Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan energi angin sebagai sumber listrik alternatif di Kecamatan Muara Gembong dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan literasi energi dan keterampilan teknis masyarakat pesisir. Wilayah ini memiliki potensi angin yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sementara akses terhadap energi listrik masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan yang mencakup teori dan praktik langsung pemasangan turbin angin skala kecil. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor posttest dibandingkan pretest, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta secara menyeluruh. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan berbasis praktik dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendorong kemandirian energi masyarakat.     Abstract The training program on wind energy utilization as an alternative electricity source in Muara Gembong District was conducted to enhance energy literacy and technical skills among coastal communities. This region possesses untapped wind energy potential, while access to conventional electricity remains limited. The study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the effectiveness of the training, which combined theoretical instruction with hands-on practice in installing small-scale wind turbines. Statistical analysis revealed a significant increase in posttest scores compared to pretest results, indicating that the training successfully improved participants’ understanding. These findings suggest that practice-based training can serve as an effective strategy to foster community energy independence.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Profesi Guru, Sekolah Pascasarjana UNJ, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman (MI, MTs, & MA) dengan fokus pada transformasi peran guru dari pengajar menjadi arsitek pengalaman belajar yang inovatif. Melalui pendekatan yang sejalan dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan yang berbasis pada tiga pilar utama. Pilar pertama membedah potret dan kompetensi esensial guru di era digital (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dan kewarganegaraan digital sebagai landasan dalam tindakanpembelajaran. Pilar kedua memberikan pelatihan praktis metode mengajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan (ThinkPair-Share, Gallery Walk, & Teknik Bertanya) untuk menciptakan kelas yang hidup dan berpusat pada siswa. Pilar ketiga elatih guru untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif dan etis. Para guru dibekali kemampuan menggunakan berbagai tools seperti Canva, Quizizz, Padlet, hingga Artificial Intelligence (AI) sepeti Chat-GPT sebagai "co-pilot" atau asisten dari guru untuk merancang pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan efisien. Dalam konteks PTK, guru didorong untuk merefleksikan tindakan mereka secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dengan mengevaluasi dan menyesuaikan pendekatan yang diterapkan di kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan inovatif   Abstract The Community Service (PkM) activity organized by the Teacher Professional Program, UNJ Graduate School, aims to improve teachers' competence in facing educational challenges in the digital era. This activity was held at the Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Foundation (MI, MTs, & MA) with a focus on transforming the role of teachers from teachers to architects of innovative learning experiences. Through an approach that is in line with Classroom Action Research (PTK), this activity is designed to provide training based on three main pillars. The first pillar discusses the essential competencies of teachers in the digital era, including the application of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework and digital citizenship as a foundation for learning actions. The second pillar provides practical training on interactive teaching methods, such as Think-Pair-Share, Gallery Walk, and Questioning Techniques, that can be directly applied in the classroom to create student-centered learning. The third pillar teaches the effective and ethical use of technology, by introducing various digital tools such as Canva, Quizizz, Padlet, and AI (ChatGPT) to design more creative and efficient learning. In the context of PTK, teachers are encouraged to reflect on their actions in an ongoing manner to improve the quality of learning, by evaluating and adapting the approach applied in the classroom. The results of this activity are expected to strengthen teachers' competence in creating an adaptive and innovative learning environment.

Abstract

Apel merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di Indonesia yang kualitasnya perlu diklasifikasikan secara tepat untuk menjaga nilai jual. Proses klasifikasi manual masih sering digunakan, namun memiliki kelemahan dari sisi waktu, biaya, dan akurasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Decision Tree dan Random Forest dalam klasifikasi kualitas buah apel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari dataset Kaggle dengan atribut ukuran, berat, tingkat kemanisan, kerenyahan, kelembapan, kematangan, dan keasaman. Metode penelitian meliputi preprocessing, pembagian data, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan random forest mendapatkan tinggkat akurasi 90% dan tingkat akurasi Decision Tree 81% maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa algoritma Random Forest merupakan metode yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan Decision TreeSelain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan pengujian dengan beberapa rasio pembagian data latih (training) dan data uji (testing), yaitu (90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40, 50/50). Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, diperoleh bahwa rasio 80/20 menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang paling tinggi dibandingkan rasio lainnya.

Abstract

The need for a fast, stable and reliable internet connection is very important, including in educational institutions such as TPQ AL-FALAH, which functions to manage the administration system, as well as stream events directly via YouTube. However, the use of one internet line is often unable to provide stability, so a solution is needed in the form of combining two ISP lines using load balancing techniques. This research implements the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method on a Mikrotik device to combine two internet lines from different ISPs, namely PT Global Media Data Prima and the Orbit Star 2 modem. This method allows for even network distribution between available connections. This research also analyzes Quality of Service (QoS). Testing is carried out based on four main parameters, namely delay, jitter, packet loss and throughput. The analysis results show that load balancing using the PCC method in scenario 3 is the best result, namely when both ISPs are active simultaneously with a delay value of 0.8 ms, jitter 0.01 ms, packet loss 0.11%, and throughput 9038 kbps, based on the TIPHON standard category, then the QoS analysis parameter results for scenario 3 are all parameters in the excellent or very good category. Thus, this load balancing system has proven effective in improving the performance and reliability of the internet network in the TPQ AL-FALAH work environment.

Abstract

The Semboro District Office has an internet connection of up to 300 Mbps used for public services, employees, and public access. However, the absence of bandwidth management causes unstable connectivity, particularly for service-related devices, reducing service quality. This study implements the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method to manage network bandwidth. The results indicate that after HTB implementation, each user receives bandwidth according to their assigned profile without exceeding predefined limits. The initial downstream bandwidth of 23.51 Mbps decreased to 18.37 Mbps after implementation. Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation shows a score of 3.75, categorized as good. Throughput increased from 21k to 41k, delay decreased from 46.335 ms to 16.7 ms, and jitter decreased from 0.058 ms to 0.000035 ms, while packet loss remained at 0%. These results conclude that HTB implementation improves network stability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding various concentrations of carrots (Daucus carota L.) on the physical quality of duck egg sausages including water content, cooking loss, and pH. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jambi University on November 24–28, 2025. The research method used was an experiment with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were the addition of carrots as much as 25% (P1), 35% (P2), 45% (P3), 55% (P4), and 65% (P5) with the use of sago flour of 10% in each treatment. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan's test if there were significant differences. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of various concentrations of carrots had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the water content and cooking loss of duck egg sausages, but had a significant effect (P<0.01) on the pH value. The water content ranged from 61.44–65.54% and cooking loss between 3.09–8.05%. Treatment P3 produced the lowest cooking loss (3.09%) with the lowest water content (64.45%) and pH (7.13). Based on the results of the parameters, treatment P3 (45% carrot addition) produced good physical quality and showed significantly lower results compared to the other treatments.
