra Jaya Agro Lestari Silaut, District of Lunang Silaut, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, position transfer and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Padang Pariaman Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 146 employees or respondents. Research data were collected from respondents' results and analyzed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive effect and job transfer has a positive effect and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen that the significant value of work discipline, job transfer and work environment on employee performance is a value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count of 4.999 from a t-table of 1.97681

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability on Stock Prices in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and a total of 45 companies were obtained. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The research data was analyzed using the panel data regression method, namely a combination of data from the time series and cross sections through Eviews 12 data processing. The cause of changes in share prices is wrong the other is influenced by internal factors, namely the profitability ratio. In the profitability ratio there are variables Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin. The research result Return On Asset had a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity, Return On Investment, and Gross Profit Margin had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin had a negatif and not significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Store Atmosphere and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying at Makeup Bliss Padang. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this research is Makeup Bliss Padang consumers. However, the number of Makeup Bliss Padang consumers cannot be known for certain and is included in the infinite population category. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling and the number of samples was 96 people obtained using the lemeshow formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Meanwhile, the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this research show that Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Store Atmosphere and Shopping Lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying at Makeup Bliss Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the facilities, locations, and tourist attractions on the intention to return to the tourist object of Carocok Painan Beach. This research is a quantitative study, the sampling method uses incidental sampling techniques with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskeasticity, multiple regression analysis and t test. The results showed that facilities had a negative and not significant effect on intention to return, location had a positive and significant effect on intention to return, and tourist attraction had a positive and significant effect on intention to return.

Abstract

Study this aim for test the influence of funding decisions and Corporate Social Responsibility on value companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange . Population study is whole companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period . Sample chosen use purposive sampling method with criteria sample is companies listed on the IDX in period 2017-2021. Company that owns report financial complete in period 2017-2021, which distributes decision funding in period 2017-2021 and obtained sample 45 companies . Data source is report financial annual taken company _ through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( www.idx.co.id ). Testing use analysis panel data regression with tool help Eviews . funding decision be measured with using DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), meanwhile Corporate Social Responsibility be measured with (CSR) as well as Company value is measured with PBV (Price to Book Value). Research results show that funding decision variable influential positive and significant on firm value, meanwhile Corporate Social Responsibility influential negative and no significant to Company Value .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect oftransformational leadership and non-physical workenvironment on employee performance at PT.Transco Energi Utama POM. The sample in thisstudy amounted to 87 employees. The research datawere collected from the results of multiple linearregression analysis and hypothesis testing. Theresults of this study indicate that transformationalleadership has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance, and the non-physical workenvironment has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance. It can be seen that thesignificant value of transformational leadership andnon-physical work environment on employeeperformance is the value 0.000 <0.05 and the t countis 3.637 from the t table 1.988.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Assurance and Reliability on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The population in this study were guests at the Bunda Padang Hotel, totaling 210 respondents using the Total Sampling technique. Total sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Research data were collected from respondents' results and analyzed by multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and F test hypothesis testing of all variables simultaneously, it can be concluded that the Tangible variable has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. Empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The Responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at the Bunda Padang Hotel. Assurance variable has no positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The reliability variable has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. Simultaneous calculation results show a significance of 0.000 <0.05 probability, so that there is a positive and significant effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Assurance and Reliability on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel together.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability proxied by return on assets and free cash flow on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 – 2021. With a population of 810 companies, a sample of 32 companies was obtained using purposive sampling technique. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis with the regression model used is the fixed effect model which is processed with Eviews8 software. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out using hypothesis testing (t-test), proving that the profitability ratio proxied by return on assets has a significant effect on dividend policy, and the free cash flow variable has no significant effect on dividend policy in listed companies on the IDX.
