Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect oftransformational leadership and non-physical workenvironment on employee performance at PT.Transco Energi Utama POM. The sample in thisstudy amounted to 87 employees. The research datawere collected from the results of multiple linearregression analysis and hypothesis testing. Theresults of this study indicate that transformationalleadership has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance, and the non-physical workenvironment has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance. It can be seen that thesignificant value of transformational leadership andnon-physical work environment on employeeperformance is the value 0.000 <0.05 and the t countis 3.637 from the t table 1.988.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Assurance and Reliability on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The population in this study were guests at the Bunda Padang Hotel, totaling 210 respondents using the Total Sampling technique. Total sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Research data were collected from respondents' results and analyzed by multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and F test hypothesis testing of all variables simultaneously, it can be concluded that the Tangible variable has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. Empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The Responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at the Bunda Padang Hotel. Assurance variable has no positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. The reliability variable has no positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel. Simultaneous calculation results show a significance of 0.000 <0.05 probability, so that there is a positive and significant effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Assurance and Reliability on Customer Loyalty at Bunda Padang Hotel together.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability proxied by return on assets and free cash flow on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 – 2021. With a population of 810 companies, a sample of 32 companies was obtained using purposive sampling technique. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis with the regression model used is the fixed effect model which is processed with Eviews8 software. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out using hypothesis testing (t-test), proving that the profitability ratio proxied by return on assets has a significant effect on dividend policy, and the free cash flow variable has no significant effect on dividend policy in listed companies on the IDX.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance financial management capacity and digital marketing at the "Dapur Tahu" Tofu Factory located in Lubuk Buaya, Padang City. The selection of this topic is important considering the challenges faced by the factory in maintaining market share amid intense competition and the need to leverage digital technology. The methods used include situational analysis, financial management training, and digital marketing strategies. The results obtained show an increase in employee knowledge, an increase in organic tofu product sales, and public awareness of the importance of healthy products. This activity not only provides positive impacts for the factory but also opens opportunities for further development in the future, thus contributing to local economic welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan aset, dan risiko bisnis terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode pengamatan tahun 2017-2021. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 83 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 perusahaan dengan total 75 observasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Panels Least Square, dengan pendekatan model regresi menggunakan Random Effect Model dan uji t-Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: profitabilitas/ROA berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal/DER pada perusahaan sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Pertumbuhan Aset/GA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal/DER pada perusahaan sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Risiko/RISK usaha berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal/DER pada perusahaan sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy (DER) and managerial ownership on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The year used in this study is five years, starting from 2017-2021. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. From a population of 810 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 45 companies were obtained as a sample with an observation period of five years (2017-2021). Data were analyzed using panel data regression. Based on the results of data analysis it was concluded that debt policy (DER) had a positive and significant effect on firm value with a t-value of 8.628708 and a significance of 0.000 so that the first hypothesis was accepted. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a t value of 2.28933 and a significance of 0.0230, so the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract Financial performance is a description of an achievement or result of a Employee performance is the work results achieved by employees in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and human resource (HR) development on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at the National and Political Unity Agency (Kesbagpol) of West Sumatra province. The data analysis technique for this research is using SPSS. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling. The sample for this research was 35 employees. The results of this research state that organizational culture, work environment and human resource (HR) development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Human Resources (HR) Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Independent Board of Commissioners on profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023.The research method used is quantitative with panel data. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 9 banking companies that met the criteria. Profitability is measured by Return On Asset (ROA), CSR is measured by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and the Independent Board of Commissioners is measured by the proportion of independent commissioners in the board of commissioners. The research results show that CSR does not have a significant impact on profitability, whereas the Independent Board of Commissioners has a positive and significant impact on profitability. In conclusion, CSR disclosure has not yet provided a direct benefit to profitability, while the presence of an effective independent board of commissioners can enhance the profitability of banking companies.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Independent Commissioners, Profitability, Banking, Panel Data

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type, the sample calculation in this a sample size of 95 employees at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. The data collection method used a questionnaire, the analysis tool with multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that partially work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra. While workload does not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra.

Abstract

Di era digital saat sekarang ini, UMKM menghadapi berbagai peluang baru dalam mengembangkan usaha, mulai dari pemasaran daring, penjualan melalui marketplace, hingga pemanfaatan sistem pembayaran digital. Namun, di balik peluang tersebut, terdapat tantangan besar yang harus dihadapi, terutama dari sisi keuangan, seperti penetapan HPP. Penghitungan laba dan rugi, Menyusun laporan keuangan. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki banyak bentuk usaha, salah satunya UMKM makanan olahan (Kue). UMKM di kota Padang Panjang memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal. Namun, terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi adalah seperti sistem pengelolaan keuangan, terutama dalam hal pencatatan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta perencanaan keuangan. Di era digital, digitalisasi keuangan menjadi solusi potensial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas keuangan UMKM. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pengelolaan keuangan UMKM makanan olahan (Kue) di Padang Panjang dan memberikan solusi digital berbasis aplikasi keuangan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif, wawancara, Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sangat perlu peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan perencanaan dan pencatatan keuangan dan dengan menggunakan aplikasi digital, dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan layanan yang optimal.
