Abstract

Abstract

Pakuncen Village, Bojonegara Subdistrict, Serang Regency, still faces various problems in the delivery of public services, such as a lack of transparency, accountability and community participation. This results in the low quality of public services received by the community. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of socialization of good governance implementation in an effort to improve the quality of public services in Pakuncen Village. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the socialization of good governance implementation in Pakuncen Village has not been fully effective in improving the quality of public services. This is caused by several factors, such as the lack of public understanding of good governance, the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of good governance, and the unoptimal role of village officials in implementing good governance.

Abstract

The development of technology that is getting more advanced greatly facilitates human activities, both in the village government administration system, public services that were originally manual now have a computerized system so as to facilitate public service activities. This is not spared by the community in Baduy, which is known to live far from the development of the times. The purpose of this research is to explain how Baduy Community starts to follow the development of modern technology in the digital era, but still follows some existing customary regulations. One of the technological developments that began to be used by the Baduy Community is the payment process with the QRIS payment system. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that with the entry of modernization culture from outside, it does not mean that the Baduy Community completely forgets the existing customary regulations. Therefore, acculturation is needed by trying to enter modernization culture without eliminating the culture that previously existed. The entry of modern culture can actually coexist with the existing culture without shifting the prevailing customs

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) aim to socialize about drug prevention in Alang-alang Village to the RT.RW and local village apparatus. The method of implementation in this community service is carried out using a socialization or dissemination strategy through discussion forums with the community which are RT/RW and Alang-alang Village Apartments, and to measure the results of this activity are pre-test and post-test. Partners have additional knowledge related to narcotics, especially in Alang-alang Village. The involvement of various community elements also adds to the understanding that automotive is not only the responsibility of the government, but also a shared responsibility. The results of this activity are the average results in the range of 70-90% of participants understand the dangers of drugs for body health, know how to handle them, feel the benefits of this socialization, know the important role of the family in reflecting on drugs and know the dangers of drugs for health.

Abstract

A company needs communication between companies with other companies and communication with its customers so that there is harmony and harmony and in order to create a good interaction for superiors, subordinates and customers, every company needs Public Relations which can mediate between the company and the consumers. One of the reasons for the existence and need for PR in a company is the presence of competitors and high innovation, one of which is in the automotive world. It is these competitors who make the presence of PR very necessary in fostering quality communication, both internally and externally. Of course the presence of PR must also provide fresh air for the company, not just communicating and establishing relationships, but how are the PR efforts and strategies in carrying out their functions. Providing excellent service and promotion is part of PR in communication. Competitors such as Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Honda, Kia, Mercy, Suzuki, and other automotive companies are of course increasingly paying attention to customer service, making people smarter in choosing vehicle brands (trade). This is the background of the existence of PR is very necessary in a company. One, the external function of PR is to create good excellent service, increase customer satisfaction, foster a sense of loyalty to return to buy products and enjoy the services provided and of course customers who are loyal to our products, will promote to those closest to them that the company's products and services better quality than other automotive companies. PT. Indomobil Trada Nasional (NISSAN) is present in the midst of society to accompany and serve consumers.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2021 tentang Pelaksanaan Rehabilitasi Hutan dan Lahan terkait Penghijauan Lingkungan bertujuan untuk menegaskan bahwa Penghijauan Lingkungan tidak hanya mencakup penanaman pohon di kawasan hutan, tetapi juga mencakup penanaman pohon di luar kawasan hutan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan di berbagai fasilitas umum (seperti sekolah, pusat perkantoran, dan pusat perbelanjaan), area ruang terbuka hijau, jalur hijau, pemukiman penduduk, dan taman. Permen LHK 23 tahun 2021 mengajak seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan di sekitar tempat tinggal mereka. Dalam kerangka Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa, pelaksanaan program penghijauan dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKM Universitas Bina Bangsa sebagai bagian dari tugas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa merupakan wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh selama perkuliahan dalam masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, program KKM berfokus pada isu lingkungan dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat pencapaian aspirasi pembangunan nasional, yaitu Penghijauan Lingkungan.

Abstract

Delays in the production of birth certificates can have a negative impact on children's civil rights. This research aims to improve the quality of birth certificate processing services at the Disdukcapil of Serang Regency to make it faster, easier and more affordable for the community. Through a series of analyses and evaluations, several innovative solutions were found that can be implemented. With this reformulation, it is expected that the community can obtain their children's birth certificates more quickly, so that children can access various public services such as education and health without obstacles. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is Serang District. Through in-depth analysis of existing processes, identification of barriers, and comparative studies with other regions, several improvement recommendations were made. These recommendations include simplification of procedures, utilisation of information technology, increased officer capacity, and more effective socialisation to the community

Abstract

Public order and the use of public space are crucial issues in Serang City, especially in the Aria Wangsakara Bridge area. This situation causes aesthetic problems for the city, as well as social unrest, reflecting the ineffective implementation of policies in the field. This study is based on Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation theory, which identifies six variables in policy implementation, to assess the extent to which Local Regulation No. 12 of 2020 has been effectively implemented and to identify factors that support or hinder its implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants involved included the Serang City Satpol PP apparatus, Banjar Agung Village, the Head of RW, and street vendors at the Aria Wangsakara Bridge. The results of the study show that the implementation of the local regulation has not been optimal. The main obstacles include the lack of socialization of the policy to the community, the lack of human resources and supporting facilities, weak coordination between agencies, and inconsistency in the enforcement of sanctions. Although there has been a persuasive approach from the authorities, the results have not been strong enough to bring about a comprehensive change in attitude among street vendors. To improve the effectiveness of the policy, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of implementers, adopt a participatory approach, and provide alternative locations.

Abstract

This study stems from the issue of environmental pollution related to waste. Proper waste management will become a serious problem in the future, because environmental sustainability is also affected by waste issues. Global concern regarding environmental damage is inevitable, thus affecting climate change that is difficult for countries around the world to avoid. This study aims to determine the implementation of Serang Regency Regulation Number 3 of 2019 concerning Waste Management at Ciruas Market in Serang Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach to provide an overview of how the regional regulation is implemented at Ciruas Market. This study uses Edward III's theory on policy implementation. The results of the study show that, in general, the Serang Regency local government has made efforts to implement the Regional Regulation on Waste Management. However, it has not achieved maximum results. Therefore, efforts and commitment are needed to address the waste problem. Furthermore, the implementation of this local regulation faces obstacles in terms of facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and public awareness regarding waste reduction. Even though there are supporting factors, where the local government has designated waste issues as a strategic program in Serang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation through the Serang Bahagia Application as a public service innovation at the Population and Civil Registration Technical Implementation Unit (UPT Dukcapil) in Kragilan District, Serang Regency. The background of this study is based on the community's need for fast, efficient, and transparent public services in the digital era. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The research analysis refers to Indrajit's (2006) theory, which emphasizes three indicators of successful digitization, namely support, capacity, and value.The results of the study show that the Serang Bahagia application has provided easy access to population services, increased the efficiency of administrative processes, and strengthened the transparency of public services. However, challenges are still encountered in the form of limited digital literacy among the elderly, uneven network infrastructure in remote areas, and a lack of intensive socialization. Nevertheless, the use of this application has had a positive impact on improving the quality of public services in Kragilan District. This study confirms that the digitization of public services through the Serang Bahagia application has great potential to improve service quality, but it needs to be optimized through improving human resource competencies, strengthening digital infrastructure, and broader socialization.
