Abstract

Hotel Surya merupakan sebuah tempat usaha yang bergerak pada bidang pariwisata yang berlokasi di Jln. Raya Sentani, Asei Kecil, Kabupaten Jayapura, Papua. Hotel Surya terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami, yaitu pada sistem pelayanan pemesanan kamar yang masih secara konvensional, informasi mengenai hotel yang kurang akurat, dan pembuatan laporan yang masih ditulis ke dalam buku catatan, sehingga dapat menimbulkan dampak buruk bagi tempat tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi reservasi kamar hotel berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem, untuk perancangan sistem memakai UML. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dapat memberikan kemudah dalam pemesanan kamar yang dapat diakses kapan saja di mana saja, memberikan pelayanan secara optimal oleh pihak hotel kepada wisatawan maupun pengunjung hotel.

Abstract

Toko penjualan sparepart handphone Fix Celluler memiliki suatu masalah pada sistem penjualan serta pengecekan laporan harian penjualan. Masalah ini sudah ada sejak dimulainya bisnis penjualan sparepart handphone. Namun sistem yang digunakan dalam penjualan masih bersifat manual/konvensional sehingga terbentuknya sistem yang akan digunakan dalam mempermudah penjualan sparepart ini adalah sistem penjualan berbasis website. Dengan penggunaan sistem ini dapat melakukan transaksi antar pembeli lebih efisien dan juga dapat menghemat waktu admin dalam mengelola data produk serta pelanggaran. Dampak dari penggunaan sistem yang baru dapat meningkatkan pesat dikarenakan luasnya operasi lokasi penjualan khususnya penjualan sparepart di wilayah Jayapura. Metode dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode kualitatif dikarenakan sangat efektif pada konter Fix Celluler. Dalam metode kualitatif terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode studi pustaka. Dengan penggunaan metode kualitatif tersebut menyebabkan hasil pengumpulan data yang lebih akurat. Kemudian dalam tahapan perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dikarenakan tahapan perancangannya yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada konter Fix Celluler

Abstract

Masjid Darussalam Entrop masih menggunakan lembar kerja manual dalam pencatatan data masjid. Dalam pencatatan manual ini banyak terjadi kesalahan pendataan dan kurangnya tingkat efektifitas dalam pencarian data. Data dinilai lebih rentan hilang dan terselip sehingga tidak memberikan efek positif bagi petugas maupun donaturnya. Oleh karena itu, maka akan diusulkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengetahui informasi masjid sekaligus digunakan oleh pengurus masjid dalam pengelolaan kegiatan dan dana masjid. Sistem ini membantu mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang membuat kerja petugas menjadi lebih lambat. Sistem juga dibuat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan dalam input data nama pengurus hingga nama donatur juga memungkinkan data tersimpan dengan sangat baik dan mudah dalam proses pencarian datanya. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini digunakan metode waterfall karena seluruh kebutuhan sistem telah diketahui dari awal juga dinilai lebih efisien. Setelah melakukan penelitian, tujuan utamanya yaitu terbentuknya sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang dapat mengatur pengelolaan masjid berupa dana dan kegiatannya dalam bentuk web. Sistem ini dibuat untuk menyelesaikan segala masalah yang telah disebutkan di atas.

Abstract

Toko SC Collaction adalah supplier produk kerajinan dari kulit buaya asli, yang di olah langsung dari penangkaran buaya di merauke. Namun, Toko SC Collaction memiliki kendala dalam menawarkan produk yang terkadang harus sesuai dengan spesifikasi konsumen seperti harga,ukuran, jenis jahitan dan juga jenis kancing dompet. Banyaknya model dompet dan harga yang bervariasi membuat konsumen kebingungan dalam mencari dompet yang sesuai dengan kebutuhanya. Sehingga diperlukan suatu alat bantu dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membantu penjual merekomendasikan produk kepada pembeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan dompet kulit buaya yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode studi Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap karakteristik alternatif. Pilihan terbaik akan dipilih dari berbagai alternatif yang tersedia melalui prosedur peringkat. Sehingga ditemukan bahwa Dompet Paspor Rajut merupakan dompet terbaik yang dapat direkomendasikan Toko Sc Collaction kepada konsumen dengan perolehan nilai 0,1492. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode MOORA menjadi pilihan yang tepat dalam mencari dompet terbaik pada Toko Sc Collaction.

