Abstract

There are many benefits of using information technology in the health sector such as to make hospital information system, clinic or puskesmas. Now, queuing reservation system is still done manually or just using SMS / by phone, required a system that can be used patient to find and do doctor reservation. Thus, the patient when it comes can be directly checked without having to wait for a long time. Another problem when someone goes to a new area, then need medical services as soon as possible because of that is needed an application which contains information of doctor / clinic nearby. Therefore, in this paper will be discussed draft doctor reservation application by displaying a list of doctors. So the patient simply open the application and will be displayed a list of doctors, this will certainly facilitate the patient in finding and make a doctor reservation.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and information today, data security is a problem that needs to be done to maintain the confidentiality of data or information both personally and within an organization. Cryptography is one of the sciences or arts that learns about how to secure data or information from irresponsible parties who want to destroy important data in the form of text and image files. This research, data security technique uses two algorithms, namely steganography to enter text in image media using LSB (Least Significant Bit) method and Binary XOR used to convert messages to binary with XOR keywords and generate pixel values of messages from 8 bits of images with LSB (Least Significant Bit). After encrypted the image will be sent to the user, and to view the original data, the user must decrypt the data with the message key and retrieve the LSB (Least Significant Bit) value, from the encrypted image.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is a very important requirement for all activity activities because it is believed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the work process. To achieve this, it is necessary to optimize the IT servants' good and correct so that the existence of IT can support the success of work in private agencies. government and education in achieving its goals. Abstract

Gabah merupakan bahan pokok dalam produksi beras di PB Hikmat Tiga Berlian. Untuk menghasilkan beras dengan kualitas yang baik maka dibutuhkan pula supplier yang terbaik dan berkualitas. Salah satu upaya untuk mendapatkan supplier tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pemilihan supplier hasil tani. Namun kendala yang terjadi saat ini adalah pengambilan keputusan pada pemilihan Supplier hasil tani gabah pada saat musim panen dengan kelebihannya masing-masing. Hal ini dikarenakan petani yang membawa hasil tani hari ini dan esok hari adalah petani-petani yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merncang sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan suplier hasil tani gabah menggunakan metode AHP. Prototype Sistem dibangun menggunkan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini akan meghasilkan nama-nama Supllier yang terpilih untuk menyuplai gabah di PB Hikmat Tiga Berlian. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah kadar air, kadar hampa, harga, jarak lahan ke pabrik, dan transportasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perancangan prototype SPK telah dapat dilakukan berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Test dengan menggunakan 10 Respondent dan 5 pertanyaan bahwa sistem dengan menggunakan metode AHP Dalam pemilihan Supplier dapat diterapkan. Hal ini didasarkan pada nilai rata-rata hasil 68 % responden menjawab Sangat Setuju dan 26 % responden menjawab Setuju. Pengujian terhadap hasil output sistem dan hasil perhitungan manual tidak ditemukan perbedaan hasil.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi maturity level sistem informasi perpustakaan dengan Kerangka kerja Cobit 4.1  pada Stimikom Stella Maris Sumba, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur evaluasi maturity level dengan pemilihan domain  proses yang dipilih yaitu PO dan ME. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi secara langsung. Ketiga metode tersebut dilakukan Analisa dan pengolahan data   didasarkan pada standard COBIT 4.1. Hasil pengolahan data akan digunakan untuk mencari kelemahan yang terkandung di masing-masing domain. Temuan kelemahan atau masalah akan dibandingkan dengan kondisi ideal yang telah menetapkan COBIT 4.1 pada setiap level, untuk  rekomendasi yang sesuai kemudian dapat diterapkan. Dengan kedua domain PO dan ME ditetapkan masing-masing maturity level 2.58 dan 2.63 total perhitungan pada setiap proses IT yang terdapat dalam domain PO dan ME, rata-rata maturity level 2.63 berada pada level 3, yaitu Repeatable but intuitive. Selanjutnya menghitung nilai GAP  atau  nilai kesenjangan dengan rata – rata 1.12.Dari hasil evaluasi terdapat empat proses IT yang mempengaruhi nilai maturity level meliputi PO3, P07, PO8 dan DS3 yang dijadikan sebagai rekomendasi untuk diperbaiki secara teratur oleh pihak manajemen berdasarkan point-point yang ditentukan pada tabel 6. Setiap proses TI harus memiliki prosedur standar yang didokumentasikan secara tertulis yang disosialisasikan kepada semua pihak yang terlibat dalam sistem informasi perpustakaan, yaitu untuk manajer sistem dan pengguna.  Kata kunci-Evaluasi, maturity level, cobit 4.1

