Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of Workload and Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT. Delta Dunia Sandang Tekstil (DDST) in Demak, with Job Stress as an intermediary variable. Using 180 samples and multiple linear regression analysis (Smartpls v4), it was found that Workload, Physical Work Environment, and Job Stress significantly affect Job Satisfaction. Physical Work Environment has the greatest influence on Job Stress (effect size 0.785), indicating the importance of a good work environment to reduce stress. Job Stress is also significant on Job Satisfaction (effect size 0.147), confirming that stress management increases satisfaction. Workload also has a strong influence on Job Satisfaction (effect size 0.293) and Job Stress (effect size 0.145), highlighting the need for a balanced workload. However, the direct effect of Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction in this model is not significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi intrinsik, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 148 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25, analisis data dilaksanakan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. (1) disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (3) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Variabel-variabel ini secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 59,9% variasi dalam kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan peningkatan disiplin, motivasi intrinsik, serta komunikasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) plays a crucial role in driving the progress and success of an organization. The abilities, knowledge, and skills of employees have a direct impact on productivity. To face increasingly fierce business competition, companies must improve employee productivity to compete quickly and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the impact of training, experience, and physical work environment on employee productivity in PT.X. Data was gathered from 102 respondents in the plywood production department using a purposive sampling method with a descriptive quantitative approach applied in the study. The impact of training, experience, and the physical work environment on productivity was assessed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study show that job training has a significant effect on employee productivity, while experience and physical work environment do not show a significant effect. This indicates that improving skills through training is more effective in driving productivity than work experience and physical working environment conditions. Therefore, companies are advised to prioritize training programs on an ongoing basis to improve employee capabilities and work efficiency.

Abstract

The study of the behavior of human resources in organizations is growing in line with the awareness that individual behavior has a positive effect on individual and organizational performance as a whole. Employee performance is influenced by many factors, including organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture, and employee initiative. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational culture on employee performance with employee initiative as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample used was 100 employees in the IT department with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of partial regression analysis, it shows that OCB and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on both employee initiative and employee performance. The higher the employee's initiative, the higher the employee's performance. Employee initiatives mediate the relationship between OCB and organizational culture with employee performance.Keywords: OCB, organizational culture, employee initiative, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service leadership, career development, and satisfaction on gen z who work in digital marketing or sales executives in Central Java. This study is a quantitative study. The population of this study was all gen z workers. The data collection method used interviews and questionnaires to 116 gen z who worked for at least one year in digital marketing or sales executives. Data analysis techniques with SEM PLS. The results of the study showed that our research on the impact of servant leadership and career development on Gen Z employee performance in Central Java, with employee satisfaction as a mediating factor, reveals the following: Employee satisfaction significantly and positively impacts performance. Career development significantly and positively impacts both performance and satisfaction. Servant leadership significantly and positively impacts both performance and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap retensi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dari 87 responden yang menerima kuesioner sebanyak 72 responden dapat memberikan data untuk dianalisis. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25, metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap retensi pegawai, sedangkan pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja yang memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman magang, soft skills, dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro lulusan 2019 dan 2020. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah kesenjangan antara kemampuan lulusan dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 3.0, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 203 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman magang, soft skills, dan minat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,818 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas menjelaskan 81,8% variasi kesiapan kerja. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam program magang, penguasaan keterampilan interpersonal, serta motivasi kerja dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia profesional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar institusi pendidikan tinggi memperkuat kolaborasi dengan dunia industri dan memperkaya kurikulum berbasis soft skills serta pengembangan minat kerja untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pasar tenaga kerja

Abstract

Employee performance refers to the extent to which employees accomplish their tasks within a specific period. This study investigates the influence of democratic leadership style, work environment, and employee motivation on employee performance in the Inspect Denim Department of PT. Apac Inti Corpora. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 80 employees through a total sampling method, and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) democratic leadership style has a statistically less significant effect on employee performance, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and (3) employee motivation also has a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings highlight the importance of supportive working conditions and motivation in enhancing employee performance, while indicating that leadership style may play a less central role in this context

Abstract

Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan guna mengevaluasi pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja, serta budaya organisasi pada kinerja karyawan di RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro, Kota Semarang. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian melalui survei sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Responden penelitian melibatkan 70 Perawat di unit rawat inap yang dipilih secara purposif. Analisis data dilaksanakan memakai metode regresi.linier berganda. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan memperlihatkan hasil bahwasannya budaya organisasi serta lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, kedisiplinan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan. Pengkajian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pihak rumah sakit guna memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan melewati pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif dan penguatan budaya organisasi yang relevan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah yang terletak di Jalan Pahlawan no. 15-17, Mugassari, Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan penelitiannya. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan 92 responden dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data didapatkan dengan distribusi kuesioner dan pengujian menggunakan berbagai instrumen yang diukur dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan pengalaman kerja juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Secara bersamaan, kecerdasan emosional, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.
