Abstract

Hasil pengembangan ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sarana pembelajaran khususnya di Sekolah Dasar Islam yang dalam kenyataannya pembelajaran tematik terpisah dengan agama, sehingga dibutuhkan kesinambungan mengenai model pembelajaran yang akan diterapkan. Jika materi umum selama ini berjalan sendiri, maka selayaknya pembelajaran tematik dengan materi umum diintegrasikan dengan agama. Dalam pengembangan bahan ajar ini, pengembang menggunakan model desain pengembangan Dick and Lou Carey. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan buku tematik untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam. Produk pengembangan ini diujicobakan melalui beberapa tahap secara berurutan yakni (1) validasi ahli isi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli pembelajaran, (2) uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Tanggapan penilaian uji coba lapangan terhadap buku ajar tematik dengan pendekatan integrasi sains dan agama adalah 88,12 % dengan kualifikasi baik. Artinya buku ajar tematik dengan pendekatan integrasi sains dan agama bagi siswa dapat dikatakan mempunyai kualitas baik dan dapat menambah efektivitas pembelajaran.The result of this development is aimed to meet the necessity of learning tools especially in Islamic elementary school of which in reality there is a separation between thematic subject and religion; therefore it needs continuity about applying learning model. If thematic subjects have been taught as it is for long therefore it is necessary to integrate thematic subjects with religion. In the development of this thematic book, model of development from Duck and Lou Carey is applied. This development resulted in a thematic book for students in Islamic elementary school. Such product is experimented through some phases (1) scholar validation upon the content, it is done by scholars in learning design, and learning scholar; (2) experiment in small group in the field. The response in the field experiment for this book is 88,12% which means it is a good qualification. It means that this thematic book can be considered as a good quality book and is able to increase learning activity.Kata Kunci : pengembangan, buku ajar, tematik, integrasi sains dan agama.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter sendiri merupakan usaha untuk mendidik anak agar mereka dapat mengambil keputusan dengan bijak dan mempraktikkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga mereka dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif kepada lingkungannya. Lemahnya karakter bangsa Indonesia dapat disaksikan di lingkungan sekitar. Budaya korupsi, nepotisme, kolusi, hilangnya rasa malu, maraknya ketidak jujuran, dan pelemahan potensi anak bangsa. Salah satu strategi pendidik dalam hal ini orang tua, guru, dan orang dewasa disekitar anak, untuk menanamkan nilai moral yang sesuai dengan nilai sosial yaitu dengan menggunakan cerita. Dalam pengembangan buku cerita ini, pengembang menggunakan model desain pengembangan Borg & Gall. Pengembangan ini menghasilkan buku cerita untuk siswa kelas 1 MI Al-Hidayah Sidoarjo. Produk pengembangan ini diujicobakan melalui beberapa tahap secara berurutan yakni (1) validasi ahli materi, (2) validasi ahli media, (3) validasi menurut guru, (4) uji coba lapangan. Tanggapan penilaian ahli materi terhadap buku cerita berbasis karakter islami adalah 82 % dengan kualifikasi baik. Tanggapan penilaian ahli media terhadap buku cerita berbasis karakter islami adalah 86 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Tanggapan penilaian ahli pembelajaran terhadap buku cerita berbasis karakter islami adalah 98 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Tanggapan penilaian uji coba lapangan terhadap buku cerita berbasis karakter islami adalah 88 % dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Dengan demikian, penggunaan buku cerita ini dapat membantu meningkatkan keefektifan dan kemenarikan pembelajaran dan membantu mempermudah siswa dalam membentuk karakter islami.

