Abstract

Tren globalisasi merambah semua lini kehidupan manusia tak terkecuali dalam proses pemerintahan. Adaptasi perlu dilakukan agar tata kelola pemerintahan bisa responsif menjawab tuntutan zaman dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Di tingkat pusat maupun daerah bahkan tingkat desa pemerintah melakukan transformasi secara bertahap untuk mengimplementasikan e-Government, yaitu tata pemerintahan yang menggunakan sarana elektronik dan saluran internet (online). Di Indonesia, pengembangan e-Government sudah diatur dalam Inpres No. 3 Tahun 2003 dengan tujuan mengembangkan penyelenggaraan kepemerintahan yang berbasis elektronik dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan public secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam konteks Indramayu, Pemerintah Kabupaten menggulirkan kebijakan e-Government berbasis konsep Smart City. Indramayu mendapatkan penghargaan Penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dengan mendapatkan predikat membanggakan pada bulan April 2021 lalu. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasinya, penerapannya menempati peringkat 5 nasional. Predikat yang diraih tersebut berdasarkan evaluasi SPBE yang dilakukan pada Oktober 2020 oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemen PAN-RB).

Abstract

Kawasan hutan mangrove Karangsong merupakan hasil rehabilitasi sejak 2008 yang dikelola dan kemudian dijadikan ekowisata oleh Kelompok Pantai Lestari dengan didukung oleh PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Karangsong, Kabupaten Indramayu, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan program CSR PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan dalam pengelolaan Ekowisata Mangrove. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan CSR PT Pertamina RU VI dilakukan dengan melibatkan Kelompok Lestari yang didukung oleh Pemerintah Desa Karangsong dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Indramayu. Pertamina  dan Kelompok Lestari menjadi aktor kunci dalam kegiatan rehabilitasi mangrove. Implementasi dalam aspek komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi perlu ditingkatkan untuk keberlanjutan program yang memiliki dampak positif secara sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi.

Abstract

This research was conducted from December 2022 to May 2023. The research objective was to generate information in the form of a more in-depth  explanation  about  the  influence  of  promotion  on  customer satisfaction and to obtain results from data processing on the extent of the influence of promotion on customer satisfaction. The method used was causality or cause-and-effect with the influence method. The type of  research  was  descriptive  and  verificative  with  a  population  and sample  of  95  customer  respondents,  using  field  studies  and  direct surveys through questionnaire distribution. The result of the simple linear regression equation between X and Y is Y=9.481+0.638+e.  The  results  of  Hypothesis  Testing  show  that  the Promotion  variable  has  a  sig  value  <  0.05,  meaning  it  is  significant. tcount=9.269  >  ttable=1.6610.  Thus,  the  Promotion  variable  has  a positive   and   significant   relationship   with   Customer   Satisfaction. Therefore,   the   hypothesis   test   result:   H1   is   accepted   and   H0   is rejected. The correlation coefficient obtained is r=0.693, which means there is a strong and positive relationship indicating that an increase in Promotion can generally increase Customer Satisfaction. The result of KD (R²) = 0.480. This means that 48% of the independent variable, Promotion, can explain Customer Satisfaction. The remaining 52% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

his research investigates what students feel during open class as part of the lesson study framework and how this affects their learning experience. A descriptive quantitative method was employed in this study. The primary data were obtained from questionnaires that aimed to understand the factors in three components: students' comfort during lesson study, students' perceptions of teachers' performance on teaching and learning, and students' achievement during lesson study. The participants were 21 tenth-grade students from SMA Negeri 8 Malang, East Java, Indonesia, who took part in a biology lesson conducted through the lesson study approach. The results indicate that most students felt positively charged, with 70% feeling comfortable in open classes, 91% providing positive teacher performance feedback, and 93% feeling they had performed well. This study highlighted how lesson study can help create a reflective and cooperative learning culture that benefits all participants, including the teachers. Lesson study promotes a positive environment in the classroom that students see as conducive for engagement and actual learning through improved lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional delivery. The findings also emphasize the need to seek and find methods to increase student comfort and reduce negative emotions experienced by students during open classes. Future research is recommended to examine the long-term impacts of open-class experiences within the lesson study on students' academic motivation, emotional resilience, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) mencerminkan keberhasilan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat desa di Indonesia pada periode 2022–2024. Berbeda dari studi yang menitikberatkan pada aspek fiskal dan capaian administratif, artikel ini memfokuskan diri pada dimensi sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi dalam IDM sebagai indikator reflektif atas pembangunan berbasis komunitas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dan data sekunder dari Kemendesa serta penelitian terdahulu, artikel ini menelaah perubahan status desa serta makna di balik peningkatan angka IDM dalam konteks partisipasi warga, transformasi sosial, dan penguatan kapasitas lokal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun jumlah desa mandiri meningkat signifikan, tantangan pemberdayaan tetap ada, terutama dalam hal ketimpangan wilayah dan keterbatasan partisipasi kelompok rentan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya reorientasi IDM sebagai alat ukur yang tidak hanya kuantitatif, tetapi juga kualitatif secara substantif.

