Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu (1) melatih para tenaga medis dapat berhenti merokok melalui hypnoterapy, (2) meningkatkan potensi yang ada dalam diri tenaga medis. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah tenaga medis di Pukesmas dan relawan berhenti merokok. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan pelatihan yaitu dengan memberikan pengenalan mengenai hypnoteraphy kemudian melakukan simulasi mengenai hypnoteraphy yang difokuskan untuk mengurangi merokok. Adapun tahapan dari hypnotreraphy yaitu pre induction, induction, deeping, sugestion, termination, post hipotic, normal. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini peserta yaitu melatih para tenaga medis dalam menanggulangi berhenti merokok dan meningkatkan potensi yang ada dalam diri para peserta kegiatan yaitu tenaga medis. Saran dalam kegiatan ini yaitu (1) perlunya waktu kegiatan yang lebih lama agar dalam melaksanakan simulasi, (2) perlunya tindak lanjut berkenaan dengan hypnoteraphy di puskesmas agar biasa diterapkan dan termonitoring sehingga keterampilannya dapat meningkat sesuai dengan jam terbang yang sudah dimiliki, (3) perlunya kegiatan lanjutan berkenaan dengan hypnoteraphy karena pelatihan baru sampai di dasar hypnoteraphy belum sampai teknik

Abstract

Advancementss in the field of science and technology (IPTEK) lead to increasingly intricate changes and developments. Consequently, this evolution gives rise to societal challenges and novel demands that cannot be anticipated in advance. As a result, the educational sector perpetually grapples with issues stemming from the disparity between expectations and the outcomes achievable through the educational process (Muhibin, 2004: 39). The research methodology employed descriptive and correlational techniques to elucidate a research study and explore the association between two variables, X1(self-control) and X2(self-esteem), with Y (academic procrastination). The study encompassed a population of 99 students, with a sample size of 40 students from the Banjar tribe. The results of the correlational test analysis revealed a multiple correlation value of Ryx1x2 = 0.959, with a p-value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, surpassing the individual correlation values of rx1y = 0.957 (p<0.000) and rx2y = 0.887 (p<0.000). Furthermore, the Fcount value of 214.494, with a p-value of 0.000, was observed to be greater than the critical Ftable value (F0.05(2)(40) = 3.23). Consequently, the hypothesis positing no relationship between self-control and self-esteem, in conjunction with academic procrastination among Banjar ethnic students, was rejected. Abstract

Adolescents, particularly teenage girls, from families that have undergone divorce, tend to exhibit emotional vulnerability when faced with adverse situations. For instance, parental divorce can lead to changes in a teenage girl's attitudes, thoughts, and behaviors. This study seeks to determine whether crisis counseling, employing a reality-based approach, can enhance self-acceptance in children from divorced households. The research methodology employed is a quantitative quasi-experimental design, specifically a one-group pre-test and post-test experimental design. The rationale behind choosing this experimental design is to assess the impact of the intervention. Data analysis techniques, specifically the T Test, are utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of crisis counseling with a reality-based approach in improving self-acceptance among children who have experienced parental divorce. The findings of the study indicate that there is a statistically significant improvement in self-acceptance among children from divorced families who undergo crisis counseling with a reality-based approach. In summary, crisis counseling employing a reality-based approach proves to be a reasonably effective method for enhancing self-acceptance in children from divorced households. Abstract

Narapidana yang berada di Lapas memerlukan adaptasi dalam waktu yang cukup lama agar dapat mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berubah menjadi lebih baik. Seperti yang dijelaskan dalam hadis riwayat Imam al-Bayhaqi dan Ibnu Mubarok, Nabi Muhammad SAW menyuruh kita menggunakan kesempatan untuk melakukan kebaikan, ightanim khamsan qabla khamsin (manfaatkanlah lima kesempatan sebelum datang lima kesempitan). Stigma terhadap warga binaan khususnya anak laki-laki dapat menjadi hambatan serius dalam proses pemulihan mereka. Stigma ini dapat menciptkan persepsi Masyarakat yang negative dan menghambat reintegrasi mereka ke dalam Masyarakat. Stigma seringkali menciptakan tembok yang sulit di Atasi bagi warga binaan, dan mempengaruhi persepsi Masyarakat terhadap mereka, dan hal inimenghambat proses pemulihan psikologisnya, dan hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap Kesehatan menta warga binaan. Balai Pemasyarakatan memainkan peran krusial dalam mengelola dan membimbing warga binaan. Beban psikologis dan stigma dari masyarakat yang akan diterima setelah narapidana terbebas dari Lapas akan menghambat mereka untuk berbaur dan bersosialisasi dalam masyarakat. Apabila hal ini terjadi, maka peluang untuk melakukan kejahatan kembali akan semakin besar. Dalam kondisi ini penting adanya pelatihan pemberdayaan psikologis bagi narapidana khusunya anak-anak Dimana apabila bebas, ia masih mampu berkarya mengembangkan diri dan apabila  telah bebas dari Lapas telah siap berbaur dengan masyarakat sekitar, bahkan dengan masyarakat luas yang didukung pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bekerja, dan pemberdayaan psikologis seputar permasalahan psikologis dan Kesehatan mental.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Teacher Strategies in Overcoming Bullying Behavior in Early Adolescents (12-15 years). The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. The method used in this study in collecting data is to use interview and documentation techniques, which will then be analyzed and seen for the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The output target of this research is as intellectual material on strategies to overcome bullying behavior, as consideration for guidance and counseling teachers. The results obtained are based on data from interviews with 2 BK teachers and 4 students as well as data from documentation. From these results it was found that the implementation of the BK teacher's strategy in overcoming bullying behavior was going well, this was proven to have greatly reduced the bullying behavior that occurred at SMPN 17 Banjarmasin. although there are obstacles in implementing these strategies, these obstacles come from the parents of students, from the students themselves, and lack of time. to provide individual counseling services and information service.