Abstract

Development of mentally retarded student worksheets using the strategies of relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring (REACT) in Primagama Malang Home Schooling 4th grade is based on the fact that there are no thematic student worksheets for the theme "Playing in My Environment". So far the thematic learning at Primagama Malang Home Schooling is still in general, there are no elements of relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring (REACT) in the evaluation of learning, this is evidenced by the developer having never met any thematic student worksheets in which using a strategy relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring. The purpose of this study is to produce student worksheets using relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring strategies on the theme of "playing in my environment" for mentally disabled students in class IV at Primagama Malang Home Schooling which is valid, practical and effective. The development of this teaching material uses the development of the Dick and Luo Carey design model. The results of this development produce student worksheets based on relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring strategies for Grade 4 mentally retarded students at Primagama Malang Home Schooling. The products of the development are tested through several sequential stages namely validation of content experts, validation of learning design experts, validation of learning experts, as well as field trials. The results of the content expert research were 86% with very good qualifications, 86% of learning media experts with very good qualifications, 83% learning experts with good qualifications, 85% field trials with very good qualifications. Analysis of the data used Paired Samples T Test with SPSS 16 tools and the results of Sig 0,000 0.02 then Ho is rejected, meaning that there are differences in learning outcomes from classes that have used student worksheets. So it can be concluded that the use of student worksheets using strategies relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring can improve the thematic learning of playing themes in my environment at Primagama Malang Home Schooling

Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning process designed to enable students to learn actively by doing the 5 M process of observing, asking, trying, reasoning and communicating. Learning by using a scientific approach can encourage students to find out from various sources by making observations and not just receiving knowledge from teachers. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the scientific approach in improving the learning outcomes of the 4th grade students in natural science learning materials of various forms of leaf bone, stems, and roots in Home Schooling Primagama Malang and SLB Tarik Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple experimental research type. Method in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the 4th grade of Home Schooling Primagama Malang and SLB Tarik Sidoarjo, 2 classes were taken: the experimental class (Home Schooling Primagama Malang) and the control class (SLB Tarik Sidoarjo) with 5 students Home Schooling Primagama Malang and 7 students of SLB Tarik Sidoarjo. Analysis used Independent t test with SPSS 16 tool. From the research result can know the average value of learning result of experiment class 91, mean while control class average learning result 78 and Sig 0,001 0,05 then Ho rejected, its mean that there is a difference in learning outcomes from the experimental class with the control class. So it can be concluded that the very effective approach can improve the learning of natural science with the material of various forms of leaf bone, stems, and roots in Home Schooling Primagama MalangScientific approach; learning outcomes; Natural Science

Abstract

Purpose of this development is to fulfil the needs of learning material especially in the Islamic Elementary School. In fact, thematic learning separated from religion; therefore continuity of learning model that will be applied is needed. This day, general subject different with religion subject,therefore in this research, researcher integrated between general subjects with religion subject. This development of teaching material is using Dick and Lou Carey model. The result of this development is Thematic Book for student 4th grade of Islamic Elementary School. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik pada kelas 4 MIN 1 Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 4, siswa kelas 4, dan Kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) guru dan kepala sekolah mengetahui tentang implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik, 2) guru melaksanakan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik yang mencakup 5 M pada tema cita-citaku yaitu: mengamati menanya, menalar, mencoba, dan mengkomunikasikan, yang dilakukan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sudah terlaksana, 3) adanya hambatan yang ditemui dalam implementasi pendekatan saintifik yaitu, keberanian siswa dalam bertanya kurang, pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung siswa kurang berani untuk mengajukan pertanyaan. Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of scientific approach in thematic learning in 4th grade of MIN 1 Malang. This is a descriptive research. The subjects of this research are 4th grade teachers, 4th grade students, and the principal. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The technique of examining data validity using triangulation of sources. The results of research showed that: 1) the teachers and the principals know about the implementation of scientific approach in thematic learning; 2) the teacher implemented the scientific approach in thematic learning, which includes 5 M on the theme ‘my goals’ namely observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, and communicating, the students do in the learning process has been done; 3) the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the scientific approach that is the less students’ courage in asking, and during the learning process students are less courageous to ask questions.

