Abstract

Bullying di sekolah dasar merupakan isu yang serius yang harus ditangani dengan cepat dan efektif. Kasus senacam ini membawa banyak kekhawatiran tidak hanya pada pihak sekolah tetapi juga pada orang tua, oleh karena itu perlunya dilakukan sosialisasi khususnya di sekolah dasar agar seluruh pihak harus lebih memahami segala hal tentang bullying, sehingga akan meminimalisir bahkan menghilangkan perilaku bullying. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode ceramah, pemateri menjelaskan tentang bahaya bullying selain itu metode yang digunakan metode tanya jawab tentang keseharian siswa-siswi di sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, siswa memahami dan mengetahui bahaya bullying dan pencegahannya.

Abstract

Masalah atau tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi beljar anak di masa Covid-19 Kelurahan Tampo Kecamatan Napabalano Kabupaten Muna dan Untuk mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak di masa Covid-19 Kelurahan Tampo Kecamatan Napabalano Kabupaten Muna .Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang berlokasikan di kelurahan Tampo kecamatan Napabalano Kabupaten Muna. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 5 orang tua yang memiliki anak yang menempuh Pendidikan Dasar dan anak itu sendiri. Teknik ang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data yang setelah di kumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di ketahui bahwa peran yang dilakukan orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak terbagi atas dua yaitu peran orang tua secara materil dan peran orang tua secara moril. Peran orang tua secara materil dapat dilakukan orang tua dengan memfasilitasi belajar anak, dan peran orang tua secara moril dapat dilakukan orang tua dengan memotivasi belajar anak seperti memberi pujian, perhatian, hadiah, perhatian, mengontrol waktu belajar anak dan hukuman. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak adalah dari diri orang tua itu sendiri dan lingkungan bermain anak

Abstract

Model pembelajaran memori adalah pola pembelajaran yang tujuannya adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan menyerap informasi, mengingat, dan mengingat kembali informasi yang telah disimpan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran memori terhadap memori dan imajinasi siswa dalam materi pelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen murni antar kelompok dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden dengan teknik analisis data berupa uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis berupa Skor N-Gain dan nilai persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di kelas eksperimen, persentase menerima dan mengingat informasi lebih baik, persentase siswa menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar dari pretest ke posttest meningkat dari kelas kontrol. Kemudian rata-rata kelas eksperimen N-Gain Score dan kelas kontrol sama-sama masuk dalam kategori sedang dalam hal efektivitas peningkatan hasil belajar. Peneliti juga membahas tentang kekuatan imajinasi siswa ketika berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Dalam kategori mengingat objek berdasarkan sifatnya, mengingat perubahan bentuk objek dan perasaan lucu ketika membayangkan objek/peristiwa tersebut, kelas eksperimen efektif, sedangkan kelas kontrol kurang efektif. Dari beberapa indikator tersebut, diketahui bahwa efektivitas model pembelajaran memori terhadap daya ingat dan imajinasi siswa.

