Abstract

Purpose: The Aksi Bergizi program aims to cultivate a school community that values healthy, clean, and nutritious food. Its specific objectives include promoting health-oriented policies in schools related to healthy eating habits, creating a supportive environment for healthy eating among school children by establishing Agents of Change (AoC) for the Healthy Eating Movement for School Children (GEMASS), enhancing the capacity and skills of teachers, staff, students, and parents regarding healthy eating habits, and building networks with relevant stakeholders (Puskesmas, BPOM, School Committee) to support healthy eating in schools. Methods: Children spend about a quarter of their time in school daily, often consuming snacks whose nutritional content and cleanliness are unknown, potentially affecting their health. Preventive actions against the adverse effects of unhealthy snacks are necessary. The Aksi Bergizi program addresses the problem of unhealthy food consumption among school children. The program was implemented at SDN Percobaan 2 Yogyakarta, forming a team of AoC GEMASS to supervise, control, and educate the school community about healthy eating habits. The AoC GEMASS team includes students, teachers, the school committee, and parents. Additionally, the program promotes the policy of "No Snacking Fridays" as a flagship initiative. Results: The Aksi Bergizi program established the AoC GEMASS team to monitor and educate the school community on healthy eating practices. This team consists of students, teachers, the school committee, and parents. The program also strengthened the policy of "No Snacking Fridays," a key initiative of the school. Through these efforts, the program aims to create a healthy and nutritious school environment and build networks with stakeholders to support healthy eating in schools. Conclusion: The Aksi Bergizi program effectively promotes healthy eating habits among school children by establishing a supportive environment and engaging the school community and stakeholders. The initiative fosters a healthier school environment and encourages collaboration to sustain healthy eating practices.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus akan menyebabkan penderitanya tidak dapat mengontrol kadar gula darah dalam tubuhnya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: mengetahui kadar gula darah peserta, promosi kesehatan sesuai dengan kondisi peserta, baik secara langsung maupun dengan bantuan brosur dan membuka konsultasi terkait kepatuhan peserta dalam menjalankan terapi obat. Penyuluhan dilakukan kepada peserta yang mengalami Hiperglikemia. Hasil dari pemeriksaan kadar gula darah menunjukkan bahwa 13 orang (26%) memiliki kadar gula darah <126 mg/dL, 25 orang (50%) memiliki kadar gula darah 126-200 mg/dL, 12 orang (24%) mengalami memiliki kadar glukosa darah ≥ 200 mg/dL. Mengingat besarnya manfaat kegiatan ini, maka selanjutnya perlu diadakan penyuluhan kesehatan secara berkesinambungan agar memberikan manfaat yang lebih optimal terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup Penderita Diabetes Melitus di Samarinda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze HR Competency and Workload on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment to the Employee Scope of the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. The data analysis technique used is associative research with the help of the SPSS program. This study uses path analysis. The sample in this study was 82 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study show that (1) the human resource competency variable has a direct insignificant influence on organizational commitment, and a significant direct influence on employee performance, as well as a significant indirect influence on employee performance through organizational commitment in the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. (2) The workload variable has a significant direct influence on organizational commitment, and an insignificant direct influence on employee performance, as well as a direct and significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment to the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency. (3) The variable of organizational commitment has a significant direct influence on the performance of employees at the Village Community Empowerment Office in Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kelelahan menjadi salah satu gejala yang sering dikeluhkan oleh penderita diabetes tipe 1 maupun diabetes tipe 2, yang dikenal dengan istilah Diabetes Fatigue Syndrome (DFS). Kelelahan terkait diabetes dapat terjadi pada penderita diabetes tanpa melakukan aktivitas saat di rumah, namun penderita diabetes cenderung untuk mengabaikan kelelahan yang dirasakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan pekerjaannya. Kadar gula darah yang tinggi sering diasumsikan sebagai salah satu penyebab penderita diabetes melitus mengalami kelelahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan gula darah dengan kelelahan pada penderita diabetes. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Secara keseluruhan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 50 responden. Data di analisis menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi di microsoft excel. Hasil: gula darah responden <126 mg/dL berjumlah 13 orang, 126 – 200 mg/dL berjumlah 25 orang dan >200 mg/dL berjumlah 12 orang. Responden yang mengeluhkan kelelahan berjumlah 39 orang (78%) sedangkan 11 orang responden tidak mengeluhkan kelelahan (22%). Penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan yang lemah antara gula darah dan kelelahan pada penderita diabetes dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0.2677. Kesimpulan: Hubungan antara gula darah dengan kelelahan pada penderita diabetes memiliki korelasi lemah, hal ini bisa disebabkan karena kelelahan pada diabetes bersifat multifaktorial. Saran: peneliti selanjutnya bisa mengaitkan lebih banyak variabel dalam penelitian yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada diabetes. Kata kunci: Kelelahan, Gula Darah, Diabetes

