Abstract

This study aims to find out how the use of social media as a means of promotion and marketing forMSMEs Anggi Screen in developing their business in this digital era, which we know where the developmentof digital technology today has provided many conveniences in human life, without exception in shaping theeffectiveness of social media in encouraging promotion and marketing. Promotion and Marketing in sausagemedia usually use online platforms that are often used by the world community. The online platforms used byAnggi screen in its marketing and promotion are Instagram, Whatsapp Business, Youtube, TikTok and marketplaces (lazada, tokopedia, shoope, bukalapak. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptor tomake descriptions and descriptions systematically, factually and accurately regarding facts and therelationships between their phenomena. With all efforts carried out, it is hoped that it can make promotionand marketing more effective in the use of social media carried out by MSMEs anggi screen, so that inpromotion and marketing it is more cost-effective and can increase sales of MSMEs anggi screen

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the development of a technology-enabled social media marketing strategy for MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Bandung City. Through analyzing how MSMEs in Bandung City utilize social media and technology in their marketing efforts, as well as identifying the benefits gained and challenges faced so far. In this research method, we surveyed a number of MSMEs in Bandung and conducted structured interviews with them. The implementation of social media marketing strategies, their impact on business performance, and the factors that influence the implementation of these strategies are described through qualitative analysis of the collected data. The results of this study show that most MSMEs in Bandung City have adopted social media marketing strategies using various technological tools. The study also identified significant benefits obtained by MSMEs, such as increased online visibility, increased interaction with customers, increased sales, and increased content creativity..

Abstract

This study aims to apply a digital maturity model to measure startup performance. The maturity model consists of dimensions and criteria, which describe the area of ​​action, and maturity stages which indicate the evolutionary path to maturity. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire given online at the startup. The research design consisted of three steps: developing a digital maturity model dimension through literature review, expert interviews, and focus groups, online surveys among individuals, and data analysis using the Rasch algorithm and cluster analysis. From these findings, it can be said that some attention should be paid to the business intelligence capacity of startups, given its impact on company performance. In addition, the effect of network learning through business intelligence is significant and presents a positive influence on performance. The results from empirical studies show that understanding the strategic importance of digitalization, as well as using digital technology for collaboration, is already practiced in most companies. However, creating a personalized customer experience based on big data analysis or process automation is characterized by a lower level of achievement. Companies are starting to carry out digital transformation more systematically and strategically, by creating measurable goals and defining roles and responsibilities within the organization. These results help practitioners as well as researchers, better understand the processes through which organizations are truly involved in their digital transformation.

Abstract

Penulisan ilmiah merupakan kegiatan yang membutuhkan kejelasan, ketelitian, dan kehati-hatian, karena alam kegiatan tersebut perlu melakukan penelitian, analisis, dan sintesis informasi dari beberapa literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggunakan manfaat kecerdasan buatan Chatbot dalam penulisan ilmiah. ChatGPT merupakan chatbot, yang dikembangkan oleh OpenAI, menggunakan model bahasa Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) untuk memahami dan merespons masukan bahasa alami, dengan ChatGPT dapat menyederhanakan penulisan dan penerbitan akademis. Chatbot ini secara khusus bisa alat yang berguna dalam penulisan ilmiah, membantu peneliti dan ilmuwan dalam mengatur materi, membuat draf awal, dan/atau mengoreksi. Chatbot memiliki banyak kegunaan dalam penulisan ilmiah aantara lain pembuatan hipotesis, tinjauan literatur, pemecahan masalah, parafrase dan ringkasan, pengeditan, dan pemilihan jurnal. Namun demikian Chatbot tidak boleh digunakan sebagai pengganti penilaian manusia dan hasilnya harus selalu ditinjau oleh para ahli sebelum digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan atau aplikasi penting apa pun. Selain itu, beberapa masalah etika muncul tentang penggunaan alat ini, seperti risiko plagiarisme dan ketidakakuratan, serta potensi ketidakseimbangan dalam aksesibilitasnya antara negara berkembang dan negara maju, jika menggunakan perangkat lunak tersebut berbayar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ChatGPT memiliki potensi untuk merampingkan proses penulisan dan peninjauan, penting bagi peninjau dan editor untuk menyadari potensi tantangan. Meskipun sudah menggunakan kecerdasan buatan sebagai alat bantu namun perlu terus menilai keakuratan ilmiah, validitas, dan orisinalitas setiap naskah dengan hati-hati.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Stuja Coffee di Cipete. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, peneliti memperoleh data kuantitatif dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan Google Forms. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Statistik Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 responden yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dengan ketentuan mengetahui dan pernah membeli produk Stuja Coffee, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan purpose sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa eco-friendly packaging, promosi dan harga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Packaging, Promosi, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the significant changes in people's consumption habits influenced by modern lifestyles, especially among millennials and Gen Z. In particular, urbanization, technological advancements, and the increasing awareness of faster and more convenient ways of consuming are driving these changes. Although many previous studies have discussed the influence of modern lifestyles on consumption behavior, there is still a lack of comparative analysis between millennials and Gen Z generations. The methodology used in this research is a survey by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents who meet the criteria, to measure the influence of modern lifestyles on Sprite consumption. The results showed a strong positive correlation between modern lifestyle and Sprite consumption, with a correlation value of 0.773 (p < 0.001), and an increase in Sprite consumption along with an increase in one unit of modern lifestyle. In addition, this study found that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used was also assured with Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.7. The implications of this study provide valuable information for companies to design more effective marketing campaigns that highlight the lifestyle factors that influence consumer choices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of Shopee's digital marketing strategies on customer loyalty among Generation Z and Millennials. Shopee, one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, uses various digital marketing strategies, such as personalization, social media, loyalty programs, and interactive campaigns. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze survey data collected from more than 100 respondents who are active Shopee users in the Millennial and Gen Z communities. The research findings show that Shopee's digital marketing features, such as creative content, personalized promotions, and ease of transactions, have a noteworthy positive impact on customer loyalty. These factors influence users' level of trust, loyalty, and desire to continue using the platform. This study highlights the importance of innovation in digital marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty, especially among the younger generation.

Abstract

Pamicacu merupakan salah satu toko alat tulis yang berada di kabupaten Cirebon. Pamicacu sendiri telah berdiri sejak November 2020 yang lalu. Penerapan sebuah teknologi dan informasi pada toko Pamicacu dirasa perlu, karena dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan manajemen stok barang masih mengalami kendala dan kelemahan dalam sistem pengelolaan data barang. Kendala dan kelemahan yang terjadi dapat dilihat dari banyaknya barang yang masuk tidak sesuai dengan barang yang dikeluarkan. Yang kemudian juga mengakibatkan stok barang yang tersedia tidak bisa sepenuhnya terpantau. Selain itu juga berdampak terhadap barang yang akan direstock menjadi tidak sesuai yang kemudian juga menghambat proses transaksi jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam pengelolaan stok barang, agar pengguna melakukan proses pencatatan / pengelolaan secara digital bukan manual, dan mengurangi tingkat selisih stok barang masuk dan keluar. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM Pamicacu dapat mempermudah usahanya dalam melakukan pengelolaan persediaan barang melalui aplikasi web.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the weaknesses that exist in the manual correspondence management system at Gandasoli Village Office. The method used in this research is the waterfall system development method. The website-based letter management application created is intended to facilitate letter management at Gandasoli Village Office in terms of making letters, inputting data needed for making letters, printing letters and storing letters, managing incoming and outgoing letters, managing and grouping letter data that has been made based on the letter group, searching letters based on Letter Number and printing incoming and outgoing letter reports.