Abstract

Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur belum memiliki aplikasi kantor yang mampu mengelola data – data Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang terdapat di Kabupaten atau dengan kata lain, semua data – data yang ada diolah secara manual oleh pegawai yang berwenang di bagian – bagian pekerjaan masing – masing. Karena semua data dikelola secara manual, maka sering terjadi ketidak validan data yang disebabkan karena jumlah tenaga kerja pada bagian tersebut yang bertugas mengelola data tidak berbanding lurus dengan banyaknya data yang akan diolah sehingga tenaga dan waktu yang digunakan kurang efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sistem informasi apa saja yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung setiap aktivitas dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi adalah metode analisis value chain. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kesimpulan terhadap sistem informasi apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh dinas tersebut sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari setiap aktivitas pada dinas tersebut.Kata Kuci : sistem informasi, dinas, value chain.Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Kotawaringin Timur District does not have an office application that is able to manage data Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises contained in the District or in other words, all data - data that is processed manually by the authorized personnel in the parts - the job each. Because all data is managed manually, it is often the data validity caused by the amount of labor on that part in charge of managing the data is not directly proportional to the amount of data to be processed so that the power and time used less effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to determine what information system needed to support every activity of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Kotawaringin Timur District. The method used to analyze the needs of information systems is a value chain analysis method. Abstract

Technological development is progress that occurs in the field of knowledge and technology that affects human life. Technology continues to develop and affect various aspects of human life such as business, education, health, and others. The development of digital technology, especially property technology (proptech), continues to expand into businesses and various residential and property business services. This application will continue along with technological developments and people's needs and lifestyles that continue to change. A rented house is a house that is rented for a specified time (for 1 year, 2 years, etc.) However, the reason not to buy a house or apartment is often due to costs and making rented houses an alternative option for the community. With all our preferences, choosing a rental house is not easy. because it is difficult to find information about the accuracy of searching for rented houses that match the criteria. In general, an explanation of the data collection techniques used to support the flow of research on the topsis method for selecting rented houses is interview, observation, and library research. This study uses the TOPSIS method for calculations. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose a decision support system for selecting rental housing with various criteria. Abstract

Proses perkembangan dunia medis saat ini banyak yang menggunakan komputer untuk membantu diagnosa maupun pencegahan dan penangan suatu penyakit. Selain itu sebagian besar dari masyarakat tidak terlatih secara medis, sehingga apabila mengalami gejala-gejala penyakit yang di derita tentu dapat memahami cara-cara penanggulangannya, gejala-gajela yang sebenarnya dapat ditangani lebih awal menjadi penyakit yang lebih serius akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dalam masyarakat, malaria dikenal sebagai sebuah penyakit yang cukup membahayakan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit malaria berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pakar. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan metode naïve bayes untuk menentukan nilai tingkat penyakit yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini hasil wawancara dengan dokter bahwa penyakit malaria terdapat 4 (empat jenis), yaitu Malaria Tertiana (Plasmodium Vivax), Malaria Quartana (Plasmodium Malaria), Malaria Tropica (Plasmodium Valciamalariam), Malaria Pernisiosa (Plasmodium Ovale) sedangkan untuk gejala  terdapat 16 gejala, dari hasil penelitian diterapkan dengan metode Naïve Bayes dan Backwrd Chaining,yaitu Naïve Bayes adalah jawaban user diproses sesuai aturan untuk dijumlahkan kemudian memberikan suatu keputusan berupa jenis penyakit malaria dan solusin Forward  Chaining adalah menelusuri aturan sesuai dengan jawaban pengguna.