Abstract

The realization of good governance is the hope of all parties. Government and development processes will be more effective, efficient and accountable if supported by high participation from the community. This paper seeks to explain the role of public participation in the preparation of regional budgets so far.  The success of preparing/planning regional budgets and their implementation depends on active community involvement. Regional budget planning has so far not been fully able to stimulate and expand the active involvement of these communities. The preparation of regional budgets should reflect and be aimed at achieving goals in accordance with community interests.

Abstract

The reliability of the power distribution network in the tropics is particularly vulnerable to thunderstorm disturbances, which can cause asset damage and service interruptions. Lightning arrester (LA) as a primary protection component experiences performance degradation over time due to environmental factors, which has the potential to cause protection failure to thermal runaway. This study aims to conduct a technical analysis of the urgency of replacing existing LA units through a quantitative evaluation of isolation prisoners and a comparison of technical specifications with modern LA. The research methodology refers to the standard testing of insulation resistance with high DC voltage (2.5 kV - 5 kV), where values below the critical threshold of 1 Giga Ohm (GΩ) are identified as indicators of insulation failure after corrective cleaning measures are ruled out. The researchers analyzed that the value below the standard indicated a significant risk of leakage current that could trigger catastrophic failure of the Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) block. The results of this analysis are expected to provide a strong technical justification for predictive maintenance policies, in order to improve surge protection capabilities, reduce the rate of disturbances, and ultimately strengthen the reliability of the electrical system comprehensively.

Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran akidah akhlak dalam perkembangan moralitas Peserta didik bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep pembelajaran akidah akhlak, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam mengembangkan moralitas. Peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam perkembangan moralitas peserta didik melalui penerapan pembelajaran aqidah akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Studi kasus adalah eksplorasi mendalam dari sistem terikat berdasarkan pengumpulan data dalam hal waktu, tempat, atau batas-batas fisik.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penelitian observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Implementasi pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak dan perkembangan moralitas Peserta didik di MTs Negeri 8 Kuningan dilihat dari keseharian Peserta didik dengan upaya guru Aqidah Akhlak yaitu memberikan motivasi, nasehat dan dorongan untuk membangkitkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pembelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam perkembangan moralitas peserta didik di MTs Negeri 8 Kuningan, meliputi: (a) faktor pendukung seperti kegiatan keagamaan yang diadakan sekolah, contohnya melaksanakan shalat Sunnah dhuha dan shalat dzuhur berjama'ah., sedangkan (b) Faktor penghambat seperti kegiatan keagamaan masih ada sebagian Peserta didik yang kurang bersemangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan keagamaan. Abstract

Urban slum areas in Indonesia began to feel very disruptive to city mechanisms and dynamics in the late 70s, so the government launched Village Improvement programs such as the Moh Slum Improvement Program. Husni Thamrin in Jakarta, Dewi Sartika Village Improvement Program in Bandung, and other village improvements carried out in big cities in Indonesia. While these programs have not been able to solve existing problems, city dynamics are running so fast, especially after reform. The development of cities with very high population pressure is beyond the government's ability to control them. On the other hand, the need for employment and business is very large due to the financial crisis and the phenomenon of job cuts (PHK), because many companies are going bankrupt. This problem must be borne by the city ecosystem which has many limitations. People in every city, because they are pressured by the necessities of life, can do business in urban areas wherever they think there is a chance to live. In this situation, the growth of slum areas in urban areas not only occurs in residential areas, but also occurs in business areas and along road routes which are still possible to use as places of business and residence. Of course, this cannot be tolerated, and the government needs to respond through appropriate policies now and in the future, considering that slum areas are now evenly distributed to all cities in Indonesia and not only in big cities.

Abstract

The study of policy implementation regarding village expansion is an important aspect to know. This research is to determine the process of village expansion in Kalimati Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency. The process of expanding Kalimati Village, Jatibarang District in this research is the process of expanding one village into two villages. The main village that was expanded was Kalimati Village, Jatibarang District, while the planned village results that were expanded were Prupugan Village, Jatibarang District, which was previously called the Prupugan Block, Kalimati Village, Jatibarang District. The process of expanding Kalimati Village, Jatibarang District, which is viewed from the aspects of planning, organization, movement/implementation and supervision in general, has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The village expansion process has been running since the end of 2006, however, due to the results of the village expansion, until now the Indramayu Regency Government has not given clear status, namely whether the village has been expanded or not expanded.
