The development of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in a region is one of the efforts to encourage regional economic growth. The development of IKM in Jayapura City itself has increased from year to year. However, the current condition, the existence and location of IKM is still difficult to reach by the general public due to the lack of information about the (IKM) itself. The purpose of this research is to build a geographic information system as a means of society to get information about IKM in Jayapura City. The process of analyzing geographic information system data in this study was clustered data into three parts, namely input data, data classification and output data. This study uses the analysis method of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service (PIECES) to identify problems, design the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, use the Waterfall development method and the Black Box testing method. This research produces a Small and Medium Industry (IKM) Geographical Information System in Jayapura City which is equipped with maps, travel routes and descriptions of the IKM chosen by the user or community. With this system, it can help and minimize people's time in finding information on the location of IKM

With a large number of mustahiq being surveyed every day and the eligibility assessing process still be carried out manually utilizing survey form recording, the survey stage of the ZIS distribution process takes a long time. In addition, physical document usage continues to increase every day becomes more susceptible to damaged and loss and requires extensive storage in the archiving process. This study uses a PIECES analysis method as well as system development use a Waterfall method. Furthermore, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to design the system. The system is built on web-based using the PHP programming language and the MariaDB database. The results of this study are the Management Information System of Mustahiq Eligibility Assessment at BAZNAS Papua Province that is capable of organizing mustahiq data, assessing mustahiq eligibility and minimizing the usage of physical documents in the ZIZ distribution process. The system is built to produce information about mustahiq recommendation that is capable of assist BAZNAS Papua Province to come to a final decision.

Abstract

At the Faculty of Computer Science at Yapis University, Papua is currently using E-Learning for attendance and assignment systems, but there are still problems at the beginning of the semester, namely students always take attendance manually, because attendance is always manual, many problems arise such as fighting over each other when doing presence so it is very difficult if lost or damaged accidentally. The purpose of this research is to create a website attendance system for attendance activities that can expedite all attendance processes and the preparation of necessary reports from the faculty of computer science, the method used in this research is the development method, namely the waterfall, the design method, namely UML and the analysis method, namely PIECES, Functional Requirements in Student Information System Attendance is based on the level of system users. System users consist of three parts, namely students, lecturers and admin as administrator, The development of this special information system has the ability to streamline the process of recording attendance. The result of this research is that the newly developed system has the ability to meet needs by providing real-time attendance information. further development, namely this system can only be accessed through a browser on a computer for further development to be integrated so that it becomes multi-platform

Abstract

This research aims to overcome problems in improving marketing strategies in the Retail Business industry by using effective customer segmentation. The method used is RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to measure the time proximity, frequency and monetary value of customer transactions, as well as K-Means Clustering to group customers based on their purchasing behavior. The results showed that the combination of these two methods successfully grouped customers into ten different segments, such as “Champions” and “Hibernating,” which provided deep insight into customer needs and behavior. The application of this segmentation provides practical benefits in increasing the efficiency of marketing strategies, customer retention and resource optimization. Overall, this research proves that applied customer segmentation techniques can significantly increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, making a valuable contribution to the field of retail marketing.

Abstract

Established in 2022, kopi vape is a vape shop in Jayapura, located in the Papua province. Despite being a modern store, kopi vape's financial bookkeeping system is handled manually. This method is not systematic nor computerized and presents several weaknesses. Transactions are still recorded manually through books, then inputted one-by-one via Microsoft Excel. Issues related to this process include errors in inputting transaction data, slow transaction recording, and even data loss. Using UML, the waterfall approach progresses through communication, design, modeling, construction, and deployment, culminating in the system flow design - an interface blueprint of sorts. Using a systematic and computerized information system for bookkeeping results in a more efficient process for finding documents quickly and accurately. This method minimizes common errors in manual recording, such as mistakes in counting, recording, adjusting data, and forgetting to record transactions.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the retail sector has led to the emergence of various online shopping applications that facilitate consumer transactions. However, the successful adoption of these applications is highly influenced by user perceptions. This study aims to analyze the impact of effort expectancy, perceived usefulness, and digital literacy on the intention to use retail shopping applications. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 200 respondents who are users of shopping applications in urban areas. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly affect the intention to use. Effort expectancy has a positive effect, meaning that the easier the application is to use, the higher the user's intention to use it. Perceived usefulness also shows a strong impact, indicating that perceptions of the application's benefits play a crucial role in shaping the intention to use. Additionally, digital literacy proves to be an important supporting factor that enables users to understand and maximize the application's features optimally. This study provides contributions to application developers and retail industry players in formulating digital marketing strategies and enhancing user experience.