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Biologi yang ditandai dengan nilai yang belum mencapai KKM di kelas X IPA SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana Pontianak. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas media komik digital terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X IPA SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana Pontianak. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes pilihan ganda dan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelas kontrol berturut-turut sebesar 28,33 dan 69,16 serta rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen berturut-turut sebesar 30 dan 79,23. Diperoleh angka signifikansi hasil Uji U-Mann Whitney hasil belajar sebesar 0.021(0.021 < 0.05), maka Ha dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hasil perhitungan Effect Size diperoleh nilai sebesar 3.33 (tergolong tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media komik digital dalam pembelajaran perubahan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Kristen Abdi Wacana Pontianak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the paradigm of balance between academic achievement and student well-being within the education systems of three OECD countries Japan, Denmark, and Finland. The primary objective is to explore how these nations interpret and implement the concept of equilibrium between academic demands and students’ emotional needs, as well as how their educational policies shape learners’ character and intrinsic motivation. The background of this study arises from the global disparity in educational orientations that often emphasize academic performance and testing outcomes while neglecting students’ psychological welfare, happiness, and holistic development. In many countries, excessive academic pressure has led to negative consequences such as stress, depression, and loss of learning motivation. Conversely, nations like Denmark and Finland demonstrate that prioritizing student well-being can foster meaningful and sustainable learning quality. This research adopts a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were collected from national education policies, OECD reports, scientific publications, and previous studies. The data were analyzed through Comparative Qualitative Analysis (CQA) to identify similarities, differences, and underlying philosophical values in the educational paradigms of the three countries. The findings reveal that Japan emphasizes work ethics, discipline, and collective responsibility; Denmark prioritizes psychological welfare and learning autonomy; while Finland successfully integrates both through flexible curricula, non-competitive assessment systems, and high teacher professionalism. The implications of this study highlight the necessity for educational reform that balances academic demands with student well-being. The results conclude that an ideal educational paradigm should cultivate the development of whole individuals intellectually competent, emotionally fulfilled, and morally grounded.

Abstract

The large number of smartphone variations available on the market makes it difficult for users to determine the choice that best suits their needs and preferences. The approach used in the study is descriptive, with data collection methods through literature studies. The system design is visualized using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is planned to be implemented with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and a MySQL database. The study aims to design a web-based decision support system (DSS) to select a smartphone using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria processed in the DSS that were built were 7 consist of namely price, brand, processor, RAM, internal memory capacity, battery life, and main camera resolution. The system developed has features like user registration, data management, user login, weight preference setting, alternative assessment, and recommendations for the best types of smartphones. The results of data processing were carried out on 10 smartphone brands whose market share in Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2025, so that the number of smartphone units processed could be 100 smartphone units. The developed SPK can provide accurate recommendations and make it easier for users to choose a smartphone that suits their needs and preferences.

Abstract

In today's digital era, effective inventory management is essential to ensure smooth business operations and meet customer demands. The system is designed to facilitate stock monitoring, real-time inventory updates, allowing store owners to manage inventory more efficiently. This study aims to design an Android-based inventory management information system for Toko Bintang Jaya in Simpang Hilir District. The methods used in this study include object-oriented analysis and design techniques, with system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system analysis process involves mapping user needs, designing workflow diagrams, and identifying features that will be implemented in the system. The application was developed using android studio as the main text editor, with the Java programming language. For database management, use Firebase Realtime Database, which allows the system to store and access data in real-time. In addition, this system also uses the concept of NoSQL for more flexible and efficient data management in Android-based applications. The results of this study are expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, minimize stock recording errors, and improve the quality of service to customers. With the implementation of this system, inventory management will become faster and more reliable, thereby reducing the risk of excess or shortage of stock. Overall, this research contributes to the development of information technology in the retail sector and supports businesses in optimizing inventory management processes.

