Abstract

In the era of digitalization technology, the Zakat collection Boards need to enhance their ways to optimalize the fund rising. BAZNAS of Tangerang City adapts their capacity through implement the digitalization of fundrising  by suing SIMBA (Information Management System of BAznas). The BAZNAS digitalization system in Tangerang City divided into 2 parts, namely internal and external including SIMBA and digital zakat. This study uses a qualitative analysis method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants selected in this research is determined using purposive sampling technique. Research result shows that the digitization of zakat fund collection in BAZNAS in Tangerang City the implementation has been effective. However, there are still some obstacles faced by BAZNAS staff officers and BAZNAS muzaki such as internet network problems and reporting proof of payment of zakat. Another finding, the implication in this research is BAZNAS Kota Tangerang needs to evaluate human errors that occur in digital systems and strengthen them security and keep innovating.

Abstract

The development of the sharia economy in Indonesia as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world is also inseparable from the development of the Islamic economy in the world, especially those from neighboring Malaysia. Starting in the 1993s marked by the establishment of the first Islamic bank, Bank Muamalat until now its growth continues to be encouraging. Economic and financial institutions as well as educational institutions that examine sharia values ​​as the basis have made a positive contribution to sharia economic growth. Regarding the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia, it is very interesting to study how its positioning or existence is in the Indonesian legal, political and economic system. This paper examines this relationship in order to get a conclusion of its compatibility with the economic system that we adhere to with a qualitative approach to literature study. The results of this study find that Islamic Economics and Pancasila Economics are both inseparable because they have high compatibility. Normatively, the objectives of the Pancasila Economy which are marked by Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution have the same principle in Islamic economics, namely the principles of gaining falah, socio-economic justice and equity and prosperity. The implication of this study is that Islam and Pancasila, especially in the economic field, cannot be separated.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the the defferences of fiqh opinion regarding the issue of interest in the case of financing in the bank. The qawaid fiqiyah and qawaid ushuliyah are used in this study to decide the law of interest imposed to the bank. The finding of this study is based the analysis of the qowaid booth fiqiyah and ushuliyah is the law of interest in the bank is unpermissible. The majority of fuqaha give their opinion that the interest imposed in the bank is similar to the riba nashi’ah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance, promotion and digital literacy models on muzzaki's decision to pay zakat online. The sample of this research is muzzaki, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, who already work or have income. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using analysis technique Partial Least Square (PLS) or Smart PLS Version 3.0. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 80 people who were determined using a purposive sampling technique with muzzaki criteria, Cipondoh District, Tangerang City, who were already working or had income. The results showed that each variable, namely the technology acceptance model (X1), digital literacy (X3) and trust (Z) had a positive and significant effect on the muzzaki's decision to pay zakat online (Y) with a t-count value of 2,637 p-value. 0.009>0.05, t-count 2.288 p-value 0.023>0.05, and t-count 6.278 p-value 0.000>0.05. While promotion (X2) has no significant effect on the decision of muzzaki to pay zakat online with a t-count value of 0.341 p-values 0.733 <0.05

Abstract

This study investigates the implications of the ‘flexing’ phenomenon, characterized by the ostentatious display of wealth and material possessions on social media, on the religious and social life of Indonesian Muslim millennials. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study analyzes data collected through social media observation and interviews with millennial Muslims. Findings reveal that ‘flexing’ can have detrimental effects on religious life, including fostering excessive materialism, eroding integrity and honesty, and hindering the fulfillment of Islamic obligations such as Zakat and charitable giving. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that "flexing" contributes to social issues such as excessive consumerism, social inequality, a decline in empathy and concern for others, and potential mental health issues arising from social comparison and insecurity. The study concludes that while ‘flexing’ may be perceived differently by individuals, its potential negative impacts on religious values and social cohesion warrant critical consideration.

