Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pendaan dalam lembaga pendidikan menjadi hal yang paling sulit untuk dilakukan dan dikendaliakan jika tidak adanya tehnik-tehnik dalam penyaluaran keseluruh bidang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitati dengan pendekatan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah seorang kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dilembaga pendidikan tersebut, harus lebih memperhatikan atas segala sesuatu yang mencakup dan maupun system pembelajaran. Karena keduanya saling memiliki keterkaitan antara yang satu dengan yang satunya. Peran guru serta staf juga tidak dapat dilepaskan, diharapakan adanya kontribusi-kontribusi yang diberikan sebagai penunjang lancarnya segala harapan dan keinginan dari lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Sehinggan harapan-harapan tidak hanya angin belaka, harus mencari sumber-sumber permasalahan jika terjadi suatu konflik tentan pembiayaan. Walaupun bersih dari yang dinamakan korupsi. Namun, jika pengaplikasian selalu tidak tepat pada sasarannya Akan mengakibatkan kemerosotan pada lembaga pendidikan terssebtu, karena hanya memanfaatkan apa yang ada serta yang lebih parahnya menerima apa adanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unytuk mengetahui Implementasi Fungsi-Fungsi Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan meliputi Perencanaan pembiayaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Al-Wasliyah Stabat, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi adalah dikarenakan peneliti ingin mendalami secara langsung fenomena perilaku masyarakat yang diteliti secara alamiyah tentang hal yang berkaitan tentang Implementasi Fungsi-fungsi Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan di MTs Al-Washliyah Stabat, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat. Untuk memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan Teknik dan intrumen pengumpulan data yaitu Pengamatan, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah 1. Perencanaan Pembiayaan tahap awal yang dilakukan oleh Kepala sekolah, yakni melibatkan semua bawahannya ketika perencanaan dan penyusunan anggaran madrasah. 2. Pengorganisasian pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs Al-Wasliyah Stabat, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat, yaitu pembagian tugas dan kerja serta yang akan tugaskan terutam dari 8 standar nasional, 3. Pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan di di MTs Al-Wasliyah Stabat, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat, dilakukan dengan kerja sama yang baik, dan terbuka antara kepala sekolah dengan para guru dan sta, serta komunikasi antara kepala sekolah dengan guru-guru, 4. Pengawasan yang dilakukan di di MTs Al-Wasliyah Stabat, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat, yaitu untuk mengukur, menilai dan mengevaluasi anggaran yang di keluarkan oleh Madrasah baik pertriwulan atau tahunan.

Abstract

This article aimed to determine the existing leadership behavior in the school as an effort to improve the quality of education by implementing programs, communication, and motivation. This research used qualitative methods in case study. The researchers used triangulation, observation, interviews, and documentation in data collecting methods. The results showed that the implementation of activity programs such as training can improve the quality and professionalism of teachers. Coaching extracurricular activities can add insight and soft skills to students. The implementation of the Adiwiyata Dimadrasah program aimed at creating awareness of loving the environment and as a place for learning. The communication applied by the principal was interpersonal communication, two-way, and feedback. The form of motivation towards madrasah citizens was exemplified by performance, professional, procedural and agents of change. Keywords: Leadership, Quality of Education, Teacher Professionalism

Abstract

The focus of research is: 1) the example of the headmaster of madrasas to teachers, staff and madrasah residents; 2) the head of madrasa in motivating teachers, staff and madrasa citizens; 3) madrasa head in improving the quality of students. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the leadership of the head of state madrasah aliyah in improving the quality of students and the purpose of this study is to find out the leadership of the head of the state madrasa aliyah in improving the quality of students. This type of research is a qualitative research and data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show the leadership of the Madrasah MAN 2 Medan Model as a leader who listens to the opinions and ideas of teachers and madrasa staff who aim to improve the quality of students. The madrasa head gives exemplary values of morality and values of worship to teachers, madrasah staff and residents and the madrasa head gives the example of courtesy in dressing for teachers and students. Efforts to improve the quality of students carried out in madrassas by offering several excellent programs and daily programs. Evaluations conducted by the teacher every day, month and year, this goal is done to see the learning outcomes. AbstrakFokus penelitian merupakan : 1) keteladanan kepala madrasah kepada guru, staf dan warga madrasah; 2) kepal madrasah dalam memotivasi guru, staf dan warga madrasah; 3) kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala madrasah aliyah negeri dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik dan tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui  kepemimpinan kepala madrasah aliyah negeri dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakn penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan madrasah MAN 2 Model Medan sebagai seorang pemimpin yang mendengarkan pendapat dan ide-ide dari guru dan staf madrasah yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan mutu peserta didik. Kepala madrasah memberikan keteladanan yang bernilai akhlakul karimah dan nilai-nilai ibadah kepada guru, staf dan warga madrasah dan kepala madrasah memberikan keteladana berupa sopan santun dalam berpakaian kepada guru dan peserta didik. Upaya peningkatan mutu peserta didik yang dilakukan di madrasah dengan menawarkan beberapa program unggulan dan program harian. Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru setiap hari, bulan dan tahun, tujuan ini dilakukan untuk melihat hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

