Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of Chinese culture in the tourism development of the Surya Kencana area in Bogor City, which holds significant potential as a cultural tourism destination. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT analysis as the methodological framework. Data were collected through structured interviews with key informants, including representatives from the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Office, Chinese cultural figures, local residents, and visitors, as well as through direct field observations. The theory of representation was used to examine elements of material culture, performing arts, and cultural festivals. The findings reveal that Chinese culture is represented through architectural features, traditional culinary practices, performing arts such as Barongsai and Liong, and cultural festivals such as Cap Go Meh. The SWOT analysis produced an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) score of 0.98 and an External Factor Evaluation (EFE) score of 0.8, underscoring the importance of adaptive strategies in the development of culture-based tourism. Despite its potential, the area still faces development challenges, particularly limited promotion and low public awareness. This study recommends the strategic use of digital technology, improved promotional efforts, and active community collaboration as essential measures to preserve and further develop Chinese cultural heritage in the Surya Kencana area.

Abstract

Exports are the delivery of goods and services sold by residents of one country to residents of another country to obtain foreign currency from the purchasing country. TThe aim of the research is to find out the best model produced and compare the ARIMA Box-Jenskins method with the ARIMA Ensemble for forecasting monthly export value (millions of $) in Bengkulu province from January 2010 – December 2021. The data was analyzed using the ARIMA Box-Jenskins method with ARIMA Ensemble. The ARIMA method is a time series forecasting technique, using past values of the dependent variable to make accurate short-term forecasts. ARIMA ensemble is a combination of forecast results from several ARIMA models which can be used to combine the output of different forecast results from ensemble members, namely ensemble averaging and ensemble stacking. From data processing, it was obtained that the best model used to predict the export value of Bengkulu province for the period January 2021 to December 2021 is the ARIMA(3,1,1) model because it has the smallest RMSE value, namely 6.242145 with the predicted value results for the next 12 periods.

Abstract

Development of Web-based QR barcode media based on ancient human material from the preliterate period using the ADDIE model. The first stage is an analysis based on the findings, history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru still uses methods that are not yet effective so that the teaching and learning process only becomes one way, where the teacher still dominates and is the center of learning activities. The second stage is design. At this stage the author designs a product, namely Web-based QR barcode media. Creating a successful website requires careful planning and a structured process. The Third Stage is development. At this stage the author develops a product, namely Web-based QR barcode media. Create a website design according to the initial plan, then create and upload website content, including text, images, video and audio. Make sure the content is well structured and easy to access. The fourth stage is implementation or application. After carrying out the development, validation and revision stages from experts and getting a proper assessment and very suitable for field testing, then this QR barcode learning media is used. The fifth stage is evaluation. At this stage, an analysis of the quality of WEB-based QR barcode learning media is carried out after carrying out validation tests from material experts, media experts, and student responses. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the development of Web-based QR barcode learning media is "Feasible" based on the material expert assessment stage of 73.8%, media experts 86% in the "Very Feasible" category and assessment of small group student responses to the media with a percentage of 90.8% , with the "Very Appropriate" category, and the assessment of large group student responses to the media with a percentage of 93.3% in the "Very Appropriate" category.

Abstract

Background: Acute compartment syndrome is a rare complication of the percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) transradial approach but it is very hand-threatening. Treatment for acute compartment syndrome is emergent fasciotomy of the affected compartments to reduce intracompartmental pressure. Axillary plexus block is an excellent choice of anesthesia technique for elbow, forearm, and hand surgery. Case presentation: An 80-year-old, 60 kg, 168 cm man was consulted to our department with a painful swelling on his right upper arm and hand that began three hours after a primary PCI procedure. Previously, the patient had a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The supporting examination results were notable for anemia (Hemoglobin 7,5 g/dL), thrombocytopenia (78 x103/uL), elevated hemostasis function (International Normalized Ratio 1.43), and high blood sugar (360 mg/dL) from echocardiography results anteroseptal and lateral hypokinetic. Before we did block, the patient was given ketamine 10 mcg IV and fentanyl 25 mcg IV for sedation. Axillary plexus block, as a type of regional anesthesia under ultrasound guidance, is a reliable substitute for general anesthesia in high-risk patients, and we do it with a dose of 20 ml of solution (50 mg (10 ml) isobaric bupivacaine 0.5% + 200 mg lidocaine 2% diluted with 20 ml normal saline). During the surgery, the patient was hemodynamically stable. After the operation, the patient was readmitted to the intensive cardiac care unit (ICCU). Conclusion: Axillary plexus block can be an alternative to general anesthesia in patients who will undergo fasciotomy surgery after percutaneous coronary intervention transradial approach with stable hemodynamics during surgery and well-controlled pain after the surgery.