Abstract

A strong marketing strategy is crucial for firms since it immediately affects sales growth, brand promotion, and the identification of new market opportunities, leading to a sustained competitive advantage. Using SWOT analysis, which includes assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, is a crucial tool for developing a focused marketing strategy for items. This study seeks to explore the utilization of SWOT analysis in formulating the marketing strategy for the Griya Hasanah Home Financing Product (PPR) at BSI KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas. It involves a thorough analysis of both internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) variables. This research aims to use a descriptive qualitative technique to thoroughly examine and analyse the strengths, flaws, opportunities, and dangers associated with the Griya Hasanah PPR product at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas. Data collecting involves gathering primary sources, such as interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from other sources such websites, journals, books, and pertinent literature. The study's findings indicate that when using the SWOT analysis framework, internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), referred to as S - W, have a favourable value of 1.08 on the X-axis. On the other hand, external factors (opportunities and threats), represented as O - T, have a positive value of 1 on the Y-axis. Therefore, placing the Griya Hasanah PPR product at BSI KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas in quadrant 1 indicates the necessity for the company to implement a proactive marketing plan. By utilizing the company's strengths and capitalising on opportunities, this strategy is positioned to strengthen its competitive position and continuously extend its market presence.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran penting dan tantangan yang dianut oleh Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (KPI) dalam memajukan perekonomian Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif, penelitian ini melakukan kajian literatur yang ada. Penelitian ini juga mencakup pemeriksaan analitis melalui perbandingan dengan temuan sebelumnya dan artikel yang relevan. Temuan utama studi ini menggarisbawahi peran penting yang dimainkan oleh Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Lembaga-lembaga ini muncul sebagai sumber penting dukungan keuangan untuk kegiatan pasar dan ekspansi bisnis, sehingga memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian nasional. Sebagai komponen integral dari sektor keuangan non-bank, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) merupakan bagian penting dari upaya pengentasan kemiskinan pemerintah, yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan individu yang terpinggirkan dan mendorong pertumbuhan usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM). This study aims to investigate the pivotal roles and challenges embraced by Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFIs) in driving forward the Indonesian economy. Employing a descriptive-qualitative research approach, this study conducts a comprehensive review of existing literature. The research also includes analytical examinations through comparisons with previous findings and relevant articles. The study's key findings underscore the essential role played by Islamic Microfinance Institutions in supporting the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). These institutions emerge as a critical source of financial support for market activities and business expansion, thus making a substantial contribution to the national economy. As integral components of the non-bank financial sector, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) represent a vital part of the government's poverty alleviation efforts, aimed at empowering marginalized individuals and fostering the growth of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

The rapid advancement of the internet has significantly influenced how Generation Z engages with religious knowledge and practices, raising concerns about its impact on their perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors regarding religious moderation. This study aims to examine this influence, focusing on actively enrolled students who demonstrate internet addiction and rely heavily on online platforms for religious activities. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews and observations to capture the lived experiences of these students. Findings reveal that most students spend over seven hours daily online, making the internet a primary source of academic and religious knowledge. This extensive use shapes their understanding of Islamic principles and their attitudes toward religious moderation, with online platforms perceived as convenient and reliable for accessing religious content. However, the study highlights the need for supervision and guidance to foster critical thinking and discernment, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in promoting balanced and thoughtful religious perspectives among Generation Z in the digital era

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Human Resource (HR) Policies, Intellectual Capital, and Social Risk on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance within the fintech industry. As ESG factors increasingly shape stakeholder expectations and regulatory frameworks, fintech companies must adopt sustainable practices not only through technology but also through strategic human and intellectual resource management. Using a quantitative approach with data analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the findings demonstrate that all three variables—HR Policies, Intellectual Capital, and Social Risk—positively and significantly affect ESG Performance. HR Policies emerged as the most influential factor, followed by Social Risk and Intellectual Capital. The model also shows strong explanatory and predictive relevance. These results highlight the crucial role of human capital development and risk mitigation in driving sustainability efforts in fintech firms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kesiapan teknologi, kreativitas, dan jaringan bisnis terhadap keberlanjutan usaha rintisan di sektor ekonomi kreatif Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 160 responden melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel—kesiapan teknologi, kreativitas, dan jaringan bisnis—memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Di antara ketiganya, kreativitas memiliki pengaruh terkuat, menyoroti perannya yang sentral dalam mendorong inovasi dan daya saing dalam usaha kreatif. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa meningkatkan kemampuan digital, mengembangkan potensi kreatif, dan memperkuat jaringan kewirausahaan merupakan strategi kritis untuk mendukung pengembangan berkelanjutan dalam ekosistem start-up. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi bidang kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dan implikasi praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, inkubator, dan pendiri start-up.