The focus of the study is: 1) Communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in decision making and policy improvement of quality ; 2) Factors supporting the communication interpersonal heads of madrassas in the decision -making improvement of quality ; 3) obstacles head of madrassas in communication interpersonal pengamblan decisions and policies quality improvement . The formulation of the problem in this study is how the leadership of the headmaster of MTs Ummi Lubuk Pakam in improving the quality of students and the purpose of this study is to determine the leadership of the principal of MTs Ummi madrasah in improving the quality of students. This type of research this qualitative research and data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that communication interpersonal heads of madrassas run by the well. Head madrassa raised an issue and discussed by listening to the input and output of the entire teachers and residents of the school are related. Head madrassa apply the value of the family to the entire citizens of the madrasa, so that citizens maadrasah feel dihaargai and dibutuhkaan so was born the attitude of loyalty that high directed toward madrasah and a sense of belonging madrasa good so kesdaran to improve the quality of madrasah is born of the whole wargaa madraasah it alone Making decisions that applied the head of the madrassa with a system of deliberation for the sake of generating results that best. Efforts to improve the quality of students who performed at the school by offering several programs -Program madarasah and extracurricular to grow skills and mentality of the participants students with the purpose of generating a graduate of the best of the value of the attitude and knowledge.

Abstract

Research implementation of learning is taught by teachers who are under the responsibility of the parents. The author argues that the implementation of learning in the tahfizil quran pesantren gives birth to many students memorizing the Koran at a young age, it is all inseparable from a good curriculum, which includes careful curriculum planning, and curriculum planning which includes the formulation of tahfiz goals, tahfiz material, and evaluation. tahfiz. Although there are several obstacles, namely teachers who teach tahfiz are not from the teacher faculty. research method used in this research is the case study method. A case study ( Case Study ) is a study conducted in an incentive, detailed and in-depth manner towards an organization, institution or specific phenomenon. According to Nasution, a case study is a form of research that can be carried out on an individual, a group of individuals, a human group (teacher, ethnic group), human environment (village), or social institutions. Result is Curriculum planning at the Islamic boarding school Tahfizil quran foundation is the realization of people who memorize and have the insight of the Qur'an and have a spiritual, intellectual, and moral balance towards a generation that is civilized by the Qur'an, highly committed to actualizing the teachings of the Al-Qur'an. -Qur'an and beneficial to society. Materials for learning at the Islamic Center foundation pesantren are for SD mainimal 5 Juz, while for Madrasah Tsanawiyah for class VII 5 Juz, for grade VII 10 Juz and for grade IX 15 Juz, Madrasah Aliyah 20 to 25 and for Madrasah Tahfizhil Quran are the targets. 30 juz. In the Tahfizil quran Islamic boarding school there are several methods used, namely: the si'maan method (listening to memorization), the quiz method (giving questions), the splicing method, the talaqqi method and the sorongan method. Target achievement of 2 years 30 chapters with the burden of learning 4 hours / day. And the learning schedule, from morning to dawn until 7 o'clock, and the target is 1 to 2 pages per day (10 to 20 days 1 juz, only then 10 days for memorizing muraja'ah. Evaluation of learning in the tahfizhil quran pesantren by looking at the progress of the students' memorization.Implementation of learning is the process of the learning implementation plan (RPP) which includes preliminary activities, core and pentup activities. In this Islamic boarding school specifically for the tahfizil Quran, it does not use money.

Abstract

This study examines how the recruitment management pattern was carried out by Madrasahs at MTs Negeri 2 as an effort to improve the quality of education, how recruitment is in its implementation, and whether there are obstacles during implementation and the solutions offered by madrasah management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study technique. The results of the study include the recruitment process which includes the socialization of the announcement of the admission of new educators, administrative selection, written tests, Madrasah interview tests, and school tests (microteaching, school interviews, computer tests, and Al-Qur'an reading and writing tests) carried out accordingly. procedures prepared by the Recruitment Team. Recruitment is carried out following the implementation procedure by prioritizing the main objective of selecting the most qualified educators according to the standards set by MTs Negeri 2 Medan. Supervision of the Recruitment Team carried out by Madrasahs and Heads of MTs Negeri 2 Medan to avoid the possibility of misappropriation or deviation from the Recruitment Team. Meanwhile, for the supervision and evaluation of new educators obtained from the recruitment selection results, they are given time for internships. Internships are carried out to evaluate new educators, see efforts to improve themselves, and see innovations made even to evaluate moral behavior and work behavior during the internship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conflict that occurred in RA Al-Kahfi, Medan City, and its effect on the quality of education. Analyze the conflicts that occur and the quality of conditions in RA. The research method used is a qualitative method by applying a case study approach. Abstract

This study is to see the implementation of change management in Islamic boarding schools at Ulumul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Stabat, Langkat Regency. the method used is qualitative. The results of the study show that the implementation of change management in Islamic boarding schools at the Ulumul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Stabat, Langkat Regency, has a history of its establishment, the existence of educators and education staff, the supporting factors in the management of change in the pesantren and the inhibiting factors in the management of change in the pesantren. . From the history of the establishment of the Ulumul Qur'an Islamic boarding school, we can see that this Islamic boarding school prioritizes the Qur'anic Sciences, educators and education staff who really have achievements to teach at the Ulumul Qur'an Islamic boarding school, then there are supporting factors for the pesantren. here is the input from community leaders, parents and the number of students where the pesantren can experience good changes and finally the inhibiting factor in the pesantren is also when the state of the cottage or the financial situation is starting to need and there are shortages, here we will also affect the management factor and because it is all based on ability in terms of financial efforts