Abstract

Pentaca products are experiencing problems in the form of managing Pentaca customer order data which is still being done manually by writing it in a book, making it difficult for Pencaca brand owners to manage customer data and make monthly reports for these products. The application of information systems in pentaca sales is needed to ensure that the business operates properly and improves the quality of service to customers. This study uses qualitative research methods to fulfill the use of the subject under study and collects data from various case studies, personal experiences, interviews with brand owners, visuals depicting everyday life. The system development uses the waterfall method. The data collection technique used is by direct observation, direct interviews and taking documentation of the business owner. With this system, it makes it easier for customers to buy these products and also makes it easier for brand owners to make monthly product purchase reports and manage financial reports.

Abstract

The development of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in a region is one of the efforts to encourage regional economic growth. The development of IKM in Jayapura City itself has increased from year to year. However, the current condition, the existence and location of IKM is still difficult to reach by the general public due to the lack of information about the (IKM) itself. The purpose of this research is to build a geographic information system as a means of society to get information about IKM in Jayapura City. The process of analyzing geographic information system data in this study was clustered data into three parts, namely input data, data classification and output data. This study uses the analysis method of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service (PIECES) to identify problems, design the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, use the Waterfall development method and the Black Box testing method. This research produces a Small and Medium Industry (IKM) Geographical Information System in Jayapura City which is equipped with maps, travel routes and descriptions of the IKM chosen by the user or community. With this system, it can help and minimize people's time in finding information on the location of IKM

Abstract

BAZNAS Papua Province has several stages that must be carried out in the process of distributing Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) to the mustahiq, one of the stages is mustahiq assessment survey on the field. With a large number of mustahiq being surveyed every day and the eligibility assessing process still be carried out manually utilizing survey form recording, the survey stage of the ZIS distribution process takes a long time. In addition, physical document usage continues to increase every day becomes more susceptible to damaged and loss and requires extensive storage in the archiving process. This study uses a PIECES analysis method as well as system development use a Waterfall method. Furthermore, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to design the system. The system is built on web-based using the PHP programming language and the MariaDB database. The results of this study are the Management Information System of Mustahiq Eligibility Assessment at BAZNAS Papua Province that is capable of organizing mustahiq data, assessing mustahiq eligibility and minimizing the usage of physical documents in the ZIZ distribution process. The system is built to produce information about mustahiq recommendation that is capable of assist BAZNAS Papua Province to come to a final decision.

Abstract

School of Silas Papare Jayapura is one of the high schools that has implemented an information system in carrying out their management of job. However, there are still lack in the application of the information system. As in the academic section, the information system has not been implemented in managing lecture activities, so that the data management of activities in the academic section are still carried out semi-manually. The purpose of this research is to assist academic staff in managing academic data, assist lecturers in inputing of score, and provide better service for students of Silas Papare Jayapura. This web-based Academic Information System was created using the PIECES analysis method, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as a system design, using the waterfall method as a system development, and the Black Box as system testing method. This research produces an academic information system that has been organized in managing academic data and becomes a means of information systems for academics, lecturers and students in schools of Silas Papare Jayapura

Abstract

At the Faculty of Computer Science at Yapis University, Papua is currently using E-Learning for attendance and assignment systems, but there are still problems at the beginning of the semester, namely students always take attendance manually, because attendance is always manual, many problems arise such as fighting over each other when doing presence so it is very difficult if lost or damaged accidentally. The purpose of this research is to create a website attendance system for attendance activities that can expedite all attendance processes and the preparation of necessary reports from the faculty of computer science, the method used in this research is the development method, namely the waterfall, the design method, namely UML and the analysis method, namely PIECES, Functional Requirements in Student Information System Attendance is based on the level of system users. System users consist of three parts, namely students, lecturers and admin as administrator, The development of this special information system has the ability to streamline the process of recording attendance. The result of this research is that the newly developed system has the ability to meet needs by providing real-time attendance information. further development, namely this system can only be accessed through a browser on a computer for further development to be integrated so that it becomes multi-platform