Abstract

Pengembangan media roda putar digunakan untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah. Kurangnya media pembelajaran yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi merupakan salah satu penyebab rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka perlu adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dapat melihat kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi.Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk: (1) menjelaskan proses penyusunan media roda putar materi keragaman suku dan budaya berbasis HOTS siswa kelas IV di MI PSM Padangan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung, (2) menjelaskan kemenarikan penggunaan media roda putar pada materi keragaman budaya di negeriku berbasis HOTS siswa kelas IV di MI PSM Padangan Ngantru Kabupaten Tulungagung, (3) menjelaskan efektifitas penggunaan media roda putar pada materi keragaman suku dan budaya berbasis HOTS untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di MI PSM Padangan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Subjek penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah siswa kelas IV MI PSM Padangan Ngantru Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti daplam pengembangan media roda putar materi keragaman suku dan budaya pada kelas IV siswa MI PSM Padangan menyatakan bahwa (1) media roda putar ini mendapatkan prosentase kevalidan sebesar 86% dari ahli materi, 86% dari ahli desaim media, dan 94% dari ahli pembelajaran, (2) media roda putar ini memiliki tingkat kemenarikan sebesar 87,1%, (3) hasil nilai post test yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan hasil nilai pre test , yakni dengan perbedaan rata-rata nilai sebesar 36. Hasil analisis dengan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel, artinya Ha diterima Ho ditolak. Hal ini diperoleh thitung = 3,897 dan ttabel = 1,94. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan pada siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media roda putar keragaman. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media roda putar berbasis HOTS mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The Development of PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) Learning Media on Cultural Diversity Material is one of the instruments to help students understand the diversity material to increase learning outcomes in Indonesian cultural diversity material. The necessity to provide attractive and creative learning media in learning that aims to increase student learning outcomes is one of the reasons behind this research and development. The purpose of this research and development are to (1) determine the process in the making of PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) learning media on cultural diversity material to increase learning outcomes of fourth grade student MIS Al-Falah Lemahabang, (2) knowing the attractiveness level of PENA learning media (Puzzle Nusantara) on cultural diversity material in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade student MIS Al-Falah Lemahabang, (3) knowing is there any differences in learning outcomes of fourth grade student before using PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) learning media and after using PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) learning media. This research and development method uses research and development (R&D) research type. This research development procedure uses the Borg and Gall model by adopting six stages including (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product development, (4) preliminary product testing, (5) after product testing revisions, (6) field trials. This research was conducted at MIS Al-Falah Lemahabang, Bone-Bone, North-Luwu, South Sulawesi. Data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The result of this conducted development is in the form of printed learning media called PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) with Indonesia cultural diversity material. (1) the results of this research and development meet the valid criteria with the acquisition of validity, material expert gets 97.5%, design expert gets 95.45%, and learning expert gets 95%. (2) the test results to rate the attractiveness of the PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) learning media (Puzzle Nusantara) in fourth grade students at MIS Al-Falah Lemahabang by 95.5%. (3) student learning outcomes increased, proved by the pre-test results of 46.5, and the post-test scores of 81, it can be said that the PENA (Puzzle Nusantara) learning media is feasible for students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the availability of the snake and ladder game on the material of the kingdoms of Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism based on HOTS questions which have not been tested for their effectiveness on student learning outcomes. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness level of the use of snake and ladder media in the material of Islamic, Hindu and Buddhist kingdoms on student learning outcomes at SDN Ngaringan 03 Blitar. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were grade 4 students at SDN Ngaringan Blitar. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique so that class 4A was selected as the experimental class and class 4 B as the control class. The instrument of this research is a test of learning outcomes by providing a pretest and posttest in the form of an objective test with 4 answer choices as many as 25 items taken from 40 questions that have been tested. The data analysis technique used was the N-Gain test and the two-mean similarity test (t-test). The results showed an increase in learning outcomes was better in the experimental class than in the control class. This is evidenced by the posttest mean scores of the experimental class and the control class respectively 92.12 and 73.96. This is also evidenced by the average N-Gain test for the experimental class of 0.762 with the high category and the control class of 0.294 in the low category, and supported by hypothesis testing carried out by t-test using the Independent Samples Test showing Sign 2 Tailed < 0.05, this indicates that the use of snake and ladder media is effective.
