Abstract

The Integrated Information and Communication Technology Lab (ICT Lab) at Budi Luhur University is one of the independent institutions that serve laboratory needs for learning as well as Tridarma application within the university. At the moment, the knowledge inside the ICT lab is not yet well distributed so that it tends to rely on one lab assistant who knows the answer to a certain issue. Furthermore, the high turnover causes the ineffectiveness of the assistant’s knowledge distribution due to lack of knowledge management that can further cause knowledge loss because the tacit knowledge is not yet well-documented. Therefore, there needs to be an information system to manage each assistant’s knowledge to foster knowledge sharing. In this research, the author develops a knowledge management system model that fits the needs of the ICT lab through the knowledge formation using Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization (SECI) model. System testing was done using blackbox testing and path analysis approach using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model. The result of the knowledge management system’s analysis shows that it support the SECI process in knowledge sharing within the ICT Lab. The test results using 5 variables show scores of above 70% which means the knowledge management system used in this research can be applied to the Integrated ICT Lab of Budi Luhur University.

Abstract

Bahana Sukses Sejahtera is a travel company whose one goal is to serve Umrah activities to the holy land of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The company has been carrying out travel activities for 15 years. Interest from travel activities, especially with the aim of Umrah to the holy land of Mecca from year to year is increasing because the economic conditions of prospective pilgrims are getting better. More and more Umrah travel enthusiasts certainly create abundant data but of course if not processed properly the data will not produce good information. How to get good information with good data processing so that information can be used as knowledge for company decision making. The activity of utilizing big data into information is to use information technology and databases and then design a data warehouse. Data warehouse design and data mining is the most effective technique to produce information that has knowledge for corporate decision making. The knowledge generated from the data warehouse is that one of them can produce information to predict prospective Umrah travel pilgrims who may be canceled due to something that makes it impossible to leave. One of the algorithms used for the predicting process can use the nearest neighbor algorithm. The results of the algorithm can produce predictive information about factors that are very influential on the cancellation of the departure of prospective Umrah pilgrims, for example due to family reasons. Based on this explanation, this research was developed by utilizing information technology and software to make predictive analysis based on existing data regarding the cancellation of the departure of Umrah pilgrims at the travel company PT. Bahana Sukses Sejahtera.

Abstract

The usability level of an application is very influential on user satisfaction in using the system. In addition, the usability level is also useful as a starting point for the improvement process of the system being developed. System Usability Scale (SUS) is one of the most widely used testing methods to measure the usability of a system. Users of the Budi Luhur University e-learning system will be given 10 questions and answered on a Likert scale. The results of the calculation of 101 respondents obtained a SUS score of 65.52. This value is in the OK category, but still needs improvement from several aspects such as in terms of user interface and performance. This can be seen from the assessment of the e-learning system that is accessed from the mobile application which gets a score of 41, in contrast to the e-learning system accessed from the website which gets a score of 86. In addition, from the performance of the e-learning system, the score is 77.

Abstract

WebsiteOri merupakan sebuah perusahaan digital marketing yang berdiri sejak tahun 2017.Perusahaan ini memiliki sekitar 20 orang karyawan dengan berbagai keahlian. Namun, sering kaliperusahaan kesulitan menentukan karyawan terbaik secara tepat serta menampung data penilaiankaryawan untuk memberikan tunjangan karena belum adanya sistem penunjang keputusan.Penilaian karyawan juga akan menjadi acuan manager project untuk peningkatan SDM denganmemberikan pelatihan atau penyuluhan kepada karyawan yang memiliki nilai kurang baik. Olehsebab itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan sehingga mampu memberikankeputusan objektif serta lebih cepat dan tepat sehingga hasil yang didapatkan bisa sesuai kebutuhanserta memudahkan perusahaan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik serta menyimpan datapenilaian karyawan. Sistem penunjang keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaikmenggunakan beberapa kriteria yang sudah disetujui oleh Manager Project sertamengimplementasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). melalui metode AnalyticalHierarchy Process ini mampu menghasilkan nilai bobot tiap kriteria serta menghasilkan prioritasalternatif karyawan terbaik. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini akan menciptakan sistem penunjangkeputusan dengan metode yang tepat untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan adanya nilaibobot kriteria serta prioritas alternatif karyawan terbaik. Dengan adanya sistem penunjangkeputusan ini maka Manager Project lebih mudah mengambil keputusan dalam menentukankaryawan terbaik sercara objektif.

Abstract

PT. Metro Batavia atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Batavia Air merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa layanan penerbangan dan Cargo. Kegiatan utama perusahaan tersebut antara lain adalah jasa pengangkutan penumpang melalui penerbangan domestik maupun penerbangan internasional. sistem informasi lost and found adalah sebuah sistem yang berfungsi dalam hal pencarian barang bawaan (bagasi) penumpang pesawat yang hilang saat penumpang turun dari pesawat. Banyaknya daerah perwakilan serta bagasi penumpang terkadang menjadi kendala tersendiri dalam proses pencarian bagasi yang hilang, bukan tak mungkin jika salah satu daerah perwakilan harus berkoordinasi dengan seluruh daerah perwakilan yang ada guna menemukan bagasi yang hilang tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini metodologi yang digunakan adalah tinjauan lapangan, tinjauan kepustakaan dan Perancangan database, hasil dari penelitian ini akan menghasilkan rancangan database sistem informasi Lost and Found yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Batavia Air.