Abstract

The choice of specialization path or subject at school (SMA) is now based more on academic achievement alone, ignoring self-potential and sociographic conditions of students, making it possible for students to be confused about planning the right career choice. Putting aside the conditions of the area where he grows and develops, conditions include ethnic origin, social interactions, family status, kinship relations in the surrounding community, so that in his career he has difficulty planning the right career. The aim of this research is to produce a specialization service model based on personal potential, sociographic conditions and career planning for Baubau City High School students. The research uses a mixed method approach and is analyzed based on research and development. The research subjects were 127 students and 10 guidance and counseling teachers, taken using a purposive sampling technique plus 2 guidance and counseling experts spread across 13 high schools and vocational schools in Baubau. Data collection uses a specialization scale combined with sociographic conditions and career planning. The model was prepared hypothetically and limited trials from ten stages were reduced to 6 research stages to formulate an appropriate student specialization service model based on personal potential, learning achievement, and sociographic conditions and career planning. The model will have 9 components and effectively determine and provide recommendations for specialization based on personal potential, sociographic conditions, and the direction of students' future career planning more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Tingkat kebutuhan Pengembangan Karakter Anak Usia Dini melalui Pembelajaran Model Parenting di TK Baitul Hidayah Baubau dapat digambarkan sebagai masih kurangnya pemahaman para pendidik khususnya guru dan orang tua tentang pentingnya membentuk karakter anak usia dini. karakter anak usia dini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru kelompok B masih mengeluhkan adanya 2 orang tua (dari 15 orang tua anak kelompok B) yang sering meminta pekerjaan rumah berupa membaca-menulis-berhitung (calistung). Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak yang sudah memahami tahapan tumbuh kembang anak akhirnya mengalami dilema karena secara teori pembelajaran membaca untuk anak usia dini tidak bisa dipaksakan; (ii) Gambaran bentuk rancangan Pengembangan Karakter Anak Usia Dini melalui Pembelajaran Model Parenting terdiri dari dua komponen, yaitu komponen filosofi model dan komponen implementasi model. Komponen filosofi model meliputi rasionalitas, tujuan, peran guru dan dukungan sistem. Sedangkan komponen operasional model diuraikan secara rinci pada seluruh jenis kegiatan dengan tema yang berbeda-beda. Seluruh kegiatan dikemas dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter anak usia dini; (iii) Tingkat validitas isi dan praktikalitas Pengembangan Karakter Anak Usia Dini melalui Pembelajaran Model Parenting di TK Baitul Hidayah Baubau, menunjukkan bahwa penilaian validator terhadap seluruh perangkat yang telah disajikan dapat dinyatakan valid untuk digunakan dan pengembangan Anak Usia Dini. Pengembangan Karakter melalui Pembelajaran Parenting Model memenuhi aspek kepraktisan sehingga layak digunakan.

Abstract

This activity discusses the application of literacy tree media as an innovation strategy in increasing students’ interest in reading at SD Negeri 2 Baubau. The literacy tree is a creative approach that integrates visual elements to increase students’ interest in reading, considering the importance of literacy in developing individual potential and society as a whole. The problem faced is the decline in students’ interest in reading due to a lack of interest and stimulation in learning. The method used in this service involves the desig and implementation of literacy trees in school. The results of service and proctical experience sho that the application of literacy tree media at SD Negeri 2 Baubau is effective in creating a lerning environment that support students’ literacy development. Thus, this activity provides guidance for educators to apply literacy tree media as an effective strategy in increasing students’ interest in reading.

Abstract

This service aims to socialize and assist the partnership program of parents, schools, and the community in involvement in the implementation of early childhood education, as mandated by the Minister of Education and Culture No. 30 of 2017 concerning Family Involvement in Education. This activity was carried out in Lawela Village, South Buton Regency. This service activity consists of 3 stages. The first stage is the Community Service Team together with parents, schools and communities to carry out FGD (Forum Group Discussion) to socialize the partnership program. The second stage is partnership assistance to families, schools and communities. Third Stage The Service Team conducts interviews and observations to parents, teachers and the community regarding involvement in children's education at the Lawela Village Kindergarten. The results of this service show that through the socialization and assistance of the partnership program, a partnership relationship is built between parents, schools and the community, towards the implementation of early childhood education. These three elements of education are mutually involved in parenting programs, building communication for early childhood education, learning activities at home, and joint decision making.

Abstract

Bullying and sexual harassment among elementary school children remain significant issues that require collective attention, including from academic institutions through community service activities. This article describes the results of an anti-bullying and sexual harassment prevention socialization program conducted for the students of SD Negeri 19 Lakudo, Central Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The socialization was carried out using a PowerPoint presentation method, followed by an interactive question-and-answer session. The material was delivered in simple language and visualizations appropriate for the developmental stage of elementary school students. The objective of the activity was to enhance students' understanding of bullying and sexual harassment, as well as equip them with basic skills to respond and report such incidents. The results show that the use of visual aids and interactive Q&A sessions successfully encouraged students to ask questions and share personal experiences more openly. This activity has made a meaningful contribution to building a school culture that is safer, child-friendly, and free from violence. Moving forward, integrating anti-bullying and anti-sexual harassment education more systematically into the curriculum could further strengthen these efforts and ensure a sustainable impact.
