Abstract

Tabungan Tarbiyah yaitu layanan penyimpanan dan untuk masa depan khusus pendidikan, dimana dan ini dikelolah oleh pihak shohibul maa ldengan bagi hasil kepada nasabah sesuai dengan akad yang telah disepakati terlebih dahulu yaitu akad Mud}a>rabah Musytarakahi. Deposito mud}a>rabah dirancang sebagai sarana untuk investasi bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai dana. Dalam perhitungan nisbah bagi hasil yang menguntungkan dan diberikan setiap bulan, bisa diambil tunai atau ditransfer kerekening. Penghitungan laba usaha diukur dengan menggunakan prosentase yang disebut dengan Nisbah bagi hasil. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitia in adalah Bait Al-Mal Wat-Tamwil, Usaha GabunganTerpadu, SidogiriBawean, Dalam Persepektif Hukum Islam. Masalah tersebut diurakan dalam beberapa fokus penelitian bagaimana proses pelaksanaan tabungan tarbiyah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Bawean. Dan apakah tabungan tarbiyah di BMT UGT Sidogiri Bawean sudah sesuai dengan persepektif hukum islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneiti ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang dgnakan adalah teknik observasi, interview, dan dokumentas. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah data yang diperoleh dari asil wawancara, catan lapangan. Pengecekan data menggunakan trigulasi pengumpuan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Berdasarkan pola strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh BMT UGT Sidogiri Bawean Sangkapura ini adalah, pemasaran secara brosur, pemasaran sistem melalui alumni Sidogiri, pemasaran melalui instansi, Sosialisaasi ke Desa-Desa plosok. Untuk Jenis dana produk yang digunakan di BMT UGT Sidogiri Bawean Sangkapura yaitu simpanan yang berupa tabungan tarbiyah dengan system bagi hasil antara pemilik dana (nasabah) dan pengelola dana ( BMT)

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an is a source of Islamic thought that provides a lot of educational inspiration that needs to be developed philosophically and scientifically, as a basic framework for building the concept of Islamic education today. Considering that currently the concepts of Islamic education that have existed since the time of the Prophet are no longer used as guidelines for education. According to them, education is only based on a diploma without prioritizing religious values ​​so education today has lost the spirit of at-tarbiyah. So this research needs to be discussed so that researchers can understand in detail and deeply the concept of Islamic education contained in the Alkahfi letter which contains the story of the prophet Moses and the prophet Khaidir. The method in this research is Library Research with a descriptive analysis approach through interpretations and educational books. Then the author tries to find a concept of Islamic education in these two stories. Meanwhile, the results of research regarding the concept of education in the interaction of Prophet Khaidir and Prophet Musa are that the first thing in an educational institution that must be thought about and formulated properly is the educational objective because, without a clear objective, the output of the institution will not be by what society needs. secondly, methods are very important because methods are a tool to achieve a goal, thirdly, material is very important in Islamic education because it is a guide in all things, while material that must be used in Islamic education is material that leads to the practice of Islamic teachings and morals, fourthly educators, educators are individuals who will meet the knowledge, attitudes and behavior needs of students, five students. Etymologically, students in other terms are called students meaning "people who want". Meanwhile, according to the meaning of the terminology, students are seekers of reality under the guidance and direction of a spiritual guide (mursyid).

Abstract

Abstract Prayer in Islam has a very special position both in terms of how it is commanded and included in special Sharia worship. However, despite this, many people do not understand the correct prayer procedures according to the guidance of Islamic law. Therefore, community service activities regarding training in correct prayer procedures are important to carry out, while the partners in this activity are the people of Cokel Hamlet. The method used in this activity is the Service Learning Method. The use of this method is intended to be able to see and evaluate the results of training implementation which have a direct impact on partner operations. The service learning method can be carried out in three stages: preparation stages, serving stages, and reflection stages. The results of this service ran smoothly and received full support from Cokel Hamlet community leaders because it could provide benefits in improving the quality of worship in the Cokel Hamlet community. Abstrak Shalat dalam Islam mempunyai kedudukan yang sangat istimewa baik dilihat dari cara memperoleh perintahnya dan termasuk dalam Ibadah Syari’ah khusus. Namun meskipun demikian banyak kalangan masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang tata cara shalat yang benar menurut tuntunan syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengenai pelatihan tata cara shalat yang benar menjadi penting untuk dilakukan dengan mitra kegiatannya adalah masyarakat Dusun Cokel. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Service Learning. Penggunaan metode ini dimaksudkan untuk dapat melihat dan mengevaluasi hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan   yang   berdampak langsung   bagi operasional mitra. Tahapan metode service learning dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan: tahap persiapan, tahap melayani, dan tahap refleksi. Hasil pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari tokoh-tokoh masyarakat dusun cokel karena dapat memberikan manfaat dalam peningkatan kualitas ibadah masyarakat dusun cokel. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Shalat, Tata Cara Shalat.