Abstract

PT. Liga Indonesia adalah Perseroan Terbatas yang bergerak dalam pengelolaan peraturan sepakbola di Indonesia. Dimana dalam PT. Liga Indonesia terdapat bagian pengadaan barang dimana untuk pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kesulitan dalam penanganan dokumen-dokumen yang banyak, seperti kesulitan dalam mencari data, kesalahan perhitungan, dan pembuatan laporan sehingga membuat pemimpin perusahaan menyadari kebutuhan untuk pembuatan sistem informasi untuk memecahkan masalah ini. Dalam menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi pengadaan barang metode pengumpulan data yang yang digunakan terdiri dari studi observasi, wawancara dan literatur, serta analisis dan desain sistem menggunakan diagram yang terkandung dalam UML (Unified Modeling Language). Hasil Analisis dan desain sistem pengadaan barang diharapkan dapat membantu bagian pengadaan PT. Liga Indonesia untuk mempercepat proses pengolahan data, dan pencetakan laporan sehingga kelemahan dalam sistem yang lama dapat teratasi dan juga menanggulangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh manusia (human error).

Abstract

Penelitian tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) mempelajari berbagai metode pengembangan sistem, metode perancangan, Bahasa pemograman, software database serta platform pemetaan yang digunakan pada pembangunan dan perancangan sistem informasi geografis berbasis web dalam berbagai bidang. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah suatu sistem spasial berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk menyimpan, mengoleksi, memanipulasi, mengolah informasi geografis dan pengambilan data keruangan permukaan bumi. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu Mencari kesamaan (Compare), Mencari ketidaksamaan (Contrast), Memberikan pandangan (Criticize), Membandingkan (Synthesize) dan Meringkas (Summarize), pada tahapan selanjutnya dibuat Research Question untuk mengetahui metode-metode yang sering digunakan dalam membangun SIG berbasis website. Penelitian ini akan melakukan tinjauan literatur 2018 – 2022 sehingga akan didapati metode yang sedang trend dan lebih baik dalam pembangunan SIG.

Abstract

Technological developments are now very rapid, one of which is the internet. The internet is the main topic in today's society, with the internet people are able to carry out various activities such as buying and selling goods online. Nowadays buying and selling are very easy with a viral business model, namely e-commerce, so customers don't have to come to the store to make a purchase transaction. Wahib Collection store is a store engaged in the sale of clothing. Products sold are various kinds of clothing such as negligees, women's clothing, t-shirts, pants, and jackets. The Wahib Collection store was founded in 2000 and is a family-owned business that has been passed down to their children. The Wahib Collection store has a problem, namely the Wahib Collection store markets its products only by opening store stalls in the market with marketing coverage only around the store, recording at the store is still done manually so the recording is not appropriate, there has been a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic implementing social distancing and people must comply with health protocols and avoid crowds so that the market is quiet. This is the background for utilizing e-commerce as a platform for selling and buying online. The purpose of this research is to make marketing reach wider, data recording will be stored correctly on the website, and sales can be made online. The methodology used is interviews, document analysis, and literature studies with the development of the system using Rapid Application Development (RAD). so that a sales information system is formed using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The Business Model Canvas (BMC) determines the proposed business model based on the current business model. The results of this study, customers can make purchases online using the website, they don't have to come to the store and the store records are computerized.

Abstract

This research is made in the design of a database system and online sales files for sales on a medium business scale, Era 5.0 Society many marketplaces make it easy for medium businesses to sell products, So business actors need to see the development of digital business and forecast their merchandise that is sold out online. As for the implementation of 1) database from RDBMS into MYSQL. The research uses an open source database, namely MYSQL, 2) The research method uses Microsoft Access program tools with the link to the Windows 10 operating system odbc in Extract Transform Load (ETL) which is carried out automatically with button 3 process Extract, Transform, Load from the download folder into the relational database management system (RDMS) in ms access and stored in the MySQL database. 3) This research forms raw data facts from several marketplaces and is processed into normalized table dimensions in the data warehouse. This research aims to design a combination of open-source systems and Microsoft access licenses, for business actors who need sales analysis that is sold multichannel (online or offline), to optimize stock and provide products consistently in each sales channel.

Abstract

The construction industry is a significant part of the gross domestic product of any country, and its success can lead to the long-term economic and social development of lives in general. Many studies have found a positive link between public infrastructure and the economy. Infrastructure investment directly affects economic growth. Well-designed infrastructure will have long-term financial benefits. The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat / PUPR) has played an essential role in strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of infrastructure development by local authorities, including making the right policies in determining infrastructure development priorities. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Bayes method were used in this study. First, we used AHP to derive independent weights for criteria. Then, we determined the closeness between priorities to produce a sequence of infrastructure development priorities. Based on the results, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Bayes Method showed that Lampihong-Panaitan, Halong-Tabuan, and Bihara-Tariwin roads are Priorities for development. Then the Wangkili-Pudak road, and finally, the Awayan-Bihara. Decision support systems using the AHP and Bayes methods can determine priorities for road infrastructure development at the Office of Public Works and Public Housing in Balangan Regency.