Abstract

Toko Herik is a business engaged in the sale of daily necessities located in Entikong District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In its operational activities, Toko Herik still uses manual methods for recording inventory and sales, such as bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel. These methods often lead to various issues, including data recording errors, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring stock in real-time. This study aims to identify the existing problems and design an information system that can assist in managing inventory and sales more effectively and efficiently. The research method used is descriptive, which involves describing and analyzing the current system conditions by collecting data such as product data, sales data, stock data, and supplier data. The analysis of this data is used to design an information system that meets the operational needs of Toko Herik. As a solution, a web-based inventory and sales information system is designed. This system is developed using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with Bootstrap used to create a responsive user interface. The main features of the system include product data management, sales transaction recording, stock management, and the generation of inventory and sales reports. With the implementation of this information system, Toko Herik is expected to manage its inventory and sales activities more quickly, accurately, and in a more organized manner, thereby increasing operational efficiency and supporting better decision-making.

Abstract

Usaha penjualan jus buah oleh Café Jus XYZ (nama usaha disamarkan) di Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat menghadapi persaingan yang ketat akibat banyaknya usaha serupa. Kondisi ini menuntut pemilik melakukan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk menentukan prioritas promosi dan pengelolaan stok bahan baku. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan algoritma K-Means untuk mengelompokkan performa menu berdasarkan data transaksi penjualan yang diambil dari sistem kasir periode Juli–September 2025 sebanyak 1.250 transaksi. Data transaksi berbentuk daftar item per transaksi, sehingga dilakukan proses pemisahan item dan agregasi untuk memperoleh jumlah transaksi yang memuat tiap menu. Dari 13 menu yang tersedia, terdapat 10 menu yang tercatat terjual pada periode pengamatan dan digunakan dalam analisis. Hasil K-Means dengan k=3 menghasilkan tiga kategori, yaitu Penjualan Tinggi, Penjualan Sedang, dan Penjualan Rendah. Menu Mango menjadi satu-satunya menu pada kategori Penjualan Tinggi. Enam menu (Avocado, Green Tea, Melon, Melon Lychee, Red Guava, dan Watermelon) masuk kategori Penjualan Sedang, sedangkan tiga menu (Apple, Cookies n Cream, dan Orange) masuk kategori Penjualan Rendah. Selain menghasilkan klaster, kualitas klaster dievaluasi menggunakan metrik internal (WCSS, Silhouette, Davies-Bouldin, dan Calinski-Harabasz) untuk mendukung pemilihan jumlah klaster. Hasil klaster menjadi dasar rekomendasi promosi dan evaluasi menu bagi Café Jus XYZ.   The fruit juice sales business of Café Jus XYZ (business name anonymized) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, faces intense competition due to the large number of similar businesses. This condition requires data-driven decisions to prioritize promotions and manage raw-material inventory. This study applies the K-Means algorithm to group menu performance using sales transaction data collected from the point-of-sale system during July–September 2025 (1,250 transactions). Each transaction contains a list of purchased items; therefore, the data are split into individual items and aggregated to obtain the number of transactions containing each menu. Although the café offers 13 menu variants, only 10 menus were sold during the observation period and were included in the analysis. The K-Means result with k=3 produces three categories: High, Medium, and Low Sales. Mango is the only menu item in the High Sales category. Six menu items (Avocado, Green Tea, Melon, Melon Lychee, Red Guava, and Watermelon) belong to the Medium Sales category, while three items (Apple, Cookies n Cream, and Orange) fall into the Low Sales category. In addition to clustering, cluster quality is evaluated using internal metrics (WCSS, Silhouette, Davies-Bouldin, and Calinski-Harabasz) to support the choice of the number of clusters. The clustering output is then used to derive recommendations for promotion and menu evaluation.
