Abstract

Pendidikan Responsif Gender merupakan pendekatan yang penting dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini, terutama di Raudhatul Athfal (RA), untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik pengasuhan orangtua dalam menerapkan pendidikan responsif gender di RA Al-Ikhlas Konggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orangtua di RA Al-Ikhlas Konggo memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi terkait pentingnya pendidikan responsif gender dalam pengasuhan anak. Mereka menggunakan pendekatan yang inklusif dan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap perbedaan gender dalam memperlakukan anak-anak. Selain itu, orangtua juga aktif dalam memberikan pemahaman pada anak-anak tentang kesetaraan gender dan mengajarkan nilai-nilai kesetaraan melalui contoh nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran orangtua dalam mendorong pendidikan responsif gender di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, serta perlunya dukungan dari lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah dalam menyediakan pelatihan dan sumber daya yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan responsif gender.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini menjelaskan Origami di TK Panca Budi, Medan, menonjol sebagai media alternatif untuk mengasah motorik dan kreativitas anak usia dini. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas origami dalam pembelajaran. Temuan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan motorik halus dan kreativitas anak-anak. Penggunaan origami di TK Panca Budi, Medan, memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan pada perkembangan anak-anak. Origami bukan hanya kegiatan kreatif, tetapi juga mengasah koordinasi tangan dan mata secara menyeluruh. Integrasi origami dalam kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mereka. Melalui origami, anak-anak dapat mengembangkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah dan pemikiran abstrak. Penggunaan origami dalam pembelajaran juga mendorong keterampilan sosial dan konsentrasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan media alternatif dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Dengan memperkenalkan origami sejak dini, anak-anak dapat mengasah keterampilan motorik halus secara alami. Lebih dari sekadar hobi, origami menjadi bagian penting dari proses pembelajaran yang bermanfaat. Guru dapat memanfaatkan origami untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Origami memberikan kesempatan bagi anak-anak untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif dan motorik mereka. Keberhasilan penggunaan origami menunjukkan potensi pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada kreativitas dan motorik. Dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif, origami dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan beragam anak-anak. Dengan kolaborasi antara guru, orangtua, dan anak-anak, penggunaan origami dapat memperkuat koneksi antara pembelajaran di sekolah dan di rumah.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital literacy based on local wisdom in the context of inclusive education. Digital literacy is essential in modern education, especially in the current digital era. However, inclusive education, which encourages the participation of children with various special needs, often requires a more specific approach focused on local wisdom to achieve maximum success. This research discusses the concept of digital literacy, defines local wisdom, and outlines how integrating digital literacy based on local wisdom can support inclusive education. The results indicate that this approach can significantly enhance participation, learning, and the development of inclusive education.Keywords: digital literacy, local wisdom, inclusive education

Abstract

AbstrakPada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat melihat sejuh mana partisipasi para orangtua terhadap implementasi pembentukan pendidikan karakter terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Selin itu untuk mengetahui deskpripsi tentang perlibatan para orangtua dalam aspek perkembangan anak ketika disekolah dan dirumah. Partisipasi orangtu merupakan pelibatan yang paling penting setiap tumbuh kembang pra anak, karena masa anak usia dini adalah masa yang tumbuh hanya sekali dalam perkembangan anak, jadi para orangtua yang mempunyai anak usia dini jangan sampai melewatkan setiap aspek perkembanganya. Dan hal itu harus didukung para orangtua mereka sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif atau studi kasus yang dilakukan kepada orangtua anak usia dini secara langsung, tanpa melalui prantara. Terhadap partisipasi para ayah dan ibu dalam penerapan pendidikan anak usia dini yaitu 5-6 tahun. Yang rata-rata para anak usia dini yang sedang menempuh pendidikan anak usia dini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Orangtua, Pendidikan Karakter Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of an integrated information system in educational institutions, and the impact of the application of an education management information system on ethics and society. This research was conducted in three different locations, namely Medan City, Binjai City, and Asahan Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study explain that the application of an integrated information system developed by PT. Engineering Technology Metromatics uses the edulink application. This application is a school management-based application that can help educational institutions to create a learning environment and management activities to be more effective and efficient. By using this information system application, all data about the development of students will be recorded digitally, so that the actions that will be taken by teachers or parents/guardians of students in dealing with student problems can be about the substance of the problems faced by students. Through this information system, the track record of students will be clearly identified, so that actions in solving student problems can be carried out on target, effectively and efficiently. This application has a positive impact on teachers, especially in identifying and recording all attitudes and attitude assessments so that they can be the basis for developing student attitudes.

Abstract

 The development of creativity in early childhood within many Islamic educational institutions remains suboptimal because learning tends to be teacher-centered, offers limited exploration, and provides insufficient play experiences that stimulate higher-order thinking. This condition is also evident at Nurul Qur’an Stabat Kindergarten, where children have not yet gained adequate opportunities to experiment and generate original ideas. This study aims to examine how the implementation of STEAM-based learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) using Loose Parts can enhance early childhood creativity. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the use of Loose Parts in STEAM-based learning successfully improved children’s creative thinking abilities, particularly in problem-solving, innovation, flexibility, and the ability to generate new ideas. Children became more active, imaginative, and confident in expressing their thoughts. These results indicate that the integration of STEAM and Loose Parts is not only effective in fostering creativity but also relevant for enriching learning practices in Islamic educational institutions that aim to develop children’s potential holistically.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of STEAM-based learning integrated with loose parts media to develop early childhood creativity at TK Nurul Qur’an Stabat. The research was conducted in response to the increasing need for learning approaches that prepare young children to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to rapid technological development. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to describe the real conditions of children aged 4–5 years before and during the application of STEAM activities using loose parts materials. The findings indicate that children’s creativity measured through their ability to generate new ideas, create original products, and modify existing formshad not developed optimally prior to the intervention. The implementation of STEAM with loose parts provided opportunities for children to explore, experiment, imagine, and create freely according to their ideas. The study concludes that STEAM-based learning using loose parts has strong potential to enhance early childhood creativity, supported by engaging activities that integrate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. This approach also fosters children’s curiosity, collaborative skills, and problem-solving abilities. The research further identifies supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation process, emphasizing the need for teacher competence, appropriate learning media, and a conducive environment to optimize children’s creative development.
