Abstract

Finishing Process is one of the most important processes in the manufacture of resistors, because it is the process of forming the resistor body by coating the resistor with a coating liquid. However, in this process there are still many cases of product defects, one of the main causes is the uncontrolled viscosity of the coating liquid causing the formation of body resistors is not good, or what is called Body deform and body thin defects. Auto Dripping is a useful tool for automatically dripping methanol liquid which aims to control the viscosity of the coating liquid in the finishing process. Because Auto Dripping is a tool that has just been implemented and does not yet have the right parameter settings, it is necessary to do trials to find the right parameters so that Auto Dripping functions properly. In Auto Dripping there are two settings that can be controlled, namely Stroke Speed and Stroke Length, these two settings affect the output of methanol liquid that comes out. In this study using SPC tools to analyze the parameters being tested, namely the Control Chart which is used to monitor the stability of a process and study process changes from time to time. then, in this study also used the Process Capability Analysis method. This method is very effective in viewing the performance of a process, is used to measure process capability by comparing its distribution with the distribution of specifications accurately and provides a clearer picture. After carrying out this project, the authors concluded that the implementation of the Auto Dripping set up parameter has proven to be quite influential in reducing the case of coating defects caused by uncontrolled viscosity, namely by maintaining the stability of the coating viscosity so that it can produce resistors that meet specifications. From the data above, the production of resistors has been running stably with a period of 5 weeks, with 100 resistor samples being measured. With an average value of 2.82 mm. As for the Cpk value after implementing the new parameter setup, which is 3.35, this is a high result and meets the standard, which is ≥1.5.

Abstract

Big data plays an increasingly important role in education, offering great potential to improve educational decision making. Big Data collects, stores, and analyzes large amounts of and diverse data at very high speeds. In the educational context, big data collects data from various sources, including school management systems, student academic records, student satisfaction surveys, and online data. Analysis of this data can provide valuable information to decision makers in the education sector to identify relevant trends, patterns and opportunities. This research discusses the great benefits that can be gained from using Big Data in an educational context to support better decision making. Through research on the educational benefits of big data in supporting better decision making, it is hoped that this will provide an excellent opportunity to improve decision making in education. Through careful data analysis, education can become more effective, efficient and relevant to better meet the needs of students and society. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Researchers conducted a survey using a Google form consisting of 15 statements related to the title of the research. Researchers found that using big data in education provides great opportunities to improve better educational decision making. And supported by careful selection as material for consideration. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only conducted research in schools and the researcher did not conduct research directly in schools but shared a survey link on a Google form containing a statement about the benefits of big data in supporting better educational decision making.

Abstract

Self destructive behavior and that of others can result from low self-esteem self-control ability or self-control in students. On the other hand, good self-control can influence student learning outcomes and achievements.Self control itself includes 3 aspects including behavioral control, cognitive control, and decision control. One way that can be done to develop students' self-control is with game strategies, one of which is traditional games, where traditional games are now rarely found. The purpose of this study was to conduct a literature review related to game strategies in developing students' self-control. This is a qualitative-library research. The researcher conducted research on the results of journal research related to traditional game strategies to develop students' self-control. Data and research data sources are in the form of ten studies with the theme of game strategies to develop students' self-control. Data sources were obtained from e-journals accessed from Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Elsevier. The sources sought were research results from 2020 to 2023. Data collection techniques used data collection techniques with the keywords game strategies and student self-control. Researchers collect data on research data obtained from the Google Scholar, Elsevier, and ScienceDirect with data analysis techniques using content analysis methods. Based on several research results it was found thatgame strategy can be used asmedium to developself control onstudentself-controlthis includesbehavioral control, cognitive control, and decision control.Based on the results of the research, it is hoped that teachers can continue to preserve traditional games which are now starting to be abandoned, as media used in learning.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in secondary schools plays an important role in shaping students' character and understanding of religion. Islamic history material in Andalusia is an integral part of the PAI curriculum which reflects the great civilization in the Andalusia region, Spain. This research analyzes the use of the PAI Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) on Islamic history material in Andalusia with an interdisciplinary approach based on philosophical, theological, ontological, epistemological foundations. , psychological, sociocultural, and scientific and technological developments. The research results show that the use of lesson plans that integrate this theoretical foundation increases students' understanding of the history of Islam in Andalusia, as well as increasing their motivation and interest in learning. In addition, the research identified several obstacles in the development and implementation of complex lesson plans. This research contributes to the understanding of PAI learning in secondary schools and the importance of integrating relevant theoretical foundations in increasing understanding of Islamic history and religious values.

Abstract

School administration service is essential in supporting the effectiveness of education management. This study aims to analyze the service quality of administrative staff at SMA Negeri 19 Batam based on students' perceptions, using the five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The qualitative approach with an interpretive-phenomenological paradigm involved in-depth interviews with four purposively selected students. The results showed that the quality of administrative services is still not optimal. The main problems identified include limited physical facilities, shortage of administrative staff, inflexible service procedures, and lack of empathy and friendliness in service interactions. Structural factors such as lack of managerial support and unoptimized work systems also affect service performance. This study confirms the importance of affective dimensions and institutional support in shaping responsive and effective administrative services to student needs. The practical implications of these findings encourage the need for strengthening user-based service systems and excellent service training for school administration personnel.

Abstract

As a national policy, we introduced the zoning system to ensure equitable access to education and reduce the concentration of students in "favorite" schools. Despite efficient communication and sufficient administrative procedures, structural and social variables impede the policy's success. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the New Student Admission or PPDB zoning policy at public junior high schools. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the implementation process, focusing on four key variables based on Edward III’s policy implementation model: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This research was conducted at public junior high schools in Sukabumi City, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving education officials, school administrators, local policymakers, and community representatives. Triangulation techniques were employed to validate the findings. The results show that Sukabumi has implemented the PPDB zoning policy in accordance with regulatory guidelines, yet several challenges persist. The uneven distribution of public schools across districts has created disparities in access, with some areas experiencing oversubscription and others lacking adequate school options. Additionally, limited digital literacy among parents and unequal school facilities have affected public acceptance of the policy. Despite effective communication efforts and adequate administrative procedures, the success of the policy is hindered by structural and social factors. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the zoning-based admission policy in Sukabumi depends not only on regulatory compliance but also on regional capacity and community support.