Abstract

Learning to read the Qur'an is an essential duty for Muslims in order to draw closer to Allah SWT and comprehend His teachings. However, in recent years, there has been a decline in interest in learning to read the Qur'an, especially among children. This can be attributed to the lack of parental focus on religious education and the rise of technology, which has made children more engrossed in digital games rather than learning the Qur'an. The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of a program designed to aid in the proper and accurate recitation of the Qur'an according to the principles of tajweed, as a solution to this issue. The study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method and action research design. The study participants consisted of elementary school and madrasah students, parents, and mentors (such as teachers or community leaders). Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings of the study demonstrated that the mentoring program significantly enhanced students' ability to read the Qur'an and raised awareness regarding the significance of early religious education. Moreover, this program successfully empowered the local community by engaging them as mentors and teachers, establishing positive collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. In conclusion, this study affirms that structured and continuous mentoring in Qur'an recitation can serve as an effective solution in cultivating a generation that possesses the ability to read, comprehend, and practice Islamic teachings in their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen pendidikan di MTsN 1 Pasuruan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Fokus utama penelitian meliputi pengembangan kurikulum merdeka berbasis komunitas, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, pendekatan kolaboratif antar guru, serta evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan, mereduksi, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum merdeka berbasis komunitas efektif dalam memastikan materi ajar relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan perkembangan zaman. Penggunaan teknologi mempermudah penyajian materi dengan cara yang menarik dan interaktif, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Pendekatan kolaboratif antar guru membantu dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran yang lebih baik dan memperkuat hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Evaluasi berkala dan umpan balik yang konstruktif memungkinkan perbaikan kelemahan serta perencanaan pelatihan yang sesuai. Secara keseluruhan strategi manajemen pendidikan di MTsN 1 Pasuruan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan kompetensi guru, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa. Abstract. This research examines the education management strategy at MTsN 1 Pasuruan which aims to improve the competency of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The main focus of the research includes the development of a community-based independent curriculum, the use of technology in learning, a collaborative approach between teachers, as well as regular evaluation and feedback. The research method used is qualitative, with the research subjects being PAI teachers. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Research findings show that community-based independent curriculum development is effective in ensuring teaching materials are relevant to student needs and current developments. The use of technology makes it easier to present material in an interesting and interactive way, and increases student engagement. A collaborative approach between teachers helps in developing better teaching methods and strengthens harmonious working relationships. Regular evaluation and constructive feedback allow for improvement of weaknesses as well as planning appropriate training. Overall, the education management strategy at MTsN 1 Pasuruan has proven to be effective in improving the quality of teaching and teacher competency, as well as creating a learning environment that is dynamic and responsive to student needs.

Abstract

Abstract

This community service focuses on the issue of students' lack of understanding regarding the importance of leadership, discipline, and the fundamentals leadership principles. The aim of this community service program is to enhance students' ability to lead themselves, develop discipline, and improve their communication and adaptation skills within the school organization (OSIS). The training aploys is an active learning approach with lectures and question-and-answer sessions. The results of this service show that leadership training can enhance the abilities of MA Miftahul Ulum Sukaoneng students in leading themselves and others, building a strong personal character, fostering discipline in time management, and improving communication and adaptation skills within the organization. This training has a positive impact on students' leadership skills, effective communication, discipline, team building, and self-confidence.

Abstract

The digitization of pesantren education is an effort toward modernization and digital transformation aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of religious learning without eliminating traditional values. This study discusses the implementation of education at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah pesantren through the use of digital technology, the challenges of digitizing pesantren education, and its resulting impacts. Using a qualitative approach, this research combines documentation and interviews with pesantren administrators, teachers, and students, as well as a review of relevant literature. The findings show that the digitization of pesantren education brings many benefits, including easier access to learning materials and greater flexibility in the teaching process. However, it also presents challenges, such as limited human resources and the potential shift in traditional values.

Abstract

The sustainability of food land is crucial not only for economic productivity but also for maintaining ecological balance, cultural identity, and rural livelihoods. This study examines the effectiveness of legal protections for rural communities in safeguarding sustainable agricultural land, with a focus on Lamongan District, East Java. Using a normative-empirical approach, the research combines statutory analysis of agrarian laws with field surveys and interviews involving 256 respondents, including farmers, village officials, and legal experts. The findings reveal a persistent gap between legal norms and actual practices. Although Law No. 41/2009 on the Protection of Sustainable Agricultural Land and Law No. 5/1960 on Basic Agrarian Principles provide a strong legal foundation, enforcement is hindered by weak institutional coordination, low legal literacy, and limited authority at the village level. These challenges often result in land conversion without transparent procedures or adequate community participation, threatening both agrarian justice and national food security. The study underscores the need for participatory legal reforms, stronger intergovernmental coordination, and capacity-building initiatives for village institutions. The implications extend beyond Lamongan, offering insights for policymakers and scholars interested in land governance, food sovereignty, and rural sustainability. Future research should explore longitudinal and comparative perspectives to strengthen the integration of law and social policy in agrarian contexts.
